Great towing company and very fast !

I’m so glad Hansen found me on the side of the road on that busy night. He made sure to put his lights on to slow the oncoming fast traffic. He VOLUNTEERED to help me out and assist with changing my flat blown out tire and never once insisted on extra services or payment, only nice conversation. I’d recommend Hansen near or far. Thank You Hansen 🙏

My car's power steering went out just as I was getting home one night, just having to do 2 turns to get to my parking spot was almost impossible so I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it to a shop the next day. So in the morning I called up Tim to tow me and he helped call around to shops that had availability that day and the parts my car needed. Great guy to work with!

HIGHLY recommend Hansen's Towing!! We called Tim at 8:50 PM and asked him if he could tow our classic car that was stranded on the side of the road. He was on his way home from a long day of work, almost home, and came to rescue us! Such a nice, friendly guy! We called several other towing companies that claimed "24 hour service" who never even answered the phone. We are very thankful for his service.

Our Honda Pilot would not start while at our son’s house in Schererville. I looked online for tow services and Hansen’s had the best ratings. I called and Tim was there within 20 minutes. He loaded our Pilot and off he went to the dealership in Merrillville. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you for rescuing me!

Tim was a tremendous help today. Trying to help a friend get his Ford Escape home from an auto repair shop but the issues were to severe to keep it on the road. Thankfully Tim was right around the corner and was able to get us picked up within minutes and he brought the vehicle to my house for me. Incredibly fast service at a great price, very thankful he was able to help us out today. Thanks again Tim!

Insanely quick service. Tim was very kind and helpful. Got me to a tire place he knew and had my tire fixed in 20 mins! I will use Hansen’s Towing again if I need towing in the future.

He helped my parents out on a truly horrible & very hot day when my Dad was having back problems and my Mom was very weak & exhausted from her dialysis treatment, followed by a doctor's appointment and a much needed trip to the grocery store when their van suddenly broke down. Called Tim and he was there in a flash with a friendly smile, kind heart and great service. He went above and beyond to help my parents out, he even hooked them up with a mechanic who was quick, helpful & caring like Tim. Tim even came all the way back to check on my Mom & me because she wasn't able to get up into the tow truck, he made sure we were ok and gave us an update. These guys truly saved the day, got us fixed up, repaired, back on the road and home safely with lifted spirits and grateful hearts. I was calling around for a tow on Sunday morning. Tim was one of the few that actually answered and had the car up and loaded in 30 minutes from the time of the phone call. Professional and courteous service. Would recommend.

Imagine your away for work, your teenage son on his way to work has a blow out. He is on the side of a busy road by himself. He calls you, you can't get a hold of anyone who can help him. I call Hansens towing. Tim assures me he is only 10 minutes away from my son. He tows my son to his friends shop, changes the tire and sends my son off to work in under than 30 minutes of the blow out. Without receiving a penny at this point. His major concern was getting my son safely off the side of the road. This was my first encounter with Tim, I never met the man he had no reason to do such a generous act for me. Not only was the fee reasonable but the peace of mind was priceless. I will forever be grateful to Tim and Hansens Towing. Thank you Tim for being a decent human !!

Tim is timely, courteous, professional, understanding, and very helpful! He was at my house in 10 minutes from the call to pull my vehicle to the dealership. It was not starting, and luckily, he has a magic touch and got it to start so we didn't need the tow after all, but waited for me to drive it around the block to make sure all was well. A real class act who puts customer service first. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a tow in the region!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim of Hansen's Towing on Monday, and he saved me from missing even a half day of work. My daughter and I were stranded with my Kia Sorento by Von Tobel's. I called Hansen's Towing, and he literally told me he'd be there in 10min...WHOA! I've never had a tow company say they'd be there in 10min ever, and actually get there 5 minutes later. We had tons of gifts in the car, and he transferred the stuff from my Kia to his tow, and gave us a ride to drop my Kia off and waited there to drop me and my baby back home. Wow! I am not used to top notch service like this, and I highly recommend Tim of Hansen's Towing, he's a good guy, and very kind, and might I mention that his tow was super duper clean! You won't find another tow company like this is NW Indiana, I promise you that, choose Hansen's Towing, Tim's your guy! Fast and Great service! Thanks again Tim!!!!

Called Hansen’s at 7:15pm on a night where wind chills were well below zero. Tim answered right away. After getting my location he said he would be there in 15 minutes or less and he was there in 10 minutes. Quality service from a very nice guy. Highly recommend. Thanks Tim!

I live in cp and popped my tire with no spare!! (Dang snow covered curb!) He gave me an eta of 15-20 min and was there in 10!! Professional, clean truck (inside and out) & really down to earth gentleman! Took care of me & the car well! Reasonable prices also!! Other tow companies was 30+ min wait! Highly, HIGHLY recommend! My family (extended also) and I will be using ONLY Hansen’s from now on!! Thank you Tow truck Tim, my family and I appreciate you!!! Edited to Add: This is the first time of needing a tow. I was high anxiety and he totally put me at ease of the process! (Did not pay me or offer incentives to write this review. Had a great experience using Hansen's to relocate a car from my house to my shop. I worked with Tim and let me say this is exactly how it should work. We had a couple of challenges getting the car on the truck. The brakes had seized and was in a somewhat awkward position. Tim took his time and helped me get the car loaded on the truck and brought over to the shop and delivered it inside for me. With an uphill entrance to the shop that was a life saver as pushing it, with now slightly seized brakes would have been a nightmare. I've worked with several tow shops over the years with mixed results. I'll be using Hansen's from here out and recommend you do the same.

The nicest man you will ever meet! My brakes went out on Route 30, I pulled off to a business, I was expecting to wait for a tow for at least 3-4 hours. Nope, I was blessed by finding Hansen's Towing. Tim, is so nice, honest, and extremely reliable. He said he would get to my location in 15 minutes and he did! I would recommend him above all others!

My mechanic recommended Hansens for a tow and I would do the same. I called and Tim said he could meet me in 10 minutes. Nicest guy you could ask for, clean, professional and with an awesome price! Will be my go to for any towing needs. A++

PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! Highly recommend and will be using for any towing services in the future! After attempting to use roadside assistance through my. insurance company, sitting stranded for two hours only then to be updated at the end of the ETA window that it would be another 2 hours for another company. I called Hansen's after searching Google and seeing reviews and he got to me in 6mins. 6 MINS! He was courteous, handled my car with care, was very informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Tim at Hansen’s towing. I called him to tow our car to our auto dealer and he came to get it within the hour. He was so sweet with my 4 year old and let him pull a lever on the tow truck and explained what he was doing to him. It was a great experience and very reasonable price! Thank you Tim!

Phenomenal! The responding mechanic spent time figuring out the problem with our car and was patient and thorough. He even took time to let our son check under the hood with him. He got us up and running and we MUCH appreciated it since we are from out of state! We highly recommend Hansen's!

I’m so happy I chose to call Hansen’s. I was in a pinch and needed my car towed to the dealership for a completely dead battery on my car. They came out ASAP-maybe 20 minute wait, even faster than I had hoped!! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly. They don't make like Tim anymore. He is such the professional and caring person. I have used his services several times and wouldn't trust another tow company. Tim has officially been adopted as my uncle. He's a great guy that takes pride is his service.
