I hate to leave a 1 stat review but I'm pretty upset at the moment. Went to the store and bought oil, filter, and fuel injection cleaner. They bagged it all up and I sat it in my back seat. When I got home I found that the cap from the injection cleaner popped or got knocked off by the oil and leaked all over my back seat. We'll the guy working was nice enough to replace the cleaner but my issue is that my seat is stained. I tried letting baking soda upsorb it and then took my carpet shampooer to it. The big spot is still there on my light gray seats.
jack was the most helpful person i have ever encountered in any auto parts store. his knowledge and experience paired with his initiative and willingness to help made him an all star for me today. We had a 40 degree wind chill and he stood outside with me for an hour changing my battery. above and beyond is an understatement. I can say without a doubt this man is management material coming from a manager of a completely different industry
Had an online order that was ordered on 4/13/2025. Here it is 4/18/2025 and my package is still not moving. I called costumer service and was told to hurry up and wait another week before calling costumer service back. Parts were for a customers car, the customer has now went somewhere else to get there car fixed do too the long wait on the part I ordered. On top of all of that, the customer left a bad review for my shop. Now I’m out of 150$ for parts that I haven’t received yet and if I ever receive them I won’t have the costumers car to install them on, and I’ll probably lose future business due to the bad review. Went to get new wiper blades and had them install for me and took an hour. Young men don't know how. I finally had the elder gentleman come out to finish and took him 20 seconds......will never do my business here again. Don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but WOW . Please teach our youth!
Didnt have moped oil, the guy at the computer didn't know anything and we wére not asked if we needed help, I should give it one star but I'm in a generous mood
Has a lot of things you need for the car. Friendly people working here and always ask if you need help! Kind of expensive but sometimes it's worth paying for depending on what it is you need.
They're a complete waste of time. No effort if the computer don't tell him anything, they're just no work. No effort, no drive to make phone calls Don. They need a lot of help. No help
Associate / employees were very helpful when it comes to parts or looking up a part me being from California not knowing what to put in my vehicle for this different weather they were very helpful.
Stopped here today to pick up a part I ordered online and get wiper blades for my Jeep. The young man was really helpful and friendly and was willing to put my wiper blades on for me .. The inside and outside of the store was very clean. I'll definitely be going back to this specific store.
Waited at the counter for over 20 minutes. Only one other customer in the store. Was told by three different people that someone would be with me in a minute. It never happened I left and went to autozone and was helped within 10 seconds of walking through the door.
Four stars for not having the part understandable. But being very courteous to us for sending us to AutoZone very much appreciated. AutoZone on the other hand read my review.
