Not the friendliest bunch and not on top of things like they should be. Called a week ahead of time to have my car looked at; after dropping off my car it was there for a couple days and no word on said vehicle. After calling them back I was told that they didn't know where the car came from and what was wrong with it. When I came to pick up the vehicle their attitude wasn't the best. Never again will I go here.
I have been going to Terry's for 30 yrs. Never have I ever had a bad experience with them. They have always been quick courteous and very reasonably priced. No one else will ever work on my vehicles.
Terry's automotive is the best place in warsaw to find any model, year parts , if they don't have it on stock, they help you find it , any price for parts or services worth it!.
A good place to go Terry is older fellow but they are very knowledgeable and have alot of odd and end things to buy in his shop i got a good deal on a truck i bought off him. He also works on vehicles and i feel he's pretty reasonable and does a decent job all in all pretty good place
Dropped my truck off to get a diagnosis of some trouble I was having. Never called me in the whole week I had it there to update me on what was going on with it. I called them 3 days in and they hadn't done a thing to it.
I go in to pick it up a week later after they state they can't find a part for it and not only was nothing fixed, but my tire was flat.
Called and asked for cam bearings to be changed would take 10 minutes max cause the cam was out and the bearings were wide open. He said ither bring it and drop it off today and I'll get to it sometime today or bring it first thing in the morning and will get it done. Couldnt get there due to work so went there first thing in the morning and the story totally changed and said well I cant do it right now but leave it and I'll get to it sometime today then just straight up walked away and ignored us totally unprofessional and a total lack of respect
Great shop, been going there for years. Only place I trust to work on my cars. They are honest and straightforward. I highly recommend them above all others.
Worst experience at an auto repair shop ever. Way over priced, and the car came back in worse condition than I left it. Car sat for over a week before they looked at it, then they let it sit and never called me after it was "done." Horrible business. There are too many other places to get your car worked on to settle for this piss poor service. Absolute crap.
