Great customer service! Went in for a headlight replacement, and the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful, explained things in detail, and did his best to help me to his ability. Came here after swinging by AutoZone. Their customer stunk!

Went in needing my battery charged among other issues I was having with my jeep and ended up have a conversation about cars with Bryce at the counter for a good bit of time, really a bonafide salesman.. Instantly could tell I knew I was in the presence of a professional, and was going to get the respect and understanding needed for the issues plaguing my car.. Customer service was phenomenal, definitely made a returning customer out of me and I will be coming back.

Everyone in the store is really helpful and there's a good selection all the automotive needs on hand. And if they don't have it, more than likely they can order it for you for later that day or soon after.

I came in to buy oil to top off my car. Mike (older gentleman with long hair and a beard) was super helpful, patient, and informative. He added the oil for me and explained how to make sure the cap and dipstick were on correctly. Absolutely top-notch customer service! HIGHLY recommend!

I stopped by to ask if I was able to do an in-store return for an online purchase, and was told by the old man that I needed to ship it back myself. He said there was no way to look up the order on their system. I was pretty sure he was wrong and just didn't want to deal with the hassle. In-store returns are absolutely supported by O'Reillys. I will take my return/exchange to a different store with employees that actually want to help their customers.

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us troubleshoot a misfire on an old Volvo, giving us some tips on how to pinpoint the problem. More than I expected from a chain auto parts store. Plus they recycle used motor oil at no cost

Day time manager is completely clueless. I came in to have my rotors resurfaced and he said nobody knew how to use the machine but someone would be there the next day to do it. No big deal. So I left them overnight and when I came back the following day they tried giving me the wrong rotors. Went back again and they tried giving me 1 resurfaced rotor and 1 untouched rotor. One more day later i finally got them and the manager said he did them himself. I asked what business he had going anywhere near that machine if he didn’t know how to use it. Of course, he said he never said he didn’t know how to use it ( then why would I leave my rotors overnight?). How come during any given day shift there are 6 people working, but nobody can turn a rotor? This store definitely needs some training and possibly some new management. I will say the night manager was very helpful and tried the best he could to make it right, but I won’t put up with some moron messing with my brakes when he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Anyways. 3 days my wife goes without a car, me being called a liar to my face, and him putting my family in danger is plenty reasons for me to never spend another dollar in that store again.

I've been buying my parts here for years and they keep getting less experienced counter help and do not know how to treat their customers. Go to advance or auto zone instead they are right across the street

Information when inquiring about the price of merchandise was not explained accurately. When I spoke to another staff member he assured me that he would speak to his employees so that in the future it wouldn't happen to another customer. Tho it didn't change the price increase, which I hadn't budgeted for, it was nice that I was heard, and spoken to politely. Thank you.
