Best place to call to! I need to tow bobtail from parking lot in a truck stop to the same truck stop shop on the other side of the parking lot. They charged me $290. Call them! They're respectful and very reasonable with prices! I know that towing companies have a bad reputation and ripoff $$$, but I'm glad that there's also people like them to take care of others. God bless you guys!

Awesome people. Every single person I talked to from this company was polite, professional and understanding. I was having a rough time dealing with a different wrecker company in the area after a wreck, Farney's came in and saved my week and alleviated a whole lot of stress. Cannot recommend these people enough. Thank you.

Traveling south on 65 and a rear tire blows and shreds by the time we can pull over. Search for nearest tow leads us to Jerry who was awesome towing us to nearest tire shop that had the size tire we needed. He was personable, professional and honest. Great service.

Farney’s incredible staff saved me! On my way to Chicago to fly out for an international flight from Indianapolis, I caught a large piece of metal on 65 and my tire was losing air quickly. By myself, stressed, and worried about missing my flight…this mama was NOT calm and collected. But, Farney’s was! I called and they had my tire type in stock and said, no worries honey, we’ll get you right in and back on the road quickly. We’ve got you covered! I drove slowly on my failing and sadly didn’t make it all the way to the shop. My tire was almost on the rim…I had to stop and have them tow me. They showed up quickly…got the car in the garage and a new tire was on almost more quickly than they were able to get the bill written up! My delay led me right into late afternoon traffic in Chicago with tons of construction. They called one of their drivers nearer to Chicago to get current road conditions so I could pick the best route. I felt like I was being treated like family ?. It wasn’t the most pleasant drive but I made it to O’Hare in time and made my flight. In Indianapolis, if a tire company saw a single woman come in, they would have totally inflated the price and take advantage of the situation. I felt the price charged was 100% fair for the work done…and the amazing turnaround time was so appreciated, too. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you Farney’s. I needed some love, encouragement and help that day and you guys were over the top great! Thank you much!!

Absolutely wonderful! Helped us even when it was crazy hot out! My engine blew on the interstate and they made it out so fast to get me and my kid to a safer spot. Super grateful and thankful for everyone here! Fast response and recovery time! And great rates! Could not have had a better company in my time of need! My son’s car broke down on the interstate on Sunday, and of course we were a little ways from home. None of our local towing company’s would travel that far so I had to find someone local. A quick search brought Farney’s and I gave them a call. Very friendly, picked my car up that evening, checked it out Monday morning and had it repaired before they closed. They were even open a bit later so we were able to pick it up after I got off work and drove back up there! Would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much for being so helpful and easy to work with!!

This place is AMAZING! Ran over a nail and had a leak in my tire on way home. Was directed here and the service was unbelievably smooth, efficient and friendly. They had patched the leak in my tire and they also found that a plug I had in another tire was bad and they patched that too at a price that was laughingly low when compared to a city place. Do not bother trying to get help at the truck stops in Remington when you have this absolutely incredible place just five miles away.

I had a tire blow out on a Saturday evening. Thankfully, Farney's responded to my call and towed me back to their shop. There were no tire centers in the area open until Monday. Thankfully, Farney's put an order in for my unusual tire size Saturday evening so that the tire would be onsite Monday morning. They replaced my tire quickly on Monday morning, allowing me to get back on the road. They went above and beyond by bringing me to a nice hotel while I was stranded and also picked me up on Monday to bring me to their shop when the work was done.

While driving home from vacation we picked up a big screw in our tire. It was leaking air so fast but luckily we were able to make it to Farney's and they patched us up right away. Great service and a great price and we are so thankful for them!

Farney's service center was able to tow and service the flat tire on my car within an unrealistically quick time! Jerry, the serviceman was incredibly understanding and helpful even after service hours. I would strongly recommend this shop with any problems you have local or on the road.

We blew a tire about 10 miles from Farney's, and they had us back on the road within half an hour at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough.

So much kindness was shown to us during such a difficult time. Someone hit us in the highway and we are from out of town. Farmers towed our car, but also took us in and let us stay until we could get a ride since we live 2-1/2 hours away. They showed us so much compassion and kindness. Could not ask for better customer service. ? would recommend

My son totaled his car on I65N on a scary, snowy night. Farney's was called by the Sheriff to tow the car. I wasn't there when they actually towed the car, but had a wonderful experience with the front office staff as we coordinated a date and time I could come clean out the car and give them the title. They were patient, kind and reasonable. I had to change the date a few times and they had no problem with that. They knew I lived 2 1/2 hours away. They not only accommodated me BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME MORE. THESE PEOPLE CARE. THESE PEOPLE HAVE HEART and I really appreciate them! AM GRATEFUL. d we oipen to me chnaging the date I could come due to a sick child. AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME MORE., Once I got there the patient and kindness continued.

I got a flat tire on 65 and had to get a tow. The tow truck guy was super super friendly and nice. Also So helpful and was super fast at getting my car to the destination it needed to be at. I would highly recommend farneys if you ever need a tow.

On Oct 26th, as I was traveling from Illinois to NC, my swaybars detached from my vehicle, and my camper dismounted from my hitch while I was on highway 65. Their dispatcher went out of her way to find my location, and their service staff were very knowledgeable and professional and got me within the hour and back on the road within 30 minutes and told me what I needed to do. I so appreciate the help received.

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire in I-65 at 9:45pm at night. We called Farney's and they were able to help replace our tire (even though it was after hours!!) super quickly and were so extremely kind to us. Amazing customer service. They helped us feel calm and at ease, despite the less than ideal situation. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Can’t say enough good things about Farney’s Service Center Inc. They went above and beyond for my family when we were moving my daughter half way cross the country and totaled our car. We will never forget their empathy to our situation and how accommodating they were to our crazy circumstance. We are forever grateful to this amazing family owned business!

Farney's just saved our weekend. I had a double mastectomy in May this year and my hubby fell almost 20 feet out a tree in April. All we wanted to do was take our boat out one time before it's too cold. Coming from Lafayette, one of the boat trailer tires decided it had had enough and blew out just before Reynolds. We slow rolled it into Reynolds, called around and ended up with Farney's. Not only did he come with what we needed, but he brought an extra tire, which we chose to go ahead with out of caution. He was pretty quick in arrival and service time. Very nice guy and it was friggin hot!!! We gave him an ice cold water from the cooler and thanked him very much for all his help! He made a bad situation a breeze to repair. Thank you just doesn't describe our gratitude!!!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! Katina and the Farney Family are Absolutely Amazing and I can’t Stress that enough! My Wife and Daughter were on a road trip to move her to Chicago with a car full of her stuff when the car was totaled. It ended up at Farney’s Service Center late on Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend… I called and Katina answered. Not only did she listen to my situation, she rearranged her schedule of watching her grandkids and committed to meeting us at the shop, so we could get everything out of the car to continue the move to Chicago. I hopped on a plane from Florida and rented a U-Haul in Chicago drove an hour and an half to pick up wife and daughter at hospital. Didn’t get to Farney’s until about 12:30am. Showed up and she was there with her husband and son, not only to let us in to get the stuff out of the car, but with trash bags and flashlights to help us unload and ensure we got everything! The Farney Family is an example of what we need more of these days, just genuinely great human beings! Our family is forever indebted to them and they were are true bright spot in a day where that was desperately needed. Thank you Katina and Family! I had an accident & needed an emergency tow, and Farney's arrived quickly (less than 30 minutes). They were great with my vehicle, expressed kindness & empathy, and even helped me get to a rental car. About a month later, one of the folks that helped me (Emmy) even assisted with my insurance claim. Extremely helpful, caring & courteous service - Very much appreciated - THANK YOU!

Exceptional service. Actually came an hour sooner than expected, had the truck on the lift and drive shaft disassembled in about 25 minutes. They also repair tires for road side service as well. Thank you again Corey!

My car hit the snow bank back in January, after my divorce, and me traveling across states. They came and towed my car and fixed it fast while I was a hot mess....the tow truck driver was so polite and put my mind at ease, saying he would do everything he could to help me. I was so excited they got me taken care of in a short amount of time, so I could get back on the road and had a long way to go to get to Greenbay. Thx again

If I can give them 20 stars I would!!! During the Groundhog Winter Storm I crashed and they showed up pretty quick. They hooked me up and towed me to their yard. Everyone on their staff were super nice and very hospitable. I had to wait several hrs to get a ride to hotel due to them being very busy with all the accidents happening. They feed us gave some beverages and those several hrs felt like minutes because everyone was very nice and would actually talk to you like we new each other for years. I've been involved with many tow companies but Farney's is by far an outstanding company and are great at what they do! I'm grateful and thankful that Farneys's came out to my rescue and got me out thar ditch.
