The dispatcher and drivers are very courteous and timely even with the snow of late. However AAA sucks, and will ve canceling our membership due to the fact they do NOT pay a decent wage but their great at collecting my dues. DON'T let AAA tell you it's the tow company it's NOT !

The wife and I did a stupid driving the motorhome into town to gas up and fill the propane tank for the winter. Coming back we go stuck in snow in the driveway. Mr. Caroll came out and got the job done so we could put it back its parking spot. Professional, polite, competent, and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Lakeland Towing if needed them again!
Speed is not their strong suit or priority. I understand having to go to a road accident but literally passing the one you are to be towing and waving while driving past is insane. So now I was told it would be another hour at least before he comes back this way. Hopefully we don't freeze by then.
The staff at Lakeland Towing and Recovery are amazing to work with. They go above and beyond to accommodate customer’s needs. They are incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to challenging circumstances. I highly recommend them!
After an unexpected death, they graciously towed our loved one's vehicle at no charge. To be commended for such service. Please use them with confidence.
If I could, I'd give 10 stars to Laverne at Lakeland for extremely prompt and expert service when I locked myself out of my car. Really appreciated these guys!!
I had a sudden flat tire while driving and had to pull over to the side of the road. I called Tire Star in Kendallville and they were able to get me a service tech out to me within 15 minutes to change my tire and make sure I was safe to continue my travels.

My truck broke down at work the other day. Lakeland Towing was called to haul it for me. Heath showed up ahead of the scheduled time and loaded it. I gave him directions where to unload it at my house. Fortunatel, my wife was able to meet him there so he could try and roll it off into my shop. Unfortunatel, he couldn’t roll off into my shop. Inaresh he rolled it off close and pushed it by hand to get it into my shop. Heath went above and beyond for us to make sure it was inside. This is why I do business with Tire Star and their businesses because they can be trusted to do it right and make sure you’re happy. I truly appreciate Heath and all that he did for us that day! thank you so muc!
Austin was super nice and helped us try to figure out the problem before needing a complete tow. We ended up fixing the issue with his help. I highly recommend this company.

I was told by AAA because it’s thanksgiving it’s likely I’d have a long delay in getting help when my car battery died. But thankfully, Lakeland Towing and Recovery promptly helped me, so now I can make it back home in time for the holiday. Also they are super nice! Great service.
Their driver left the key in my truck when he dropped it off at my mechanic and someone stole my truck. When it was found. I look the truck over for damages no damage to my truck.they were the towing company that picked it up and brought it back to my mechanic. When they dropped it off they damaged my tailgate. I would recommend using another towing service.
My Mini Cooper broke down on our way home on the toll road. My serpentine belt broke. I required a certain tow truck because of the type of car I had. Kaleb arrived on time and was amazing. Very kind, professional, and wonderful company for the long drive back to my house. I had a passenger with me. She is a diabetic and her sugar had dropped so she was a little unsteady. Kaleb helped her into and out of the truck with ease ensuring hers and my safety. He was very thorough when strapping my car down making sure not to damage it. His driving was excellent. The price was reasonable considering the distance we had to go to get it to my house. Almost 100 miles away. Overall I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I ever need a tow in the future. I would highly recommend Kaleb as your driver.
