Had a very pleasant and smooth purchase of my vehicle. There was a small hiccup and he quickly turned it around and got us the right paperwork. He was very kind and helpful during the whole process.

We were more than pleased with the service and care provided to us at this company. We came from the Muncie area and the car was exactly as described on marketplace. It was clean and we enjoyed a nice test drive. We purchased the car easily and there was great attention given to details. The car we arrived in suddenly had developed a leak in the radiator. The owner was very kind and provided us with 2 gallon containers of water for our trip home. We would return to this company again to purchase another car if needed because the service was so great. We highly recommend this company

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Scott, and he made the process so easy. I've driven the truck for a couple days now and I can say I'm very happy with the deal. I drove down from Fort Wayne to Anderson because of his prices! He still believes in customer service. He and his wife took care of all the paperwork that I needed very quickly, and got me on my way. I would buy from this dealership again.

They have a good selection and great prices. They are really friendly and will do everything they can to help. I could tell the manager really wanted me to have a good experience buying there.

Great place to get a used car We got ours from here last year and it's still running great. Would definitely buy another car from here. [Update 2024] Our car is still running great. Would def still recommend this place. My husband has done some work on this car, but just regular upkeep and maintenance.

I was really nervous when I started my car search journey. I haven’t had the best experience with car lots or dealerships at all. I’m not from Anderson, IN, but I have family that lives there. I seen an ad for a vehicle that was within my budget on Facebook marketplace. I responded to the ad and from that moment my experience was the best one I’ve ever encountered with a dealership. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to me! The owner Scott answered all my questions and was so patient with me every single time I called to ask a question. On top of all that, they all went above and beyond and made sure my vehicle was in top shape! I will most definitely tell my friend’s and family about them! I purchased a car from this dealership March 12th. Leading up to that day, I had test drove the vehicle for a few minutes and was satisfied enough to say I wanted the vehicle. Came back 2 weeks later and purchased the car. From the very beginning, however, the owner gave me extremely shady vibes. His answers to my questions about the vehicle were extremely vague and I was able to talk him down on the price a bit too easily. I understand they sell used cars and they are sold as-is, but I am still extremely disappointed in the vehicle I bought. I really needed a vehicle to get to and from work as mine had just gotten totaled a few weeks before this. I did not even have the car for a full 24 hours before the car started having problems. I took it to a shop to get the brakes, oil, etc. checked, and they found no issues. I drove away (mind you this is now March 13th, not even a FULL DAY after purchasing the vehicle) and my car breaks down. White smoke was spewing from my exhaust and my RPMs were locked at around 4000. I of course was very irritated. I was able to get it towed to a shop and come to find out the intercooler blew. $700 for parts and labor, not a huge deal. But now, the turbo is falling apart, which was going to be another $2000 to replace unless I purchased the part myself. I will give credit to the owner here, he did try to make me whole and purchased the turbo, as well as send me $250 in credit. However, the part he bought me never arrived and instead were headlights that don’t even go to my car. Needless to say, I am taking matters into my own hands from this point forward. Overall, seems like the owners are shady and rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning. Purchase a vehicle from here at your own risk. **EDIT due to false information from seller** I at no point mentioned I had a brother who is a mechanic. I have a friend who works on cars, but he is not a mechanic by any means. He does simple repairs (oil change, spark plugs, etc.) The owner did offer me a warranty and I accepted and paid $450 for it. However, he did not explain it to me in detail and simply tacked it on and moved on quickly from it. I have the BASE COVERAGE that does not, go figure, cover the turbocharger or intercooler. So I say again, exercise EXTREME caution if you decide to bring your business here.

The service is more than wonderful. My visit to them to buy the car was less than an hour. They were very nice and their prices were very competitive and the lowest on the market. When he went to test drive the car, it did not exceed two minutes, because since I rode it and before driving it, it was wonderful, and for me there is no need to go for a test drive. I highly recommend it !!

The vehicle not only was the least expensive I found in Anderson of the make and model I wanted with very low miles, but it looked and drove perfectly. I am very happy with the purchase!
