Trinity is best scrap yard in the city for contractors. Fair, reasonable people, since it's not open to the public it really makes scrapping alot easier for contractors.
By far the worst customer service I experienced possibly anywhere. Have an llc with ein number, business debit card and all paperwork. Person answered the phone was trying to tell me that since I don’t have a business card (that literally anyone can make online) I wouldn’t be able to sell my boards to them. Even with all the government documents and proof. A business card is somehow more valid than any of that. Since I was already there she rudely told me to go to the gate where I was greeted by someone who is at a guard shack. For some reason he looked at the boards that were telecom boards, first time I have seen a security guard be the buyer as well. Showed him what I had and let him know I had 500 pounds of them and was less than 5 miles away from their location. Was quoted by the security guard 15 cents a pound which I started smiling and said what is it really thinking he was joking. Replied back to me those are the prices. Sold all 500 pounds the next day to another buyer for $5 a pound. So I would recommend them if you don’t have a business and can just make a fake business card and if you are ok with getting an insulting offer from a security guard.
Good Unloading time in & out in an hour, nice staff, restrooms available, no overnight parking but you can park on street about 1/2 mile before facility.
We give them used steel they give us money. What more can I say besides have a good day. Oh yeah, it's kept pretty clean there, also. Staff seems friendly and helpful
They refused to pull a 400lb tub with their forklift that was 10 ft from where I was that was already on a pallet and told me I had to pull it myself..
Absolute crooks. These guys are why people are wary of scrapyards.
I had them quote on 25 tons of scrap that I have. They downgraded it without even looking at it and offered me $85/ton. No thanks. We are currently loading an Omnisource dumpster at $150/ton.
Been going there since opened, very clean. Scott and Kyle are always great. Some people just don't know how to break down there scrap, to make top dollars.. they expect mega bucks. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Just wish they were open on Saturday.
Employees are disrespectful and no no customer service. You can't scrap if you have a full time job. There hours are the the worst. Worst service there ever was
Wish i could give no stars. Im in here like once a week sometimes more. They close at 345. I pulled in at 343 and they said we're closed. I said there's still w mins left. Dude said idc we're closed.
They have good customer service and it's a clean place for a scrap metal place I've seen a whole lot worse and I've also seen employees not treat people right but at this location they have great customer service they help you in anyway they can. I thought I would get a little bit more for my load but I think that is just kind of one of those things but I'm deathly going to give this place a five star and will be back! And if you do have any metal that you need or aluminum that you need scrapped this is the place to go is better than any scrap yard of ever been to
