best service and treatment I've ever experienced. I was also explained everything that was wrong and what they needed to do and an estimate up front. I was treated with such respect if I could give them a 10 plus I sure would.

I dropped off one of my work vans to Kochs to have a coolant leak fixed, not a huge deal. After some research by Kochs I received a call from Jason to let me know exactly what was discovered and what the cost was going to be to fix the leak. Very pleased with their work once again. Thanks!!!

We were visiting from out of town when our suburban wouldn't start. We asked around and Koch was who was recommended to help us. My husband called and was told they'd be there in a little bit to see if they could help us. Less than 10 minutes a young man came and got it started in just a couple minutes. He wouldn't take any money for coming, no service call, nothing. My husband tried to give him money even just to buy his lunch and he wouldn't take it. This business is the best in our book. Above and beyond helping a stranded visitor. Thank you again for your help! We made it home safely and no problems since.

On Christmas Eve, I encountered an issue with my vehicle—a hectic day for everyone. Despite operating with a skeleton crew and reduced hours due to the holiday, Koch's managed to accommodate me, inspecting and repairing my vehicle within an hour. Their dedication and exceptional service truly went above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else but Koch's.

My 2007 Toyota Corolla had some extensive squirrel damage the end of July 2024. Koch's was recommended. Bill arranged for towing and kept me updated with the wiring repairs throughout. From now on, I'll pick Koch's to work on my cars. Highly recommended!

I called Ceil because of an unreliable battery connection. I was able to bring the vehicle up the same day and it was fixed while I waited.
Jason and all are very knowledgeable, reliable and fair in taking care of our vehicles. Jason has even made a house call to our barn to look at our tractor.

I took a 2012 GMC Canyon in for a full inspection. The recommendations I got I felt were fair and necessary. This shop is well equipped to fix any problem you might have. The head mechanic (I assume, the one that answers the phone and works in the office) is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. Small town feel - first experience was very positive.

Bill was great in helping me understand the options for the repair and answering some questions I had about my other vehicle. Service was efficient at a good value, I highly recommend Koch for your service on your auto!

My 2001 Chevy Silverado k1500 4x4 broke down a month after i just bought it from a private seller. I was very concerned about the ability to find trustworthy & affordable help in a timely manner & not get scammed in the process. I called Kochs, they picked it up & towed it to their shop the following Monday. Today they called with the assessment & estimate of parts & labor.
It is actually within my budget and I feel Blessed! By the time parts are ordered & the work is completed; it's only going to take a few more days & I will be back on the road with confidence of safety & stability!

I highly recommend this business. We were traveling through Indiana on our way back home to Florida when our car broke down. A local resident stopped to help. He recommended Koch auto. I called the owner on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He figured out the problem and got us going again. We made it back home safely.

Fully trusting in Kochs to work on both of my toys. If it’s something they can’t do on my cars, they tell me. But there is rarely anything they can’t handle. They bend over backwards to keep me moving!

I have been using Koch for years for my auto repairs. This time they had replace parts of my exhaust system. They did a great job. They have always been courteous, friendly and professional. Jason, Bill have always been helpful in giving me the best fix at a reasonable cost. I will continue using Koch because I trust them to be fair and honest with my car problems and what it will take to fix it. Finding an auto repair shop you can trust is hard to do and I trust them.

I have been going to Koch’s for years and have never been disappointed. They are always honest and do their best to perform the most cost-effective solution. Other places I have been to typically only offer the most expensive repair option, while Koch’s usually provides more than one. They then take the time to explain each of those options in a way even someone who is not mechanically inclined can understand, so you can make a decision that fits your needs. I will continue to use Koch’s and highly recommend them to others for years to come.

I’d also like to add they work on pretty much anything; diesel, gas, hybrid, etc.
