Oh where to start. I been bringing my vehicles here for 10 plus years. Service is always great. The experience they have is outstanding. Customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommended. I bring my car in broke. When I pick it up they are always spot on with the proper repairs. If you choose to go else where well that's your fault. You were told where to go. Be safe on the roads

I work in Fishers and while leaving my house I picked up a screw (from 3 new homes being built across my street) in my tire and by the time I got to work the low pressure warning started. I left work early in the attempt to get it repaired until I could get new tires before winter. Well 2 BIG BOX business would not repair (plug) my tire as I needed all new tires. I just needed to get back to Anderson. I added air and rolled the dice. As I drive thru Pendleton I see Falls Park Tire. I stop in and explain what happened but by the time I got done explaining it there was a tech with the tools asking where's my car. BOOM ! REPAIRED! I said THIS is where I'll get my new tires. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY. Before I was ready and winter not here yet I had a different tire blow out on me and right by Falls Park Tire. I limped in and ordered tires and since my used car did not have a spare, they put a spare on my rim until the next day. Talk about service! BONUS STARS ? ? ? ? ?......I've lived in Indiana for 30 yrs and I also gained new CORN knowledge while in the waiting room! I'm safer...and smarter...ish?‍? Thank you Falls Park Tire! Recently went to Falls Park Tire and Auto on a local recommendation to replace two rear calipers on my Honda. When I picked up the vehicle the two calipers looked drastically different from each other. One shiny silver. The other charcoal black/grey. Drove it locally for less than a day and rust appeared all over the one dark colored caliper. When I called to let them know they said bring it back in and we will check it out. So I had to return within 48 hours of spending $437 for two calipers I was told were purchased from Auto Zone. They did replace it - as a courtesy as I was “concerned” about rust on a brand new part. And yep, it’s not the same color either. So I drove by Auto Zone and was told the different colored caliper in no way came from them. So, not sure if it’s manufactured or what but I didn’t expect to pay for unmatching calipers and cannot trust where the product came from. Hopefully this one works well and doesn’t rust unexpectedly. I am surprised by my experience given all the reviews, but I have to share my experience. See photos of “new” caliper with rust and the final two calipers with drastically different finish claimed to be from Auto Zone.

Very friendly fair makes it feel like family never looking to rip you off for a quick buck. We bring all our cars there and will continue to do so for a long time. Thank you.

This was the first time coming to the shop and I highly recommend, 10/10 experience! Crew was friendly, communicated well (I got antsy myself and called them before they could call me) professional and the location itself was great and convenient! Had a “simple” repair done to the exterior and it looks new and back to normal ☺️ Price was extremely reasonable as well for services provided!

I was in the area working , my vehicle broke down and I had it towed to this shop. They were so friendly and helpful. It was a wiring issue with my starter, they had it repaired and didn’t charge me a fortune either . An I was from out of town an knew nothing one at this shop. So, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone .

10 out of 10 perfect customer service. I would definitely recommend to everybody that I know. Went to multiple shops trying to get my tire fixed and they were all too busy but I showed up here they were also busy but took the time to come out and help me fix my tire and get me back on the road. I had a catastrophic brake failure, of course at the worst time possible. They worked on the issue, in between scheduled appointments, and got me back on the road in just 2 working days! Highly recommend!!

I no longer live in Pendleton but I always make the effort to bring my car here when it breaks down. These guys are always speedy and never try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. And Ralph has always been very kind and friendly when I bring my car in. Highly recommend.

These men are great!! When I was a new resident of this town, I had reservations about paying higher prices or having to wait long times for repairs. It has been the complete opposite!!! They are so accommodating and friendly!! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!!

We took our car here and these guys are amazing! They could have easily charged us an additional $200 to fix our car but instead they actually took time to read forums and research the issue with our car. They ended up switching out a different part and fixed it for $200 less than they originally quoted us for. They took the time to do it right! And made less money! Not many businesses do this anymore. For that we will forever be there customers and will always recommend them!

I have used Falls Creek Tire for many years because their pricing is fair and honest just like Ralph the owner. Before he had a loaner to give out he would take me home while they worked on my auto and picked me up later in the day. He always try's to repair the auto as quickly as possible. This is the BEST auto repair service in Pendleton.

Had to have an oil change and was told to come first thing in the morning.i arrived slightly before 8 and was told they don’t start until 8. My car was finished quickly and sat in my view for minutes before I finally got up to find the man to pay. When I found him smoking and talking he raises his first finger to me to wait and 10 min later finally came in for me to pay. No apology given and when I got in my car my oil reset wasn’t reset. I had to go back in to get him and he wasn’t sure how to reset the gauge. I wasn’t impressed with my first experience because I was promised to be in and out quickly but was there almost an hour! Within two weeks of my visit my car battery died and my thermostat had to be replaced...

I needed new tires for my Escape, and Ralph was very upfront and honest. I did alot of pricing beforehand, and got tired of clicking on a computer screen. Decided to go talk to a real person. Smartest thing I could've done! Great price, no pressure, no brainer!

Went in for an oil change and alignment of headlights. When I picked up the car the power door controls on the driver door was broken. They said they'd look for the part but it could be hard to find. Apparently not many Pontiac Grand Ams were made. I checked up 2-3 times and they couldn't find the part. A year later and I went to the competition and they found the part immediately. I used to like this place but blowing off damages they made will keep me from going back.

Went to get my brakes done. Prices were average for any auto shop. My pregnant wife went to pick up my car and they forgot to bleed the brakes...which resulted in her almost sliding through an intersection. I wouldn't trust these guys with how sloppy their work is.

Absolutely one of the BEST car repair shops I have ever been to. Do not expect questionable service or shady folks here! Prices are 100% fair and the work is done correctly. Also got set of tires here and pricing was in line with everyone else. Love doing business with local enterprise!

My daughter's car started acting up on a trip from MN to Indy--they immediately got her right in, found the problem, fixed the car, and had her back on the road in a couple hours. Great price. Thanks for taking care of us!
