Absolutely love this store . I wish all auto part stores were like this one ! Kind and friendly employees who help from the time you walk in the door . A variety of different things in the store . Great service fair price !
Lately, the store has become very, very organized and they have added a level of auto buffing/polishing supplies and tools that far exceeds any other local supplier. It's worth a visit to the store just to look into the buffing and detailing supplies. I have been searching for 5 in backing pads and buffing pads and they are the only place I found them.
ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. If they don't have it they will order it. Good ol' folks that know what they are talking about. Not your AutoZone or Advanced hiring just anyone. Always go here before those places.
The Jim Kissinger review is just what my husband also agreed with - Dave Kissinger - he couldn't say enough good things about Bristol Automotive Parts, Inc. Thank goodness that the breakdown of the boat trailer was close to the exit where the parts store was. They had the parts and tools they needed and were able to go on to their fishing trip for the week! PS They did pretty good fishing walleye on Lake Erie!
The people at Bristol Auto parts are awesome! We recently had a bearing go out on our boat trailer on the way to a vacation. We managed to get the trailer to their store. They went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Great people, great prices! ? Thank you Barb and your crew for ALL your help!
2 years ago we were traveling from Pennsylvania to a huge motocross race in Michigan when we had a wheel bearing in our camper fail. It was Friday and about closing time and the lady at the counter went above and beyond to help get us the proper parts.
$10.00 minimum on credit cards the part was $1.96 I drove 15 minutes and waited at counter 20minutes for service all while customer pays $1.85 A MINUTE for service on his equipment, and on this day of all days did not have cash with me for the amount of business my company does with them there should not be a minimum
This place has a great selection of parts, tools, and lots of things you can't find most places.Really nice folks too. I'd give em 5 stars, but some of their prices are a bit high, which is common for a small town shop like this.
