Can’t say anything but good things about this business , I dealt with them for the first time this afternoon and I couldn’t imagine what more a person could ask, though some people complain about all ! Prompt/communicated well/fast service / hassle free Vic came out and was polite and to the point ! Highly recommended
Overall horrible company. My dad called to arrange my car to get picked up, he was told on the phone we could come, pay, and the tow company I had coming could come sometime after the same day. When I called to pay, I was told my tow truck had to be there with me to pick up the car with me. I was charged for costs that were straight BS! $150 for admin fee $85 for cleaning up an accident MY DAD CLEANED UP! Also charged for 9 days of storage (450) when my vehicle was only there 8. If police would've given me a choice on companies to tow my vehicle, THIS COMPANY WOULD NEVER BE MY CHOICE! Do not use this company.
Called to try and get my truck towed off the highway, wanted 25 dollars extra to drive an extra half mile to pick up the keys after I tried to tell the woman on the phone I would walk them down there but she wouldn't stop cutting me off and just hung up. Rudest company I've ever dealt with. Found another tow company that did the same job for 60 dollars less after being told "go find someone cheaper then!" While she was busy talking down so thanks for the advice! Olivers towing for all your needs and they are so polite!!
