I was taking back an alternator that I had bought a year and a 1/2 ago. O'reilly has the cheapest lowest grade auto parts you can buy. I was in a Bind and had to buy it At the time. because my alt went out in their parking lot. It was lucky me at the time. because I could put one on my car. but now I'm going through my third one. I've called Napa but I don't know what I had to take an Uber down there. So it was cheaper just to change the alternator in the parking lot. I've regretted it I've changed that alternator 3 times. Do not I repeat do not buy auto parts at O'reilly's! unless you don't have any choice!

These guys are honest, they will show you the results if you get something tested. I stopped going to autozone because there something shady going on there.

Only one employee, a manager of some sort. Phone and people at the desk kept him busy, clearly frustration set in. Then he tried to charge me for parts I already paid for. Luckily I had my receipt handy.

Thank goodness I was a parts manager, otherwise the young man who watched me struggle to bring in my own battery and chose NOT to assist at all then proceed to offer the INCORRECT size and thought it would work. If his mother was treated that way it is ashame.. I am livid for the most part. A 2 star review is only because it was in stock I FOUND it for him. Is really that hard to help out a customer? Offer a thank you? Sorry not good customer service AT ALL. it is a small thing to ask.

Great service at this location. Was stuck in a storm and employee Jesse was a good help. He replaced my windshield wiper blades for me.

Jim the manager listened to my problem and he took care of it immediately. He showed concern and offered an apology for another O'Reilly location and took care of it. He demonstrated great customer service. I'll definitely do business there again thanks to him

Since you ask no help at all from the kids at the counter. They didn't want to be there on a Sunday morning. Thats ok though. I was their age once long ago.

Jim was very helpful on the phone. He took the time to explain the difference between the types of car batteries and answered all of my questions.

Poor customer service ,parts ordered told me be in around 4pm left brake rotors to be turned, told me about 1hour went back at 4:30 pm part part still not there rotors still not turned,told me they will call when done ,waited til next morning went to O'Reilly's again rotors still not turned parts I ordered only one came in person said I only ordered one which I ordered 2 asked about rotors not done yet took my undone rotors and one part and left ,they didn't show any feelings why things were not done, never adain

1. High quality parts for a competitive price. 2. The guys have helped me numerous times know what needs to be done. They have even assisted installing lights and batteries. They are very helpful. Many times I have been told before I install a part about a shortcut or trick to do the installation. 3. O Reilly seems to avoid the crowd that the other big 3 hire. Everyone here likes their job, likes to work on cars and seem to know what they are doing. I pretty much exclusively use o reillys now but this is their best location.

I am very disappointed with my services. It was a snow storm, I needed a new windshield wiper. I could not figure out how to install it and the gentleman in the store said he was unable to help me install it for me because he couldn’t leave the register after I just saw him step outside when I was pulling into the parking lot. I had to stand outside in the snow and figure it out til I gave up and called someone else to help me. Worst service I’ve ever had and I WILL NOT be back.

Great service and great knowledge of the parts that they sell! Not to mention the options for tools to rent! Also high quality vehicle scanning for free! Definitely one of the best places to get advice and parts from!

They were easy to find. My car wasn't passing the emission test. They checked it out, told me what the problem could be. Gave me a price. I compared prices and found out that O'Reilly's had the best price so I bought it from them. I had the part installed and for $32.99 my car passed the emission test. Thank you O'REILLY'S, you were spot on right,,,?.

The clerk installed a car battery quickly. He would not accept a $10 tip. Great service and resealable prices.

Great service. They have a good selection of quality parts on hand and have quick delivery for parts not on the store.

Spoke to Dave first time and last time I was here....Did NOT buy from them Dave is a jerk..... putting this mildly...Went to Napa instead very nice people at Napa.

Ordered parts to be in at 430 pm. Parts were not in until 6pm. If you need your parts quickly I don't recommend this location
