TERRIBLE! Been sitting for 4 hours waiting for a tow. And when called, does not answer and gives false information. Almost like false hope saying they will be here in 20 minutes- and then 1 hour passes……
McCoy & Sons were very nice and professional they Accommodated me with everything I needed. Even though I had to return several time because I left or forgot something. And by me being on oxygen the young lady allowed me to drive in to gather my things and was very sympathetic to my situation. Thank you McCoy & Sons for your patience and Accommodating me. Thumbs up
I felt it was important to share what I observed while leaving a restaurant in Cedar Lake. I noticed a confederate flag displayed at a home of someone connected to McCoy & Cons Towing. While I respect freedom of speech, the Confederate flag is widely recognized as a symbol of slavery, racial oppression, and hate. seeing it tied to your business is troubling and may be viewed negatively by the community.
Very prompt on service. Had vehicle towed and no complaining about pricing. I messed up so I pay to get my car. People go in and yell at the secretary for no reason. She had nothing to do with your vehicle getting towed. Pay the bill and be on your way. Take responsibility for what you did. And if you had an accident it is usually your isurance or the other vehicles insurance involved.
I was stranded in the middle of the road. Tow truck was there in 10 minutes and extremely professional. Reasonable pricing compared to the last company I dealt with. Definitely recommend and they will forever have my business.
