I used this tow company twice and the experience was great, they came in a timely manner, the price was reasonable and the dispatcher was really nice and answered all my questions. I recommend them if you want good customer service and a fast tow.
Jorge. Was outstanding five star company broke down at the Chicago skyway in the tolls he was there and on our way to Benton Harbor Michigan within an hour. Price was more than fair Great company been around forever will definitely use them again.
05/16/25 My car was damaged while towed without consent. I was charged an outrageous fee for a 2 feet tow when I didn’t give them consent to even tow the car. I was waiting on my own personal tow. They would not take Zelle or a card so they can impound my car for more storage fees. I also searched this business in the BBB and it’s not BBB accredited. I will be filing civil suit.
Scum bags tried to rip me off, got my vehicle towed there and they said it would cost me 250.00 bucks to get it out, it was around 200.00 still ridiculous but less than the original quote, SCAM business!!!
I was in an accident and from out of state. They quickly helped my tow my vehicle and toyed to my home the next day in Chicago. Secure lot with cameras as well.
Horrible experience. They completely over charge you! It's ridiculously high. And have you running around everywhere to pay and then pick up your car at a whole other location 10 minutes away. Beware if you ever get your car towed with this place. They don't care.
