We drove an hour and a half each way to look at a vehicle after speaking with the salesperson, Jay Edward’s. We made it very clear we understood it was a used vehicle, but didn’t want any surprises when we arrived. We asked for Jay to send us photos. Overall the photos he sent appeared to be in great condition. (aside from a dent we noticed and had to bring to his attention) However, once we arrived, we discovered some issues that were never disclosed in the photos — including a cracked side window panel, a damaged tire, and a chipped windshield. During the test drive, we also noticed a strange noise. When we returned and shared our concerns, Jay never came out to inspect the vehicle with us. (Nor did he come out with us prior to test drive!) He told us the vehicle would go through service and he would update us the next day. Three days passed with no communication, so we followed up ourselves — only to be told the vehicle had already been sold. I understand the used car market is competitive, but the lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer engagement was very disappointing, especially after making such a long trip. I would not recommend working with Jay Edward’s or this dealership!

Deal was set up via the phone, I asked for a specific vehicle and they were able to find it for me. I got there the truck as described and the process to buy was quick. I would recommend them to my friends and family

Once again Mitch came through for us. This is our 4th leased truck and Mitch makes it all so easy. I do not like to waste time at car dealers and Mitch understands this. Thanks for showing us that we wanted a hybrid, when we didn’t even know we wanted one.

From Troy (salesman) to Brian (finance), the managers, and the service time, everyone was so helpful along the way to make my experience stress free. Been in a couple times and was always greeted with smiles and a genuine pleasant attitude!!

We are transporters so in the area often for service. Dylin at Quick Service makes sure our truck stays ready for the job ahead. Quick Service takes care of our oil changes, air filters tire pressure and more! Jack is our service advisor who takea care of our major service needs. Maintenance items like belts, fluids and things that take a bit longer than quick service can take care of. In the market for a new Ford or Lincoln? Matthew is just the gentleman for you. Don't let his youth fool you, this young man knows a lot about the vehicles on the lot. If he doesn't, he will find out! There is a nice customer lounge with two TVs, snacks, drinks and coffee. There are comfortable seats along with barstool tables and a business desk for those of us working during our visit. Huge thank you to Dylin for always taking great care of us. You and your team keep us on the road and coming back every month.

My wife and I have been shopping for a vehicle for a long time. We saw one on line and came to Zeigler to look at it. When we got there we met Keyan. He was awesome! He was patient with us as we tried to get the best price we could, he was zero pressure the whole time, and just an all around nice guy! I would totally recommend asking for Keyan if you come to Zeigler in Elkhart!

Skip buying from here altogether! They will rip you off and smile while doing it. I had/have a couple issues and customer service or managers don’t care. I had to file a claim with Ford against them for things going on with my new vehicle.

I had a scheduled service appointment at 8:30. I was an hour early. It has now been 6 hours and the repair isn't complete and the communication with the service department is quite unsatisfactory. I seriously doubt I'll ever return

Great experience with Harold Ziegler. Great communication and very thorough in diagnosing and fixing our Ford F-150. I loved that they came , picked up our truck and returned it when it was repaired.

I was interested in purchasing a truck and I reached out to get more details. I sent my information over and get connected with David. I sent over my details for my trade in and all the information regarding that, and I never heard back from David from that point. I reach out a 2nd time, hoping for a different salesman only to have David reply "Unfortunately, your delay was too long, and we sold the truck yesterday." Gee, thanks, David. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Waaay overdue review. Got my vehicle fixed here several months ago (replaced timing chain and fuel pump '14 edge). Been running great ever since. Bring your vehicle here if you need service. They will get you taken care of. Thanks to Jack and the rest of the service team.

It feels strange to write such a positive review about a dealership. I have had some tough experiences over the years, but this was absolutely not one of them. I came from the Chicago area to look at a 2023 expedition a few weeks back. The price was competitive and they worked with me to find a fair sale figure. The process was quick (in and out in about an hour), they were totally straight forward on everything. I highly recommend this dealer and the sales management team. I worked with Dan, and he was great. The best part was this was a trade in, and they did not have the second key, but said they would track it down. I really expected to have to fight them on this in the weeks after the sale, but nope. Just a few days later it arrived in the mail. Again, very fair folks, speedy and honest. Not sure how much more you can ask from a car dealer. I highly recommend.

This was not our first experience with Chandler Miller at Zeigler Ford and I'm sure it won't be our last. Chandler, Mitch, and others made sure we had everything we needed and wanted in the purchase of our two vehicles. People who have had a negative car buying experience should go see Chandler at Zeigler. He will change your mind and make sure you leave happy.

Bought four new tires and had them mounted for just under $1,000, They didn't even put stem caps on. Didn't even get the ones that I had on my old tires back. That's some stellar customer service right there.

I bought a one year-old Dodge Laramie pick up here.Dave was my sales rep. Brian was the finance rep. Brian was great. Dave not so much. Dave’s attitude was here’s the truck, here’s the price, As is. take it or leave it. Didn’t do anything to make me feel like he was going to help me get into this truck. No price break, no extended warranty, not fixing the broken mirror retraction on the driver side. He said in essence, we are a Ford dealer. We don’t do Dodge. Go down the road and have the Dodge dealer fix it for you. The vehicle only came with one key. He promised to give me a contact for a replacement that was cheaper than The dealer could provide, but that never materialized. There were 5000 miles left in the original factory warranty. He just seemed indifferent to me and the whole deal in general.

My service advisor was Jack Alexander. I brought my F-350 in for a couple of significant mechanical issues. Jack was able to make sure the work got in right away and help the technician Larry to do an amazing job. Immediately pick the truck up and took a 2400 mile round trip towing a heavy trailer half the way. I had utmost confidence and faith in the work that's performed felt really good at the end of the trip.

Earlier this year I was car shopping and saw online that Zeigler Ford in Elkhart had several vehicles I was interested in. I had a few in mind that I wanted to test drive to narrow down my search. Jon Berg was incredible. Over the course of a couple visits, I was able to test drive three different vehicles. It was massively helpful. Unfortunately, Zeigler didn't ultimately have the vehicle I purchased - no fault of Jon's - so I wasn't able to buy a car from him this time. Nevertheless, I would HIGHLY recommend going to Zeigler and talking to Jon. No pressure, just kind and professional.
