I purchased a new X2 battery (premium AGM $350-$400) in Jan 2025, it lasted 11 months. I found my truck was dead on Christmas morning, came to the store on the 26th. I was told they would need to charge the battery and then perform testing. They had it 5 days before calling me and saying it was "all good" and ready to be picked up. Keep in mind I had to purchase another $400 battery in the interm so I could drive the vehicle. I picked up my battery on New Year's Eve and returned the battery I had to purchase. I reinstalled the battery and on New Year's Day my truck was dead again! I told the staff I was very skeptical considering that the battery was testing in the 10v range and that was indicative of a dead battery. I am beyond pissed! I spent $400 for a premium battery that lasted 11 months and they think it is totally acceptable to hold onto it for 5 days. I will spend as much time as I need to to tell people to stay away from batteries plus!
Do the right thing batteries plus, if you believe in your product then refund my money and allow me to buy a battery that won't leave me stranded on Christmas day!
They have great customer service, but the quality in their phone screen is pathetically bad I got my phone fixed Friday. My screen has broken into three different places just by setting my phone down and today is Monday so I called to speak to them and they have no answers about fixing my screen, however I did have a six month warranty that is not valid because the screen is cracked again so if it is not a emergency, I do not recommend getting your phone fixed from this company. They do not have real apple screens
They did an amazing job, don't get me wrong. Was always patient but now my phone won't work without WiFi and won't let me call anyone. I'm not sure what happened but it just won't let me call anyone or use my phone without WiFi. When It used to work perfectly fine.
update 12/12/25 I revised my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I had a follow up visit to this store and Jesse was so helpful. After my phone battery was replaced a week ago, my phone camera started malfunctioning, so Jesse took a look at it and decided to replace the camera, saying it could have been bumped during the process of replacing the battery, and did not charge me for the camera! I was in and out in 15 minutes! All the employees in there are super nice and helpful. This is what customer service should look like. Other businesses should take an example from their superior service and strive to be like them. I highly recommend this store for all your batteries and bulbs, they do lots of things- check them out! They also recycle so take your used batteries to them for recycling!
12/4/25 Jesse, store mgr gave 5 star service. Minus one star due to voicemail system not being monitored by store, said a former employee changed the password and left without sharing said password so they have no access to their voicemail, but every time I called, nobody answered and it sent me to voicemail, After leaving 2 messages I finally emailed and Jesse replied. Jesse did great replacing my iPhone battery. I made an appointment and he replaced it within one hour. Compared to Apple Store Oxmoor who refused to confirm stock via phone and refused to order my battery without my coming in store first, even though my phone said "battery health alert" and Apple Support had already remoted into my phone and confirmed I needed to replace the battery. I used Apple Support website to make an appointment with Best Buy who had no record of said appointment upon my arrival and claimed Apple makes them keep my phone and hold it hostage for days/weeks while they order the part/battery. so I gave up on having Apple Care cover my battery and went to Batteries Plus as it was the most convenient option. Jesse gave me a $20 coupon. I just wish they would honor the apple care coverage since they are an authorized repair dealer using apple parts. I recommend this store to anyone. Just dont leave a v.m. and expect a call back. Email is best.
He didnt know if he could get my phone repaired the same night but he did it in 40 mins. Amazing service theyre so polite and its always a job well done! Very grateful and happy!

Very good staff! Courteous and respectful! They fixed my phone screen on the 4th of July with a smile!!! They were super busy but never rushed anyone! Took time to listen and reassured their customers of the completion time and then had it done!!! 10 outta 10 ⭐️ highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed! I have been buying my batteries and other accessories here for some time. My friend bought a battery here for his motorcycle. We went on a 4 day motorcycle trip and the battery died on the side of the road. I went and picked up a new battery at Autozone in Clinton. We put the battery in and the motorcycle started right up and we came all the way home with no problem. My friend was told nothing wrong with the battery. So no warranty! I would have expected better. I had a problem as noted. These good people contacted me and totally great customer service took care of it. In this day how stuff works it is great a company stands up!! Thank you
I came to this Batteries Plus Location for a last minute car battery check and replacement, and I had a phenomenal experience! Robert, the staff member that helped me, was thorough in checking my original battery and making sure my replacement battery had the appropriate node orientation. He quickly and seamlessly was able to replace my car battery, and I probably spent a total of 30-40 minutes from start to finish! If I could give them 10 stars I would! have a pixel 7a quiet working was told that it was not one that you fix just get another one, didn't want to spend all that money was told to try this place and bingo they fixed it.
2 days ago I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 12pro max. Looked good when I picked it up. But I’ve since had my phone do weird things. Most common thing noticed is the phone shuts itself off when the battery isn’t low enough to justify it, and sometimes it powers itself back on.
I went into settings to see if maybe I could find the sudden issue and it has an alert that my phone display is not being detected properly because it’s not an apple part. I took screenshots of the new alerts.
I was never told that I needed Apple Parts and that my phone would be alerting me that their screens aren’t compatible.
I feel like I wasted $200
These guys are awesome! Dropped off an S23 Ultra for a front glass replacement and it was a flawless process. Dropped the phone off and it took maybe an hour for them to knock it out. Will definitely bring any phone I break here! The insurance process was super easy as well!

I feel like there are a lot of businesses now that just want to suck people dry financially. But this place looked at my phone when I needed a new battery to recover pictures of my newborn, and they did not charge me at all when they found out it was not a battery issue. They were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated it so much!
Customer service was 10/10. My phone was finished in about an hour and that’s the estimated time they gave me. The screen comes with a warranty just in case it’s start acting funny, so far the screen looks and acts good as new
My cell phone battery was not holding charge and had to be charged at least twice a day. I called the store and a man told me to schedule appointment for battery change and bring it it. I scheduled the appt and on the day I took the phone in. I was told then that the battery change might not help and advised not to do it. I think he just did not want to replace the battery. A few weeks later I took to computer shop where they gladly replace my cell phone battery and it has been working great since.
Will not go to or recommend Batteries plus for any cell phone work, they apparently don’t want the work.
The gentleman who greeted me was nice. I was in to have the battery (lifetime) changed on my Fossil watch. They had a hard time getting the back on. I didn't notice right away, but it doesn't work. My watch is on the same time it was on when I was in the store. What am I supposed to do?
Went in for a screen replacement on an IPhone. Great service, friendly and had no problems fixing the phone. My only problem (Granted could have just been me not hearing or reading this but) be aware that if you get the phone screen repaired, the phone will not be water resistant anymore. I was unaware of that lol, like I said could have not seen a warning or something but just as a friendly “hey, just be aware” nothing negative to the company. Like I said, friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for the help guys.
I went in today to buy a new battery for my phone to only find out they don't carry that certain battery and couldn't even order it. To make it worse, one of the guys working at a desk by the register was not wearing a mask ?. I looked online and found the battery I need New on eBay so I bought it. This was my first and last time here.
I came in to have a battery change for my watch and all i can say is this store is awesome! Great service and it was very fast. They also offer lifetime battery replacement which is super cool! They sell different items like batteries for laptops, batteries for cars, house bulbs to office bulbs and more. I had an awesone experience.
