My ball joint busted and I needed it towed home. He was quicker to get to me than the estimated arrival time. He was awesome explained everything he was doing and assured me he was going to be careful. My husband is a stresser and he even was able to talk to him and my husband never even realized he was calm and he even gave us a ride home. I would recommend him for all your towing needs.
Tim was able to extract the stripped nut in under 2 minutes. The last time I had a problem with my Jetta nut being stripped, it cost $150 to fix bc the mechanic said he had to use heat and an excessive amount of time. I was only charged $50 at TCB and he saved me so much time and money. Customer service was amazing!
