This company is trash and predatory. They tow cars for any reason and being in unmarked spots. This company has horrible communication and business practices. Update: I would keep my disposition with this company any day! Like I informed, every other spot was marked with an actual sign. The visibility of the spot marked on the ground was not clear. They came for my car in the middle of the night, hence predatory. Even the reply is misleading. I was not asked to leave, I was threatened with non release of my vehicle even with having funds. The employee ALSO yelled and cursed. Regardless, I got what I needed and reported this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This company refuses to take responsibility for their actions and runs extremely questionable business practices. My car was towed late at night. When I went to retrieve it around 3:00 AM, the driver first told me the charge was $300. When I asked for an official receipt, he suddenly changed the amount and said he would “give me a break,” bringing it down to $250, which I was forced to pay in cash. Afterward, I received two different receipts from the same company: • One receipt sent via email showing $250 paid • Another receipt sent via text message showing a $250 charge with a so-called “discount”, which I never received These receipts contradict each other and do not reflect what actually happened. My vehicle was also damaged during the tow. To be transparent, I already knew that one side skirt had prior damage, and I am not claiming that. However, the tow caused new damage, including front bumper lip damage, a broken license plate bracket, scratches, paint chips, and abnormal driving afterward. Before the tow, my car was otherwise in excellent condition with recent maintenance, alignment, and good tire tread. When I contacted the company, the female representative I spoke with was extremely rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help. The company has refused to accept responsibility, has not provided their insurance information after damaging my car, and has made no effort to resolve the issue. As someone involved in the Purdue University student council association, I am formally documenting this experience and will be reporting these practices to Purdue University management, the Dean’s Office, and the Purdue Police Department so they are aware of how this company treats students and visitors. Between the cash-only payment, verbal price changes, conflicting receipts, vehicle damage, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious if dealing with this towing company.

Doing this type of work is never fun and the people you experience on the job are never happy. I definitely was frustrated hearing my car was towed and the on top of that my car was damaged in the process. Mario and Jackie were very honest and forward with what happened and took full accountability for the damages. It’s hard to find that these days and I was very grateful for this especially knowing the car was towed due to my own mistake. These are good honest people and made it their priority to get the damages repaired in a timely manner (thank you Jackie). If you ever have to go through the unpleasant experience of being towed, you can at least feel a bit better knowing your car is in good hands

UPDATE: 9/11/25 - I'm sitting in my car at about 11:30. Just got a call from someone headed to the ER. And they pull up behind my car and flash their lights on me...a resident...with my resident sticker. Now I feel harassed. Just a shame! So our family friend did park illegally and got towed. As we understood, it was our fault, and we had no problem paying the ridiculous $250 fee. What we did have a problem with was our friend being called a 'dumbass' for asking a question. The friend was Hispanic, and that hit the wrong way. That fee paid somebody's paycheck. But that's how you treat customers? Needed just one point of a star for this rating. I'm not sure why an apartment complex keeps business with you, but at least one of your employees have issues that they need to deal with before dealing with the public. I do not recommend anyone to spend money willingly with this business.

We use All Pro for our apartment towing. They do a great job. Obviously people are going to be upset if their car gets towed. But since switching over from Precision the residents don't have to fight for parking anymore because visitors have learned to park in visitor spots. They also take pictures that show the vehicles without parking permits or parked illegally which helps if somebody insists otherwise.

Complete negligence and arrogance between the private apartment complex and this towing company working in cahoots. Illegally towing people's transportation to work that good and honest hard working people need to take care of their children and family, not to mention paying their rent at the very same apartments!! And when they clearly see they have done wrong, they they tell you to come pick up your car in a different city and to pay for an Uber instead of bringing your car back. You normally see this type of situations in giant heartless corporations but not often in your own community with small businesses. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Honest, good working people probably getting in trouble with their bosses and risking losing their jobs because of dishonesty and a lack of ethics and morality.

We saw this company towing our vehicle out of our apartment complex. My boyfriends phone was lost in the car so with the drivers permission, we were looking for the phone. While looking for the phone I politely started asking questions about drop prices and pickup prices at which point the driver immediately starts getting irritated and angry with me. He says it would be 340 to drop it, 340 if we picked it up from the tow lot that night and 290 if we picked it up in the morning. We’ve dealt with this company before and I was immediately alarmed by his responses, I begin asking more reasonable simple questions before paying, like will you give us a receipt, are the prices listed, what’s your name. The driver gets irate says he’s calling the police and says we can no longer pay him anything right there. When the police arrive he says he called because I was asking too many questions and I refused to get out of the car - when in reality I was only in the car looking for the phone and then to get our belongings after he called the police. The driver gives us the 340 option again but we only had 336 in cash so we ended up having to pick it up in the morning which ultimately saved us 50 bucks. When we picked up the vehicle the next morning I asked the guy who sits behind the desk what the drop fee was and he says for this vehicle the driver probably said 340. I then asked a woman employee who took us to our vehicle, why is the drop fee more than the next day fee and she says it’s not, stating the drop fee for this vehicle is 200. I asked her why we weren’t offered that price last night in front of our apartment and she provides no clear answer. I understand they have a business to run but transparency, consistency and diplomacy goes a long way. Updating to 1 star after their ridiculous assumptive response.

As their insurance account manager, I can confidently say that Jacquelyn Margraff is one of the kindest and most helpful professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. If you're looking for reliable, dedicated service, give them a chance for all your towing and recovery needs—you won’t be disappointed!

Despite what this company would like people to believe, the issue isn't whether people are parked illegally or not, it's the ridiculous charge to get their vehicle back...if you call them for a tow it will be less than a hundred dollars guaranteed but if they tow you against your will, almost $300...and you have to pay if you want your vehicle back which is basically extortion..don't give them any legitimate business they get plenty of shady business as it is

This company has rude employees and way over charges for the tow. The rude receptionist had the audacity to lie and tell me they are one of the cheapest tow places around. Riiight! They make a living off of taking advantage of less fortunate people which is really sad and unfortunate. What goes around comes around. These shoddy and inconsiderate workers and business practices will reap what they sow.

This company is the absolute worst!! They come around the Whitcomb Terrace apartment complex just looking for their next victim. My visitors pass was literally 2 hours expired and they took my car. Only explanation is that they have a scheme going with the complex. $250 cash to get my car out is absolutely insane.

They damaged my vehicle while towing it and of course denied that they did. At first they said they had no record of towing it but I have the receipt.Horrible business and by the looks of the comments they have rude employees also. Don’t respond to me either like you all have been responding to every review so unprofessionally. Go find somebody else to play with.

Terrible my car was towed from apartment complex saying I illegally parked with a visitor pass the only reason I parked wrong was due to the car next to me parked wrong. I believe they waited for the car to leave to tow my car I saw the tow truck ride pass while I was parking I feel this was a scam. They only reason I paid n didn't take the next step was because I needed my car for work. But I will be contacting the BBB 250 dollars is a scam Towing

Tow truck driver was very unprofessional. He towed my car at ann apartment complex. We did not know that there was a parking rule, there were no signs posted. He would not release my car and lied to me about when I could pick it up. Charged me $200.00 and could not get my car until the next day at 11:00 am.

I was clearly parked in the visitors parking lot in which I have been parking in the entire year. I came out today and my vehicle was gone I already knew these crooked people took my vehicle because I sat in my car previous nights and watch them search the visitors parking lot weeks prior why idk. So I started taking pictures of my vehicle in the lot as I parked it. Plus on my car app it shows where I parked it. Yet they still took it I will report this company for negligence and contact my lawyer I’m the event I have any issues getting my car back . I will not pay a dime I have all the proof.. Edit: YES YOU HAVE MY VEHICLE I just left from up there and my car is behind your gate!!! I HAVE GPS ON MY VEHICLE AND A CAMERA INSIDE IT I CAN SEE EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE. Please be aware they will make every lie known n the book to prove their point in stealing money this place needs to be shut down immediately im calling a lawyer .

This company took my rental car inside my complex while I was going to retrieve the parking permit. The tow truck driver was leaving my complex and when I got home from work.i parked the car in the visitor section where it was supposed to be at and within 3 minutes of me and going in my unit to get the permit he hooks the car and leaves while I’m running down the street trying to get the drivers attention. When you call, they play crazy and act like they can’t contact the driver. Dirty business UPDATE: the car was not parked in the “resident” parking it was parked in the “visitor” parking lol.To the owner account nice try damage controlling. I wrote a review out on the better business bureau’s website as well.

My neighbor woke me up and told me my car was being towed! When I got outside they said I didn’t have a parking permit. I told them I did that my son went into car earlier and must’ve knocked it down. I showed them it had fell and they charged me $200 to unhook my car!

I just moved to evergreen I stay by myself and my building is far away from visitors parking which was full. Unfortunately I parked n handicap since I had nowhere else to park and the next day my car was gone. This sucks since I pay so much rent at this apartment and I don’t even have a a place to park meanwhile the parking lot is full of cars without building stickers this just sucks especially since I’m 6 months pregnant and wen I get off work Iate there are never any parking spots available to me near my building! Extra expenses, in what event is a paying resident to do when there is no more visitors parking??? I’ve never had my car towed by all pro so I’m not sure how much it is. It is currently 6:30 am I will have to wait into 10am. I’m hoping they are understanding I’m a little nervous on picking up my car.

It’s cool to tow a car that isn’t following the rules but let’s be real , towing a chevy Malibu 4 miles away is not worth 290 dollars . Price should be like 150 you will still get your profit . I think a lot of the towing is predatory. I’ve watched their employees in my apartment complex and they are scavengers .

Picked up our brand new car that we've had for a literal week, drove straight to work which is less than a 15 minute drive and our tire is completely flat. Upon checking the tire itself looked skewed. Don't know how to handle cars without damaging them.

Tell me if you can see the sign that says all pro towing? They towed my vehicle after their business hours in a parking lot that looks as though it’s attached to a bowling alley. I could not retrieve my vehicle until the next day 10am. By law they have to allow you to pick up your vehicle 7 days a week 24 hours a day accept on holidays they close at 5pm and still tow around the city after hours. They are only supposed to charge 150 max for initial towing by Indians state law but they charged me 290 for less than 24 hours this is illegal. They are running the establishment illegally someone should file for a lawsuit

Someone needs to look into the way this company handles business. My cars have gotten towed 7 times and I think customers are targeted for their financial gain. The towing truck will drive around the parking lot at night without head lights, which is very suspicious and unprofessional. My complex requires a parking sticker and it expired on the 16th and my car got towed that night. It's hard for me to believe that this company is going to every car in the complex looking for a sticker in the dark every night. This company needs to be brought to the publics attention.

Edit again: 9-22-1-16 pertains to business lots, not parking for private residences. An apartment complex is not a "business lot" under any law, and parking permits are not sold to the public but are instead provided to the people living in the houses. So under the laws you, yourself provided, you are not following the law. And also, every car you tow that is "illegally parked" is considered an "abandoned vehicle" under the law. But I am sure you knew that. Edit edit: Read IN Code 9-22-1-15/16 and tell me where in there it says that you do not need to provide 24 hour notice if you have signs. I will wait. Also, if "the police are called before every tow" then why are you sneaking around at 3am with flashlights specifically looking for cars without parking stickers? You honestly expect anyone to believe you suddenly call them once you find a car to tow? I have seen you tow cars, I never once seen the police there to make sure you're following the law. EDIT, response to your reply: No, the presence of signs is not mentioned whatsoever in the law. You are lying by claiming otherwise. By taking cars without leaving notice, you are committing theft. Police will be called if I see your company taking cars in my neighborhood without following the law. According to Indiana state law, you are REQUIRED to give a 24-48 hour notice before towing a vehical. 3 cars that belonged to members of my family were towed without required legal notices, meaning that this company is in violation of the law. IN Code 9-22-1-15/16 clearly states that to remove a vehical you "shall attach in a prominent place a notice tag containing... The date, time, name, and address of the person who owns or controls the private property and a telephone number... [and] That the vehicle will be removed after twenty-four (24) hours." IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE CAR HAS A PERMIT OR NOT, THIS IS THE LAW! That is why they sneak around Tanglewood Apartments at 3AM, so they can steal cars without repurcussions. They also bank on people not knowing their legal rights. Please obey the law going forward.

Shady operation. In cahoots with a local business (McColly) office near a popular entertainment venue Up Your Alley). Late and after business hours when the office building was closed, and their back lot (not customer lot) is not utilized, their trucks hide across the street in another business lot (Post Office) for tow victims. If we would have gotten out there in time it’s $100 to have your car dropped, $280.00 to get it if they take it. We saw the sign after and it was almost falling out of the ground, no reference of what company it is for either. Complete entrapment and very unprofessional. Don’t make a mistake of parking in an empty lot to avoid the masses hanging outside, they are watching and want your money! Apparently this is a regular thing there and confirmed by a local authority. Nothing they can do about it either.

This towing company is horrible. I had my car in a parking lot for sale, there where no signs of towing anywhere or that we could not park there. When I spoke to the two individuals they told us they had a contract to tow, but had not had time to put up the signs. They decided to place the signs and tow the car at the same time. I asked why they didn't call and said the Town of St. John does not require them to call. Of course they will not call because they need to make there money, oh and cash only. They charge me a storage fee for the car, but yet I had no other choice to pick it up as they close at 5. They have to remember to treat others the way they would like to be treated........Karma will get them. Horrible service, never use them.

Terrible company, very rude and inconsiderate. Even though their website says 24 hours their office is only open from 8:30am till 5:00pm, which means you have to miss work to get your car back even though there are drivers around the office 24 hours. After reviewing most people paid $180, they charged me $240 because they had to use "special equipment" when transporting my vehicle. When I asked why the equipment charge was so much, they said it was because of the wear and tear on the equipment. If you don't miss work right after you get towed they'll slap a $40 overnight charge as well. This company just looks to scam people out of money and will do all in their power to collect as much cash from you as possible.
