They gave me a second opinion on my vehicle after going through another mechanic and assured me of what was actually wrong with my car. They saved me hundred of dollars and almost a year later my car is still running great like they said it would.
I needed a car towed from a business to my house. It is about 7 miles. They got it to me in a reasonable timeframe. It cost a little below what I was expecting. Allan was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, careful and dropped it off right where I wanted it. I saw a few negative reviews, but if you have your ducks in a row, there won't be any complications. Support these good people.
This place is a joke! No wonder it is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to wrecker services in Warsaw. My daughters car got stuck in a snow drift and the sheriff's dept. called them to tow it. The next day I call and it was $310 to get her car! Well she had returned to collage and they said they needed written permission faxed in from her for me to get it, and there fax machine wasn't working. There's another 2 days storage fees. Got that and they needed proof of insurance emailed to them my proof of insurance wasn't good enough. Then they needed a copy of the registration that was in the glove box but wouldn't let me back there to get it I had to go to the BMV and get a copy. There's another two days storage fees. So at this point it's $580! To get her car so I go up there and finally jump threw all there hoops and go to pay with my credit card and nope we only take cash! What kind of reputable company only takes cash these days!? And the lady at the counter is rude to say the least she loves having some sort of authority over your own property! I feel sorry to all the people over charged and loosing there vehicles to these scam artists. I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last place available. I would recommend pulling your car with a rope before I would them! The place needs shut down...
I love how the tow service is open 24 hours a day. Even if the shop is closed the drivers are available 24/7 if I need them. Gives me a great piece of mind!!!!!
Anytime I needed to Glenn's wrecker service is always prompt to handle my needs and show up in a timely fashion I shopped around a little and I believe that they have some of the best rates in the area.
these people are wrecker’s alright. they absolutely BOTCHED the repair of my passenger van, shoving our torque converter in improperly, causing over $1,000 worth of damages, and not taking any accountability for it. this was confirmed by 2 separate mechanics after driving it home from Glen’s. do not have these people work on your vehicle, please.

The lady Amy the desk was rude and the hours on the building are not correct.. Wouldnt advise anyone to get work done here… and if you do make sure you get there to pick it up before the gate time… that was not listed anywhere..then told me I couldn’t lock it for some reason and that there cameras would be sufficient… don’t go here
Great team there and really great prices. I always get my vehicles in and out. Love the ladies at the counter and even the tow guys are ok. Would and have recommended anyone there.
Robert, thank you for being even earlier than prompt and for the professional way you helped when my 2008 Suburban needed towing. Besides being freezing cold, I wasn't sure how my Suburban could be securely fastened up on the bed of a tow truck. You were a pro! Thanks again!
My truck broke down on the way to work, in very cold temps. Called an officer who called Glen's. Within minutes the tow truck arrived. That was 7 am. By 9 am they called with the diagnosis. By 11 am my truck was fully repaired. Their driver was very polite and professional. The people in the office were also very professional. I was charged a very fair fee, and I would recommend this business to anyone. They have my future business.
These guys are awesome. Well-priced, no unnecessary upselling, great turnaround, and quality work.
All you need to know is that they took in and care for a shop cat. That's the kind of people they are :)
So my family has been using this auto service for about 4 or 5 years. This time was the first time I was completely unsatisfied. Long story short miscommunication. This miscommunication was unclear on both ends. However it was corrected and handle with the upmost integrity. The job was corrected and completed. We both were very emotional at the end of the job. I can honestly say that Trevor is a decent and honest business person. I am thankful he was willing to make the situation right and keep me safe out on the road. It is hard to find good people and good work. This place is one of the few out there. I will continue to bring all of my cars here.
First time Ive ever called a wrecker. Glens was there whithin minutes. The young man was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Had my jeep home in no time. Cost was lower than i had expected. Great job Glens! I highly recommend.
It was 90 degrees outside when my car broke down and after 2 hours of AAA trying to get me service I gave up and called Glens Wrecker services. James was on time, courteous with a quick pickup, drop off and the trucks A/C was working! Hopefully I won't need to use them again but, if I do I know who to call.
$245 TOW BILL. After my truck was stolen and vandalized. Thieves stole my truck tore it up threw paint all over wrote cuss words inside and out, stole everything in it they charge that much. I called on a Saturday to git they say no not till Monday. Cops had already cleared it. So ontop of a $150 tow bill to drag it two miles they charge me more storage. They were open to answer my call but not to unlock the gate and let me drive it out. Not enough that my truck that was my dad's old truck had been vandalized but they made me feel violated too. No compassion at all.
I have used Glen's twice in the past few months. Once for a road side service and once for getting my car to my mechanic. Both times I had the same driver, he was excellent. Both times I was reasonably charged.

I have scrapped several vehicles with these guys, and they've towed other vehicles for me. I trust them more than any other towing and scrapping place in town. Very honest and very friendly.
Tow service was great but I won't ever take anything there to get worked on again. I had my break lines redone. I ask for all of the lines to be fixed from front to back. When I went to pick it up they only fixed 1 line at the back and did even fix the whole line. They spliced it in. After looking at it more my husband pulled out the hunk of line they took off and it was pushed up and in my drive shaft!! Safe to as I will never be taking anything to them again.
Took my car in with check engine light. Was told they would diagnose the problem for free. Explained what it was doing and what had already happened. We got a call later that the thought it would just need the valve cover replaced. So we move forward with repairs. The kid working on the car was very nice, but didn’t seem to have a clue about anything when we asked. We picked up the car and I asked why the check engine light was on, he named the same code that was on when we took it in. But wasn’t familiar with what it was. Basically, all questions we asked at that point, he either admitted he didn’t know or seemed to guess the answer. Out $215 and problem not fixed!
Bought a vehicle from them and will not mention his name but, said if anything goes wrong with it I'll take care of you. Had it for 2 1/weeks engine went out said he'd replace it for free or just charge us labor. Another lie said it will be 600 for engine 400 for labor will NEVER do or send business to them ever
We've taken our vehicles to Glen's for repair work over the years and I highly recommend them. They have been very honest, reasonably priced, and fast. Much cheaper than a dealership allowing us to drive our older vehicles without having to spend 10's of thousands on a new vehicle. Many repairs are done the same day. There have even been a couple of instances where they had trouble finding a stubborn intermittent electrical issue that I had and didn't even charge me after spending time trying to troubleshoot. I highly recommend Glens for any of your car repair or towing needs.
Just got rescued in 10 minutes...only 55 bucks in town and the driver knew whats up. I hope i never need a tow again but ill use Glen's again if i have to
I bought a car from here about a month or so ago, it was first off $400 over priced, but after talking them down and buying, I waited awhile to plate it and change the battery. I did that got it running, literally after driving it for 7 days the transmission went out! I'm livid and will not ever buy a vehicle from here again!
