What clients say about Road Ally Fleet Towing in Anderson (IN)

Getting stranded on I-69 near Anderson was not part of the plan. My car suddenly lost power and coasted to the shoulder, and for a minute I just sat there staring at the dashboard hoping it would magically fix itself. I called Road Ally Fleet Towing and their roadside assistance showed up much quicker than I expected. The driver was calm, asked if I was okay before even looking at the car, and explained everything he was doing while preparing it for transport. An emergency tow truck arrived ready to handle the situation safely, and within no time we were headed off the highway. This towing service turned a pretty nerve-racking experience into something manageable. I ended up feeling relieved and grateful instead of stressed out.

I have lived in Anderson my whole life and I have used Road Ally Fleet Towing twice now. First time was about a year ago for a flat I could not change myself because the lug nuts were rusted on. Second time was last month when my alternator gave out near Scatterfield Road. Both times the same experience. They answer when you call, they show up in the window they give you, and the price is what they said it would be. That is a low bar to describe but it is not as common as it should be. I have tried other companies in Madison County over the years where one or more of those things did not happen. Road Ally is the only number I keep now..

Road Ally Fleet Towing showed up when they said. Charged what they quoted. Got the job done. Highly recommend for anyone. That is it.

Transmission gave out on me on I-69 southbound near the Anderson exit on a Tuesday evening in February. Temperature had been dropping all day and by the time I got the car to the shoulder it was well below freezing and getting dark. I did not want to sit there long. Called Road Ally Fleet Towing and the dispatcher had my location confirmed and a driver heading out in under two minutes of the call. He was there in 34 minutes which in those conditions felt genuinely fast. Driver pulled up with his lights going, got the reflectors set before he even approached my car, and loaded the flatbed quickly without wasting time. Drove me to a shop in Anderson I had used before. The whole thing from call to drop-off was under 90 minutes on one of the coldest evenings of the year. That is exactly the kind of response that matters when it is February in Indiana.
