I called about my car that was left in the Home Depot parking lot. It wouldn't drive the night before. On short notice, they picked it up, and took it to my mechanic that I wanted! Even without me being there, and not having my keys in the vehicle. They only needed part of my VIN. They also called me about updates and we're very informative and friendly. If I ever need a tow again, I will absolutely call them. I have them saved in my contacts lol- let's hope not of course... But I recommend them!
A bank had my car towed and the girls at Hamiltons helped me get it released I’m glad hamiltons got it cause asap would have charged me like crazy but Hamilton listen to peoples stories unlike them! I will always use them

Hamiltons was great throughout the entire process from the accident to getting my truck back after my insurance gave me the run around! Everyone from the front desk to the guys towing my truck were very friendly and understanding of the situation. I appreciate their service! When Marcus showed up, I knew I was in good hands because he had such a great attitude. He was friendly, cheerful and very professional. Told me exactly what to do and after getting my car unstuck from the snow, he stuck around to make sure my car was garaged and I was satisfied. The receptionist was also very nice.
All in all, Hamilton Towing turned a difficult situation into a very pleasant one for me.

I turned too short in the snowy parking of McDonald’s and they promptly came out and got my car off the curbing quickly and efficiently. The driver was also courteous and friendly. Overall a great experience-except for being stuck in the first place.

Im parking on the street until the snow melts! This was the second time Steve came to our rescue. He had pulled my son out of our easment when he sank into the mud and muck. It was a challenge, but he got it done. Steve is the best!
This guy was awesome—friendly, took pics before and after, knew his job because he just reversed to the back of my car, no guesswork and pulled me out of snow in a few seconds.

I called and spoke to Samantha who initially thought someone could come out in 2-3 hours. She texted a short time later letting me know that Austin would be here momentarily as he was close by. I was up all night worrying about the car, towing, etc. and after speaking to Samantha, I felt much better! She was professional and courteous and I was promptly helped.
i was stuck in snow by a sign driver had me hold my wheel straight as i was reaching to shut my door he started pulling the car out before i got to my door and bent my door back on the sign and proceeded to say its my fault for not having the door shut as the driver didn’t give me time too (whoever responded to this review clearly didnt read it the driver didnt give me enough time to get into my car buckle in and shut the door he started backing up as i was REACHING out and over to grab the door the driver started pulling it out the boss or manager we talked to on the phone steve hensley was rude about it not taking any responsibility over his driver still isnt clearly. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THERE SERVICES!!)
I had such a great experience with this towing company!! In a frustrating and stressful situation, this place was so easy and kind to communicate with. This was my first time experiencing anything that involved towing services. They were quick to help me, explained everything clearly, and handled my car with care. I know no one enjoys having your car towed but I’m glad it was with the help of these wonderful employees.

Samantha deserves the 5 stars. My car was hit and ran on. Not left with many options I parked it in a private lot, checked on my vehicle, and left notes, all while waiting to hear from my slow to take action insurance company. I understand this was not ideal and my car was deemed abandoned and towed. Samantha helped me out by allowing me to come early in the morning to at least grab my belongings out of my vehicle before the insurance company towed it 2 hrs away. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding, Sam. You looked out when you didn't have to.

Although getting towed is never a fun experience, Hamilton’s Towing made the situation so much easier. They were incredibly professional, prompt, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in their work. My car was in the exact same condition as I last saw it. Definitely a company you can trust when you need help the most! The predicament I am in with the death of my mother and it being her vehicle and they were still willing to help. Samantha and Kayla were kind enough to help me out. Being nice in these situations gets you a lot further than having an attitude and being rude.
Hamilton’s helped me out in a tough time. The owner really went above and beyond to make sure I could get my belongings in a time where I couldn’t afford the fines to get my car out of impound. Samantha and Kayla in the office are so kind and easy to work with.
