I contacted this person to acquire a battery charging service and the secretary who answered me was very polite with me and ended up hanging up the call when I explained what I needed, they just said that they did not offer that service and hung up quickly.
Had our 2024 Mini Cooper Clubman towed. I took pictures of the vehicle on the tow truck showing no damage. Our vehicle has sustained around $2k in damage to the front end. A wheel lift tow truck should never be used on a vehicle that sits low to the ground. Flatbeds only.

How can you be a TOW TRUCK COMPANY and say you can’t tow car because it is an accident car. Well DUH, if it was movable we wouldn’t be calling a towing company. And just drove off just like that. Very unprofessional.
My car completely shut down on the highway 30 minutes away from my home and I had to leave it there overnight. Called many towing companies the next day but AIT was the first one to offer me a reasonable price. Not even 30 minutes after my call, they were already on the way to pick up my car and safely dropped it off. Dad locked his keys out of his truck while I was at work (he’s 80) called two of the larger outfits in town first , no one answered the phone after minutes of ringing. Called AIT they answered immediately and the guy was on his way in a matter of minutes. Dad told me afterwards he did a great job and swiftly. Definitely would use their services again if required
Vary nice guy but vary unprofessional took advantage of me not knowing that he was spots to load the car. Ripped one of my break lines off and not claiming responsibility. Also will not pay to have my bumper fixed after he let it get dragged on the ground and scraped up my exhaust.
I had the owner not only curse me out on arrival but also refuse service that I've already paid for, reported my tow as complete to All-State, all over the course of 12 hours of waiting and calling around while Hassan kept taking my service requests from roadside assistance knowing he would not complete the tow.
Fast response time and great customer service! I called two places before AIT and both times the people answering the phone were rude, almost like I was bothering them. I decided to call AIT to see if they could get to my car quicker since I was broke down and had my toddler and newborn with me. They came right away and the man towing my car (didn't catch his name) was nice, professional, and handled my car with care. 100% recommend. I've also saved their number just incase I need a tow in the future! So thankful that he made a stressful situation a little easier on me and my family.
