Steve helped guide me on new headlights for my Prius yesterday. He was so friendly, patient, and kind. I truly appreciate him going through all my questions and answering them! I was able to successfully install both headlights with no issues!!

I've been in there quite a bit lately seems my Jeep needs TLC suddenly. Anyway, great service, fast checkout, knowledgeable staff and I like that I can utilize a funnel if need be or an employee to put on wiper blades for me if need be. This is usually by go-to auto-parts even though there are literally two more within 1-mile.

This is a tough review. They let me exchange wipers I bought months ago for a car I no longer have but the wipers they gave me for my new car are the wrong ones. So I get to go back again.

Was a lady with eyebrow piercing was very helpful and polite even helped me scrape off some of the used car price tag off the windshield after she helped replace the batteries in the key fobs

This week, Matt (General Manager I believe) helped remind me that even a simple windshield wiper sale can be a refreshing retail experience. Many of the auto parts shops around here offer succinct service, but often times with a bit of a cold experience. While I understand some people would prefer a quick, non-engaging cash register transaction at an auto store, Matt provided that same quick service but was incredibly genial and friendly the entire time. The time that he took to chat with me, help install the wiper blades, and assist with a few other things, was simultaneously filled with his uplifting and patient spirit. Thanks for your help Matt, keep being an overall friendly guy!

Bought a rear wiper blade. My vehicle requires a wiperblade with molded plastic to match an esthetic. The wiper blade I have is generic, looks atrocious and doesn't work! I found the proper wiper blade on Amazon. Think about it. I found a wiper blade that matches and works on my vehicle from Amazon.... as opposed to an auto parts store.

Purchase a battery from this location, within two months the battery died, was stranded at 3am for 5 hours, and battery screws was lose, and was given a faulty battery.. The point is I could have been out of town, and been out of luck and anything could have been a danger. I had stayed in my car because I wasn’t going to leave it stranded… The guy said whoever installed it, either didn’t do it properly, wasn’t paying attention, and or didn’t care. The screws was lose and paid a lot plus a warranty just for it not to properly placed and secured is annoying and unprofessional! I had to have someone jump my car that lived hours away which was inconvenient for both of us!

I sent my wife to the store to get a few things for me because I was working on her van and needed them asap. She gets home and tells me the young man behind the counter was rude and condescending to her, implying she was stupid because she had come to advance auto instead of auto zone where her pictures on her phone indicated the parts were from. Guys, please have a little more respect for women who come in the store. She had our one year old with her and was just trying to do me a favor. There's no need to ask "would you like me to make you upset, or make you feel stupid." Come on. Be better. I don't think I will be frequenting your store anymore. Disappointed.

Went in for a head light and the lady that was in there first thing in the morning was nice and was able to tell me what lightbulb I needed! Great service!

Great place to come get your parts. The General Manager was very helpful and friendly. She did every to ensure I received the correct parts and was very eager to help me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for your parts. I will be back.

Very poor customer service. My husband went in to buy an oil filter and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged him or asked what he needed. Finally ignored him although they waited on customers who cane in after him. Eventually walked out and made his purchase elsewhere. Won't go back.

Mr. Jagger went above and beyond to help me get my warrantied calipers replaced when other Advanced Autoparts locations didn't have the knowledge or skills to do so. Excellent customer service!

Normally if I can I order online and pick it up at the store. Saves me time if it needs to be shipped, but Advance Auto always has me hooked. I've always had a decent customer service experience too. Even when I've made the mistake of buying the wrong part. I appreciate that the guy at the counter still helped me.

Great guys that have taken care of my needs. Store is nicely lit up and clean. I always have them install my wiper blades and battery free.They even carry my batteries 4 me without complaint.

Your experience here depends on your own knowledge of cars. If you're here getting a part you know, then you'll have no problems. If you don't, sometimes the staff don't know much more than you. It really is a gamble. I've had great service here when I knew exactly what I was getting but other trouble when the staff member I was working with was just as clueless as myself. Hit or miss.

Visited there today, 9/23/2020, around 1:45 PM. Needed my rear windshield wiper replaced. Staff member with two stars tattooed on his neck snapped off the hook that holds the wiper while taking the wiper off. Saw him telling the other coworkers behind the çounter that he broke off the part, but they all pretended I wasn't even standing there. Came to find out I have to get this part replaced at a dealership. Staff member handed me the part, said they couldn't do anything, didn't even acknowledge that he damaged the part or even apologized for doing so, and then walked away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Now I'm probably going to have to pay to have the entire windshield wiper replaced because the wiper itself will not latch on due to the broken hook.

The store manager (the tall heavier woman that works in there) is rude. Last visit she swore up and down a specific part was what we needed and it was not correct then she wouldnt take the part back even with a recipt and we had never even left the parking lot. Ever since then its nothing but hell every time we walk in the store. Poor customer service, horrible people skills.

Giving this five star review for brad. Just now came in to get my battery charged/tested. Brad without a doubt was very helpful and pleasant do deal with. He was very courteous and professional and tested my battery. When he was done testing my battery he told me the results and that my battery was just fine. Didn't try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will not hesitate to come back to this location for any goods or services that I need. On the other hand also dealt with tonya. She was very snotty and rude! She deserves a one star and a meeting with the store manager on how to be more professional in the workplace as this is totally unacceptable behavior.

Exception service - saved the day. I had a flat tire while at Chipotle and when I put the full size spare tire on the car I realized the tire store messed up (years ago) and put the tire on a rim that had lug net holes that were too small. I could get the lug nuts in but there was no room for a socket or the lug nut wrench. This was a huge problem because I was two hours from home and it was a Sunday so all tire places were closed.I walked to a different auto parts store (in the snow and in cold weather) and they couldn't help nor did I feel like they tried very hard. Instead of giving up I walked to Advanced Auto Parts and Joe, Tonya, and Kayla could not have been more helpful. They emphasized with me and were determined to find a solution. The first attempt was longer lug nuts. They went on the car and I could thread them but only hand tight - I still couldn't get a wrench on them. With the hand tightened lug nuts I slowly drive three blocks to their parking lot. That's when they took over. They went outside to see what we were dealing with and ended trying multiple solutions until they found the perfect one - lug nuts with the same threads but a much smaller diameter. This let me tighten them using a very narrow socket off the shelf that they let me use along with a ratchet they let me borrow. These three saved the day for me and I am so thankful for them.

A good parts store. Just make a copy of your receipt. The ink wears off and after so long the records are deleted from their system. Handicap parking and handicap accessible. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They will put batteries in for you, install your wipers, and check your alternator and starter to see if they are working properly. Restrooms available. I recommend this parts store.

Google My Business showed the store was open until 9 pm on Sunday. After striking out at two other stores I was ecstatic that I still had a half hour to get to my local Advance Auto, as their site said the part was in stock. I drove there as gas as I could, got there at 8:20 and found the doors locked (although there were cars in the lot). It was just one more annoyance for me with this place. It’s usually my last choice because the staff there seems compelled to walk in the opposite direction of anyone approaching them with a question. I’ve been sent home more than once with the wrong part because the only thing the guy behind the desk could only offer was, “Well, that’s what the computer says’l

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. My past three visits are perfect proof. I came once in the pouring rain in need of a new battery, having driven on a jump start for three hours with a van full of family and a dog, after a long weekend. I was in no mood for niceties and the guy who installed the battery did so quickly and efficiently while I trudged through the downpour next door to buy groceries. I returned a few weeks later because that same, new battery was quickly dying. Upon testing it Tanya immediately showed me it was a dud - absolutely no attempt to hide the fact that I'd bought a lemon battery - and got me set up with an in-guarantee replacement battery and installation. I was out the door within 25 minutes. Then, a few weeks ago, I went back again in fear of a dying battery in a different car. The same two folks - Tanya and another - were working, and they quickly got my battery tested again, at no charge. It turned out to be fine but, if I had needed to replace the battery, I wouldn't have hesitated to slap the debit card down and have them install whatever they recommended. They're honest workers and always deliver a fast, pleasant experience. It doesn't hurt that they supply my favorite mechanic, Tim, across the street. Chain stores and mega companies are a dime a dozen these days but this really is a great place for whatever auto needs you have.

Very rude service. Felt like our patronage wasn't needed or prioritized. The rep acted like every customer in the store was in his way. Will not return. We went down the road to auto zone and was helped in a speedy and very kind way.

Customer service is always exceptional here and is my parts store of choice. Spent $12 on a new fuel filter for my F150 and saved a bunch of money that would have cost me taking it to a repair shop to fix a fuel leak.
