I dropped off an exhaust pipe for my motorcycle today that needed some welding. Everyone was very nice at Quality Auto. When I arrived to pick up my parts. I asked what that charge was. Fred advised me there would be no charge for his teams work. I gladly offered to pay. Great people, doing great work! Thank you for your kind gesture it was greatly appreciated.

I drive from Cincinnati to have my car serviced and fixed. Because, every one in this business is professional super friendly and the most important thing is that their mechanics know their craft and They are trustworthy and that is very important for someone that doesn't know anything about cars to be able to trust your mechanic. I found this hidden gem by chance and so glad I did. Now I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great, honest people! Everyone went above and beyond for my husband and I when our car crapped out on us. They fixed us up with coffee, snacks and good conversation while they did quick repairs to get us up and running again. Very accommodating, very reasonable with pricing and super dog friendly!! Can’t recommend enough!

I met Quality Carts at the Brookville tractor show last fall and asked them about an 80's EZGO and was told they would work on it. I called them on Friday and told them what was going on with it and what I had done, even was ask if it a 2 cycle. They told me to drop it off which I did (an hour drive) called them on Monday and was told they can't get parts for it any more and would not even check it out. I took time off work today to pick it up and spoke to someone else who stated that they would not have had me bring it if they knew about the 2 cycle motor. I would not have even went had someone told me that to begin with.

These guys are so friendly and will take good care of you! I went over from the campground across the way, bought a golf cart, left it to be reupholstered. When I came to pick it up they had the whole thing looking brand new and detailed!! So thankful for the awesome experience we had with them! Totally recommend!!!!

I was in need of a roof and mounts for my old Yamaha golf cart and these guys did everything they could to get it done for me. I definitely recommend them for any of your golf cart needs. The service was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This was my first golf cart purchase!! I was nervous and uneducated but Mark made the whole experience transparent. He took me for several test drives on a few different models and explained the pluses and minuses of each, for my needs. I found the one I wanted and bought it! They also put balloons in it so I could surprise my husband!! So excited. I got a great price, and when I tell my friends what I paid they are all surprised at what a good deal I got. Excellent place for all your golf cart needs. We have had our previous golf cart serviced here a few times. 36v electric club car DS. Always a good experience. And more recently we bought a new golf cart from here. Yamaha Drive2 EFI gas. We love it so far! Their work is always great, they're courteous about scheduling calls and pick-up/drop-off around my night shift schedule. Also the fact that they pick-up and drop-off is very convenient too. I was referred here by family that purchased their golf cart here, and I would encourage anyone else to go here too. Also, they have books of golf cart upgrades/accessories. It's really convenient to browse and plan out any upgrades we are thinking about.

I've been dealing with these guys for about 10 years now. I can say I've never been disappointed. They've taken care of my golf carts, worked on my truck and are currently my storage for my boat. Just picked up our golf cart from quality carts. The cart was not working at all, quality carts took the time to find the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They kept us up to date on the work they were doing. Every time I called, Adam at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service was excellent! I recently inherited a golf cart, had no prior knowledge of them. They answered all my questions, gave me pamphlets of information on my specific cart. Mark explained in detail everything to expect, dos and don’t s on my golf cart. We drove about 2 hours to go here, would happily do it again. Highly recommend.

Mark & Nancy and their staff are absolutely wonderful. Went in to buy a golf cart and he made the process so easy. Made sure it was in great condition before we left with it. His staff are so nice and will help you with anything. They do auto work also, I will use him for maintenance on my truck. I recommend them for your auto and golf cart needs.

Mark was such a big help for me. He went way out of his way for me. He loaded my truck and made sure everything would make it back home which is over 100 miles. He also told me exactly what I needed to complete my golf cart. Then he loaded up my truck and made sure things hanging out of my small truck would make it home for the over 100 mile journey. The staff there was very friendly. Also I had GREAT telephone communication with Mark before I went to pick my things up. Now he said if there was any problem putting the things on to call him and he could talk us thru it. Wow, now that is what I call a GREAT business transaction! I will definitely tell everyone about this place. It is the only place to do business and be treated with respect when it comes to golf carts. Others just kinda blow you off. Wow this place is A1.

Called and spoke with Mark when I was looking for parts for a custom golf cart build. Mark was willing to help me over the phone determine exactly what it was I needed and told me he had a couple in stock. When I arrived I spoke with Fred and Mark, they helped me figure out that I did indeed have what I needed. To boot, they were more than fair on price. Can’t wait to do business with them again!

My husband and I bought a used golf cart here over the summer. We received top notch service at that time, the owner even went over each aspect of how to service the cart regularly to keep it in good condition. My husband also bought a very used, older golf cart to refurbish from a private owner. When he has had questions about parts for this cart, he STILL receives great service and good advice. These folks are professional and caring. That's a rare find in businesses anymore. 5 stars!

Great service! Called and talked to Mark (owner) a few different times about a golf cart I had recently purchased. He treated me like I was a friend he had known for years, gave me great advice on the cart I had purchased as well as some helpful information on parts I was inquiring about. After talking to him about the parts I thought I needed he guided me through a conversion on my cart and when I needed parts for the conversion was able to point me in the right direction in their boneyard to find everything that I needed! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I recently purchased a top, frame and windshield for my Yamaha G1 golf cart form Mark. We came out to Quality Carts to look for parts in their boneyard. We found a rear seat assembly and 2 tires to replace ours that were losing air and the prices were great. Mark was very friendly and helpful. He even took time out of his day on Black Friday when they were technically closed to let us look around. I highly recommend checking them out if you need parts for your cart or if you want a brand new cart!

Contacted them on a Monday, they picked up the cart same day and performed an initial inspection same day. Notified me of cost before doing any of the work and after we agreed on repair they had the cart fixed by Wednesday and returned to me by Thursday Morning. Cart appears to run great. Both the speed of service and quality of repair exceeded my expectations.. All future service on my cart a (2007 Yamaha 48 volt Electric) will be handled by Quality Carts.

We stay a at Indian Lakes and had a issue with our Golf Cart. I took it over to the guys for help. They were great. They got us all fixed up and back on the road so we could enjoy our weekend. Also when we were there added some extras to our cart. New arm rests with cup holders and mud guards.Very Happy customer. Thanks for your help Quality Cats..

Went to Quality carts looking for a Golf cart for the farm. Mark took the time to show me the different models and the differences and how to service. Met his lovely wife who wrote my ticket up while Mark serviced my new purchase and loaded it up in the back of my truck. Very nice folks to deal with. It was definitely worth the drive. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a golf cart. Will deal with them again.
