Poor customer service!
In agreement with others who have reviewed this shop who say that they only treat regular customers well.
I purchased touch-up paint from the shop a few times. Previously they had done a good job of matching. They told me that the paint was now a different formula. It does not match. I showed him the difference between the old paint and new. He said he would use the camera this time, mix some more, and charge me for it. I'm not paying for an inferior product and poor customer service. I will never go back.
Found this store searching for auto paint online , went in and was pleasantly surprised on the amount of options when it came to auto body work and paint supplies , the store manager(assuming) can’t remember his name but he helped with paint matching as well as recommending what clear coat and paint to use for my wife’s Squarebody project . Spent almost a grand total coming in there the hand full of times so far and I’m sure they’ll be much more this summer 👌
1st time ever being in the store and a unpleasant worker named Chase was absolutely no help told him what I needed and said couldn't help so I went ahead and looked it up on my phone got what I needed and tried again to be pleasant with him no avail I wouldn't recommend this place Chase is a unhappy disgruntled person only cares about his regulars
They did an outstanding job of matching up the paint on a hot rod I purchased that had a custom paint job. They have a great color analyzer that they bring right out to your vehicle and color match the paint. The staff appeared very knowledgeable on how to use the product and how to mix the paint for the color match. It was a dead on match and I'm very pleased with the service they offered.
I have been buying parts here the past few years with no issues. I had an issue with a brake part. Swapped out no problem. Great customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and below list prices. Thanks for a great experience! I will be buying parts here as long as I live in Whiteland and they’re open when I need the part.
As someone who has been in the Automotive industry for 27 years, I know what I'm talking about. This is my go to parts store. Excellent parts, and the best retail parts people in the area!
Top notch customer service! They have always been so kind and helpful when I need help having a small part like wiper blades or headlight bulb installed. My husband had a headlight out, and is currently in a sling unable to use his arm. He would typically install his own headlight bulb, but since he was unable to, we were so grateful for the service at Carquest Whiteland!!!!!
