My aunt locked her keys in her car tonight at work so she called me for help.
Since I am in a different state, I went on google to find a company to help with lockout service.
The first tow company I called did not answer the phone, even tho they claimed to be open 24/7.
My second call was to Hudson Towing who answered the phone right away.
They were at her work within 20 minutes to help unlock her car door so she could retrieve her keys.
Price was very reasonable, especially considering it was 11pm as well.

Broke down on the side of the interstate a little after midnight. My call was answered on the second ring. They got a state trooper out on the interstate to do traffic control and got my truck up on the flat bed, no problems. They delivered my truck to the dealer fast and without issues. They recommended local hotels and restaurants for my duration. They were helpful, communicated clearly the timeframe and cost, exercised patience, were extremely affordable, experienced, and got me where I needed to be. Best towing service I've used in the past 20 years, 10/10 I would use them again.
Just had to call and have Hudsons tow my jeep from in front of my parents house and place it into my father's garage due to the ball joint breaking"again". While the cost I had to pay for having it towed from the street to the garage was a little expensive I understand they have a company to run and employees to pay so I didn't mind paying to have them come and tow my vehicle because it made it easier on my father. The driver that was sent was very professional, knew what he was doing, explained everything that he would do to get my jeep into the garage safely without doing any damage to the vehicle and did a great job in doing so. He was professional in every way. Did I forget to mention he was also very easy on the eye and wasn't wearing a ring on that left hand, lol ? So, thank you Jake for being such a great guy and doing such a great job and being so good at what you do. You are greatly appreciated and you can tow my vehicle anytime !!!!!! My friend got his car towed by these guys and didn't know till then he had a warrent that he got when in the hospital getting his leg amputated . Plam was to get his truck out then fig the warreny cause the two bill was 235. When they 1st got it they went maybe 15miles to pick up and get back to the junk yard. Then they called the cops and let them know he was there releasing the car I think they hoped to tow us again I don't care if I break down in front of this business I would call a another place will never see another dollar of my money again if I can help it
Hudson towing helped us figure out the best solution to our situation even though they were not going to be the ones getting paid! That says a ton about a business and how they care for their community! We had an accident on a Sunday about 80 miles from home. Not knowing what to do in the situation we called Hudson to see if we needed to tow it all the way home. They let us know what it would cost and also gave us a referral to a tow company in the area. Using the tow company that Hudson’s suggested in that area was a much lesser expense to take it to a dealer in that area. We were grateful they went above and beyond to help us without having too! And the other town company, Paddock in Westfield, was great to work with as well. I love that they put the customer first!
Exceptional customer service! The tow truck driver was incredibly kind and was very careful to move the car properly. We will always call Hudson's first from now on!
Horrible experience. I was at work and my son needed a tow so he called them. He was stuck with no cash on him and I explained to the driver that when I got off we would go get the money. The driver waited for an hour and a half and kept tapping all my son's window asking how much longer after I had already explained to him when I would be there. They will not work with your insurance so that is up to you. When my husband called to see why he was treated this way the owner was perturbed. Basically we were a bother to them because we called them to do what they say they do, tow vehicles. We also have insurance that pays for our vehicle to be towed don't expect them to work with you on this because they won't. Don't trust a name call the small business owner not Hudson's
These people are terrible! They had my car and informed me that it was at another to yard. It wasn’t. It took them over an hour to get everything figured out. Even after being polite and waiting patiently without complaining, they charged me $400.00 for a half mile tow and storage. When they day storage they mean they leave it out on the street where anyone can get to it and help themselves to your personal belongings. During my long wait one of the employees attempted to sell me a 31 year old car with 260000 miles with smashed windows and engine problems for $4200.00. When I politely made a counter offer he blew me off with no further negotiation and didn’t say another word to me. These people are unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and worst of all they are crooks. Your better off leaving your vehicle on the side of the road and just paying the ticket for it. Thanks a lot Hudson.
They are very understanding and do their best to help you keep your vehicle without breaking your bank they don't like having to scrap running vehicles especially those owned by people with financial issues
Called and asked for a tow, the guy showed up 10 mins later. Was very nice and friendly. Even put the vehicle completely in the driveway for us. Amazing service!!
