Picked up my item for recycling as promised. I would give five stars, but the communication could use some improvement. I wasn't sure when the pickup was happening, at least an estimated time so I would be ready with the money and item. I would definitely use this service again.
I had my first experience with Indy Pickup 1111 to pick up an old refrigerator, large/heavy filing cabinet, and a microwave. Quick and easy, filled out the online form in the evening, got a confirmation phone call then next morning promptly at 8 and by lunch time they came and hauled away my old appliance. Great alternative to the landfill or paying the new appliance delivery people for haul away charges (they’re just going to scrap it and make double money anyway)!
I will definitely use Indy Pickup 1111 again! They communicated extremely well with me regarding the approximate time of pickup and their price is totally reasonable for picking up refrigerators or items that contain freon. Go to their website where they have a list of what they pick up for free, and what has a charge due to freon. Great service! Took care of old stove with no problems. They were quick to respond and kept in touch the entire time. I would highly recommend and will use them again soon for my old washer and dryer.

Very easy to contact and work with. Even though microwaves are not “free,” The process was smooth and seamless. we had the option of paying a card when the item was picked up, or simply leaving $10 with the item. Great convenience!

They were able to pick up on the day I called, and the personnel (both the dispatcher on the phone and the guy who picked up) were courteous and professional. A much better option than taking stuff to the dump! I'll definitely use these guys again if I have the need.
What an amazing company. I had no idea that they had even loaded my Fridge until after it was loaded. The PRICE!!! $25!!! I had called another company comparing the removal of my fridge and it was going to be $380! Jon was amazing, and respectful. I will be for SURE to utilize their services again.

I needed a 75 gallon water picked up. Submitted my info in the online form. They called to confirm a day and called again to let me know when they were on their way. Great experience. I kept the water heater in my garage to ensure nobody else took it.
It was super easy and so fast! I called and they came out the next day to pick up some big items. Jon was the employee who came to our home and he was professional, on time, got the job done all by himself, and very helpful!
Called Indy Pickup 1111, very nice over the phone on a Friday and they were able to pick up on Saturday, that was great. The man who came, called and told me when he would be here and was on time, very polite and took all my stuff. Price was extremely reasonable for what I needed to get rid of. Will keep them for other things and would recommend to others which I have already did.
Indy Pickup was great. I scheduled my pick up for my washing machine online, got a response back quickly and they came and picked it up the next morning. I had to move the washing machine outside, but that was OK with me. There was no hassle with anything. I would choose them again if I ever needed anything picked up.

Service was great. I wish the communication was better. When I called to schedule the pick up I asked how much it would be and they said it was free. The day of pick up I received a call saying it was $15 and needed to pay right away.

This was a great experience! The driver came right on time and was extremely efficient in picking up our materials. He was very friendly and with no complaints even though it was so cold outside! I highly recommend using Indy pick up. They also checked in several times to confirm everything which was helpful in their communication.

It is so refreshing to get such excellent service - prompt, reasonable, great communication, and a pleasure to deal with. Indy Pick up made it convenient and straightforward to get rid of our old fridge and dishwasher. I called, and they arrived the next day. The pickup fee was very reasonable, and they were terrific at communicating the crew's arrival time so I could plan my day. If you need to dispose of old appliances, call these folks and cross that task off your to-do list because they will get it done, and fast!

Indy pickup did great! They arrived and picked up a large refrigerator, elliptical, small mattress, and small/medium couch in just about an hour. I called the day before and received my quote. Their pricing is great and they did a wonderful job. Will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend them.
They made it so incredibly easy to have our old grill hauled off. I submitted my request online and someone called me within 24 hours to schedule a pick up. They texted me the morning of to confirm my pick up window and again to let me know they were on their way and about 20 minutes away. The gentleman who arrived was very respectful and joyful and quick. I would recommend them to all my family and friends!
