I had a very concerning experience with this towing company and feel it’s important to share it factually for others.
My vehicle was towed to a local repair shop due to a no-start issue. When I picked up the vehicle, the passenger-side exhaust/muffler was broken off and the vehicle was significantly louder after driver said he had issues unloading. The repair shop indicated the vehicle arrived in this condition.
When I contacted the tow truck driver and company to request insurance information so the damage could be documented, the driver denied responsibility, became confrontational, and ultimately refused to provide insurance details after requesting by saying “do what you need to do bud” and hanging up on me as the responsible party under the “duty of care”. A follow-up email to the company requesting insurance information has now gone unanswered for over two weeks.
Additionally, I noted a significant drop in fuel level between the time the vehicle was picked up and when it was returned, despite the shop not operating the vehicle for any meaningful duration. The vehicle took over an hour to tow 2 miles, while the driver said he would be longer since he needed to get gas. No explanation was provided when this was raised via my email with insurance request.
I understand vehicles can have pre-existing issues, but the lack of communication, refusal to provide insurance information, and unprofessional handling of concerns is what I find most troubling. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when needing a tow.
I was towed at “The Avenue” apartment complex with no sign saying towing is enforced and the lady at the desk was very rude and said there was a sign there which was a lie because I have a minute and a half video of everything surrounding where my vehicle was parked and there was no “Towing is Enforced” sign. I went back the next day and park where they told me to park and they were towing the vehicle beside me and decided to rip half of the front bumper off of the vehicle. Before this I was asking the tow truck driver if there was sign and even he said “no”.
RDC Towing was fantastic! Roy answered my call immediately, was super friendly, and arrived quickly. The service was fast, professional, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Got my car started and was friendly straightforward and fair. All you really need to know is his business card is now in my glovebox in case I ever need it
Broke down today on a Sunday. Not only did he answer our call, he took us to auto part store and then to his house and helped get it fixed. Very resonable. Do not understand negative reviews. This guy is top-notch. God bless him for his kindness. And for the people that say he was rude, you must have been really crappy to him. Would highly recommend this company.
This guy is the Best Ever. Got me taken care of on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone else was giving me the run around on time and money.

As honest and as professional as they come the upper echelon on pricing if he tells you he'll do it for that no question asked I can only put down 5 stars he's at a 6.5
My car went out of commission in my drive. Thankfully the mechanic recommended these guys to me. They were way lower than where my insurance wanted me to use. After receiving a business card it turns out they got it during their lunch. They were quick, efficient, and budget friendly.
My friend cannot get his wallet with I.D and bank card without paying the entire amount of $700
So I hear $30 day x 4 days and so they say they can charge a $175.00 additional fee cause it was on private property...well I'm reading all about the laws on impounded cars...something2 minutes even tho I wS on the pgone I ng is seriously wrong with this place...And...construction caused my uber to be 2 minutes late and the guys says I'm not waiting...and literally leaves before the phone with him letting g him know...we will be filing a claim

Guy is very rude, I would not recommend this company. I talk to him on the phone and when I was talking to him his answers where “so we setting this thing up or what” “if you called a different tow company why did you bother me this morning for a price” DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.
