My experience with B&B Towing was nothing other than a great experience. The driver was very polite and professional, not to mention this was at 2:30 AM and they were happy to assist me reguardless of the time. This company offers quick service, and honestly cares about the customer. Give B&B a call when your in a pinch and you will be completely satisfied!
Showed up to our vehicle in a timely manner. He was very funny and tried to bring a smile on your face. He even had my kids help with the pneumatics and winch on his truck. Made sure not to scrape vehicle when pulling it up and when dropping it off. Made it a overall easy stress free process.
Wouldn't give them my business even if my life depended on it. I was just verbally assaulted by one of their operators, he jumped out of the truck in a business parking lot and was being rude and aggressive. Verbally assaulted me when I didn't do anything beside asking him to calm down. I had parked my car at this point and he continued to yell at me and encouraged me to contact his boss; clearly if he can feel that confident to carry on like this then it is how they conduct their business. I would beware, especially if they are towing your car and you are alone with them in their truck. They do not seem safe or trustworthy.
It is 11:27 and I just came from my mechanics shop. The owner was dropping my vehicle off. He was a very pleasant and friendly person. Not to mention that the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with my over all experience. I will definitely give them more business, and I would recommend them.
Well I blew a tire on hwy 60 in Mitchell and b and b towing to the rescue after arrival had me back on the road.

We were camping in the Hoosier National Forest and got stuck in a really bad spot. Called B&B and he was there in a little over an hour. Got his truck in a really tight spot and got us out. Great service, great person and so thankful for his help! Highly recommend!!!!

I locked my keys in my car yesterday morning while it was running and of course I was about out of gas. I called B & B for their lockout services and mentioned how I didn't think I had much gas left, definitely not enough to make it to a station. They showed up pretty quickly and had my doors open in no time! Even brought me some gas so I wouldn't run out on my way to a gas station! Thanks to B&B, I wasn't even late for work! They were extremely professional and I will definitely use their services in the future should the situation arise!
