They don’t show up! My AAA called them and I waited TWO HOURS but they never showed! I finally called them myself to cancel and they were incredibly rude, but I found a service that showed up in 15 minutes to get me off the road and home safely!

Wilcox Towing was sent by AAA yesterday to move a pop up camper for me. After multiple calls over two days with AAA, they contacted Wilcox. The driver that responded was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he did a great job. Loading and unloading this camper wasn't an easy job, but he did it with no problems at all. I would highly recommend them.

We drove our 1977 Westfella Campervan to Starve Hallow, In to go camping this weekend. We got to the entrance of the campground to check in and the van wouldn't start. We called AAA and thank God James showed up. We were all set to have it towed back to the house and he suggested towing it to the campsite and then he would pick us up Sunday morning to tow us home. James said to enjoy our weekend and not worry about it. I would 1 million percent recommend Wilcox towing. We were coming back from Wisconsin early morning on Wednesday, back Tire shredded on I-65. We contacted AAA, only company that would even come help us was James, @ Wilcox Towing. He arrived at the scene quickly, got the tire off and replaced with our spare without issue. He was very friendly, professional and saved us on a cold, windy, night as the semi's were racing past us on the expressway. Big shout out to James and his company for excellent service.

Excellent customer service! The driver was personable as well as professional. He could have towed my car to the dealership instead of checking the battery which was the problem. Since first impressions are lasting! The driver made a great impression! The only problem is I forgot to get his name to recognize him in this post.
