High Impact Towing saved me! I broke down 4 stories up in a parking garage in downtown Chicago, and had to get my car back home to NWI. The first company I called tried to charge me $1,200 for the job. I thought I was screwed and wouldn't get a better price, because a parking garage is a tough predicament to be in. I called High Impact for a second option, and they quoted me $340. Greg maneuvered through the parking garage with absolute precision, and got me home safely without absolutely destroying my finances. I recommend them to anyone who might need a tow.
Very friendly and professional. This was our first time needing a tow so we didn't know who to call. I remember seeing the trucks for High Impact around town so found them on Google and called. They answered right away and where very helpful. He even gave me name of another tow company to try. In the end we ise High Impact Towing and will use them if needed and recommend them to others. These guys are THE BEST. I had a most challenging need to move a 1962 Bel Air from a garage to a back yard driveway. The garage was old with 2 doors, Junior wenched it out of the garage and with the help of his father and a second tow truck, moved it into the small yard area. I was amazed. And also, the relationship Junior has with his father shows that he's quite a guy. Nothing better than seeing a father and his son working together. All the best to both of you. You will be my 'go to' guys anytime I need a tow.

If I could give 100 stars I would for this company, I had an issue where I needed my car towed out of a shop quickly and let me tell you, Jr came within 20mins, got my car out and was at the next shop within 10 mins. It was by far the fastest, most reliable service I think I ever witnessed. I never leave reviews hardly but this deserves a review! This has been hands down the best towing service I've ever used. Had a flat with no spare and needed to get to a tire shop before they closed. The truck was there in under the 20 minute promised time, got my truck hooked up super fast and easy, got it to the tire shop before they closed and even made sure they had a tire on hand to replace the flat one before dropping the car off. Easy ordering on the phone, helpful and honest service with good pricing. You can tell these guys are pros at their jobs. Thank you for saving us on this very very cold day!
Refused to put my car in the driveway at first . Pulled it on the flat bad all crooked almost popped my tire. Drove through two of my neighbors grass. And was very rude about doing his job
Josh and his team did an excellent job for me. They replaced some brackets on the rear window of my old explorer, and I anticipated the window would break in the process (based on my online research). However, they were extremely careful and were able to do the job without damaging the window, saving me money. Quick turnaround, highly efficient, reasonable pricing, and a high level of professionalism! Would highly recommend.
Car broke down about 3 miles from home and I needed a tow. It was 11:30pm on a Thursday. I called High Impact and they showed up within 20 mins and had my car loaded on the flatbed and dropped off at my home within another 40 minutes. Very fast and professional service. Paid $90. I will use them again if I need to.
