This shop did an amazing job with a very fast late-night repair. We had an issue with a compressor discharge hose while the dealer was closed. These guys found a solution and arrived quickly. They promised to be here in an hour but showed up even earlier. Highly recommended!

I was in a pinch with a truck that had an EGR error that would have prevented me from getting back to Texas from Ohio. Instead of having our truck in the shop for 1-4 days for repair, Troy was able to come out to where I was and get us fixed up in a couple of hours. He prevented us from having a lot of logistical issues, not to mention avoiding a complete breakdown. He saved us a lot of headache and hassle and I couldn’t be more thankful for his help. Fields road service was quick to respond to my driver at the Harrison Ohio state scale. They gave us an eta for their arrival time. They arrived in the time they said they would be there. He was knowledgeable and had the supplies to quickly complete the job. Old Line Transport from Jacobus Pa. would recommend and use Fields service again if we need them.

Spoke with them last night about setting some tires back on the rim and filling with air on a couple articulated trucks. Said he would be on site at 6am on 8/30/22 but never showed. Now I'm out $2000 in permit to haul the trucks and still have flat tires.
I was frustrated because the radiator of my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia was leaking. I tried to move the truck to safe place by adding coolant, it didn't work. It was around 3am I called Troy. He was at sleep but he picked up the phone and talked to me. He come in the morning dismantled old radiator and went to buy new radiator from dealer by traveling 40 miles just to go and 40 miles to come back. Ge fixed well. He knows what to do. He is down to earth. Willing to help. Truckers out there if you any problem with your truck call Troy. He is the best!!!!! Thanks again
I had a driver in Harrison Ohio with a broke down truck. The coolant was leaking and I called Troy early morning on February 18th 2022. He arrived within one hour and fixed the issue. Air dryer failed, parts were backordered nation wide at least 30 days, Troy was able to locate new unit somewhere and swapped out the old for a new unit in a couple hours after my first call. Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!
Had Troy out to diagnose our diesel pusher, had crank but no start. We had another service come out and spent 2 days trying to figure out what the problem was and no lie The first thing Troy touched was where the problem was within an hour and 15 minutes Troy had our RV up and running. Troy is an amazing professional mechanic!!!! Take my advise if you’re broke down call Troy!!!!
Great service. Very professional. I had a flat tire and my jack broke at 630 am in the middle of no where in Indiana the police arrived and said a had a few minutes to call someone or my car would be towed so I Called Fields road side service and he arrived within 30 min changed my tire and aired up my spare within 5 minutes of arrival which saved me a big tow bill. The cops were impressed too. I highly recommend. Shop level service on the side of the road any time !
