Worst place I never see that lazy guys charge 3 1/2 hour labor just oil change

They have the best prices for parts around Louisville and southern Indiana.I saved $1000 for the same exact parts from Total Truck Parts.Kyle and Molly are very professional and helpful.highly recommended.

Crooked, unsafe, over paid for a motor swap and they installed wrong motor! Motor will not sync to truck computer. Failed to hook up many components such as snow plow wiring, broadcaster wiring, was 2 quarts low transmission fluid, driveshaft was not installed tight and rubbing exhaust pipe! Highly recommended go elsewhere! Owner refuses to talk about it! He’s very proud of failure to do job I paid for! Ridiculous. Of course excuse after excuse after excuse! What a joke! Owner is not knowledgeable about auto mechanics at all!

Came in to get a driveshaft cut down. And had the proper measurements. And they cut it short. Then I had to paid twice for the same work done. Completely a joke of a business. Wouldn’t recommended to nobody.

Stopped in with a fuel hose leaking at 7am, the shop opened up at 8am. They had me in the shop by 9AM and had me on the road by noon. That was with them having to drain my fuel tanks to replace the lines. You couldn’t ask for better people, they got me done quickly and in my opinion gave me a good price. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Molly are the dream team, these people are very knowledgeable and helpful. Had some motor mounts replaced in my truck and they went above and beyond my expectations and did amazing work. They are VERY FAIR on price and they have my business for life. Want to thank you guys again for the help and if you aren’t sure who to use these are the people I will choose time and time again. Amazing staff thank you guys wish I could give them another star.

These guys great, they did a complete out of frame rebuild on our 2014 Pete 650K miles Cummins ISX. Since then we've put about 40K miles and not one issue. Our truck makes less noise and less vibration, more power and gets better MPG. I almost cant believe it, from start to finish about 2 weeks for the rebuild. Thanks guys!

I was having cab AC issues on my class A diesel motor coach. .They went off very little information in trying to diagnose the problem. The researched and went above and beyond to find the problem and repair it in a timely manner. The service repair bill was very reasonable. The young lady in the service office is very knowledgeable, she is willing to keep you updated and work with you to get your repairs made and get you back on the road. I'm glad I found them. They will be doing all of my repairs and maintenance on my Class A from now on I give them 5 stars, and highly recommended them.

Great customer service! We were in a pinch to get our travel trailer looked because of no tail light. The service dept fit us in same day, and had us fixed up and out the door in no time! Thanks again for you help!

Two shocks on my travel trailer blew out as I was driving through Louisville, KY on a Sunday. I was 600 miles from home. No RV repair shop was willing to replace them but Wheatley Truck Service not only helped get me back on the road, they also took care of all the warranty with the RV manufacturer. They let me stay in the parking lot for a couple of days while we waited for the parts to be shipped from the manufacturer. Molly was great, professional but still real friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some suspension work done on their trailer.

Took me in for service estimated clutch repair $3500, final amount $9500 they threw in additional work without even asking any approval. I don’t know how they got those stars, most of them are people already working for them. This is not fair job done period.

Less than a year ago had 9,000 work done had leak on rear of transmission they said gasket behind transmission but they didn't replace it go figure just if you have work watch them

Great customer service from front desk “Molly” she went over and beyond to make sure that my tractor was fixed. Quick and efficient service. I would definitely give 10 stars if I could and the price for labor os very reasonable.

I had a 07 international go in for a clutch replacement. I was tight on time due to business needs on our end. Wheatley performed the task ahead of the deadline as promised. Completed the repair and also pointed out some other items that may cause trouble or potentially go out. The service and knowledge is amazing. Wheatley Truck Service has gained a loyal customer from myself! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I brought a single axle dumptruck with a Cat 3126E that had a bad misfire, and lack of power. Wheatley's was able to get the truck in and diagnosed, pulled the injectors and sent for testing, got new injectors put in, cleaned up a few other things on the engine that were close to failing, and got me back on the road making money again. I was very pleased with Matts knowledge and understanding, and the ability of the shop to hear my problem, and get right to the root of it in good time. I would definitely recomend Wheatleys for any big truck service needs you might have.

wheatley did a great job of building me a new rear suspension for my 2012 international, and the price was right, I will be recommending them to other drivers.

In a time when it’s so hard to find honesty and good service in the trucking industry, these folks prove it’s still alive and well. Had a major transmission issue and by the 3rd day I was off and running. You could never get that at a dealership! They were very honest and up front. Professional and answered any question I had. They are sympathetic and understanding to what we go through as drivers and go out of their way to help out. Can’t say thank you enough to Matt and his staff! A cut above!

As an owner operator, Wheatley Truck service does everything they can to minimize our downtime for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.  They're the best at preventative maintenance and they're always reasonable on the hours for repairs.  We depend on our truck to perform everyday and I won't take it anywhere else.

Overcharges for labor and tries to sell you parts you do not need. We tried Wheatley one time and will never go back. By going to other shops we save thousands of dollars per year off the prices we would pay at Wheatley.

Awesome knowledge and service. Molly, the service manager, is both time and cost effecient when your truck is in the shop. I would highly recommend this shop for any parts/service needed to keep your fleet running and on the road. I was previously a truck mechanic for 10 years and am now an OTR driver for the last 5 years. This shop is honest and doesn't try to upsell you with additional parts or service. Got my driveshaft retubed and machined, great price and top notch work love my new driveshaft. No vibration or clunkin in my 82 bronco anymore, would recommend to anyone needing the best.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a diesel shop. Had my truck for over a month and still didn't find out the two things I wanted to know. What cylinder was misfiring and why it was overheating. After a month later I paid them and wanted to come pick it up after hours due to work schedule. After a week of them saying they'd have it outside to pick up after hours I had to show up during business hours and watch them pull it outside. Couldn't process my Visa card had to leave them the information. Save your time and money and take your truck somewhere else. In the amount of time they had it I could have figured it out myself. Ive had it back for a week now and have it running fine. Smh

I took my F450 truck in for my annual DOT inspection and some minor repairs (running lights, trailer brakes, etc). My truck was running fine when dropped off. When they were finished with the DOT stuff, they called me and told me my truck was smoking real bad and need a new turbo. I declined the repairs and picked up my truck. Upon leaving my truck would not go over 40 mph and smoking so bad I could not see behind me. I returned it to them and had them do the repairs suggested. After they finished the repairs I picked up my truck ($2,768.87 for the turbo replacement). The next day I started my truck and left my house only a couple of miles it started smoking again (not as bad but no power). I took it to Carriage Ford this time. Frank (Carriage Ford's master diesel mechanic) replaced a sensor that fixed the problem. After explaining the problems I had and the turbo replacement, Frank informed me that the sensor caused the loss of power and smoking that Wheatleys blamed on the turbo. So, Wheatleys just makes a guess on what the problem is and starts replacing parts at your expense. The professional diagnoses the problem and fixes it. I hope I can keep someone else from making the same mistake!
