They’re great! The estimated quote was exact so I didn’t have any unexpected fees or anything and actually affordable. The lady that answered the call was super nice and professional and they were so fast! My driver had just clocked in right after I called and then he ended up getting to my vehicle like 20 mins after calling which was way quicker than I expected. He also let us use his jump box to not only get my Yukon on his truck but to also get it into the garage I needed to be worked on (my alternator went out and battery needed the jump box). The driver was super kind and professional and all together just quick and again AFFORDABLE. I appreciate them very much. I was in a pickle considering I DoorDash and that’s my only income and I need my vehicle! They helped me out greatly.
I have used this company before and they always come as soon as possible! This time my fiance locked his keys in his truck call this company again and they were here in no time at all very professional and got all the issues resolved!! Highly Recommend!! Thanks again.
The guys that came and pick up the car were very polite and very knowledgeable. The dispatcher was very polite when I was updating him of where I was at, and he was always willing to answer questions. They did a really good job taking care of me on my birthday.
S and R always does a phenomenal job when it comes to car towing. Have used them multiple times, they react quickly, and have not had one issue. Professional Operation I would advise to use for your towing needs.

Nice guy named Chris. My vehicle was stuck in drive, but he figured out how to override to get it in neutral. Great job, very professional. Even shoveled some of the driveway to get it towed, didn't complain for the inconvenience, just did what he had to do! Thank you.

Alex was the serviceman who got my ticket. He was VERY impressive to me by representing S/R well on arrival time, communicating and knowledge! His patience and planning with completing the transport and placement of my vehicle was top notch performance. Dispatch was also very helpful when I set up our service call.

Dispatch guy was easy to communicate with. Tow driver was friendly and effective at his job. All around good team and excellent service. Got to me quickly on a Monday night during rush hour.
S&R was nothing short of amazing. My SUV was in a sticky situation in many different ways and Tony didn’t stop until he had my vehicle on the back of his tow truck, and for that they will ALWAYS have my business. On top of being SUPER fast for pick up at 7am.
I called and scheduled to pick up. They said they would be there first thing next the next day they showed up around noon with no warning. I’d already waited most of the morning they pick up the item and was taking it to where I asked them to when the guy had trouble finding the direction which is fine, but then They didn’t wanna drop it because I hadn’t paid the bill yet. I’ve used this company more than 10 times and they were more concerned about their money than they were about making sure that the job got completed. I called to discuss it with the management and they didn’t want to hear it.
I’m not a big fan of posting negative reviews but I also am not a big fan of when I call to be heard about a subject that they blow me off. Customer service sucks.
Great experience! Choosing the right towing business can feel like a crap shoot but my mechanic at Byrne’s garage recommended them. I care a lot about my rare V6 6 speed. Jim was my driver and he was great to deal with. Thanks.
Great service with reasonable cost. We were traveling through on our way to Montana and hit road debris. They towed my vehicle and horse trailer. Dropped kids/dog and I off at the hotel. And took my horse trailer to be stored securely and dropped car off at a mechanic shop. Tow driver was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for great service in a high stress situation for my family.
This company was recommended by a tire company I called. 1st good sign. Also took care of my mother very well. 71 on the side of the interstate while Im two hours away is nothing short of terrifying. She came and tested out the donut to find out it was unsafe and took her to a place all the way in Louisville because everywhere was closed by this point. And made sure they put on a good used tire and didn't scam her because of her situation. Good Christian woman with a heart! God always provides! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
