Had a great experience buying my first car. Shawn was very helpful and nice and helped me through all the paperwork. The finance manager (forgot his name) was very nice and helpful as well.

Check in was easy and the service was not too long. Kolton even helped me with cleaning my windshield, he went above and beyond!

I've ordered dozens of large orders with Toyotas Online parts system during a multi-year restoration project, often looking for the best pricing by location with mixed results as far as customer service goes. I had a list of parts needed for working on the project and found Warren at Tom Wood Toyota and have been blown away with his skills tracking parts down and quick communication, but above everything is just how easy and helpful he has been to work with. I've often dreaded communicating with parts departments in the past, knowing it takes alot of effort at some dealers to simply communicate if something gets damaged in transit or a quanity is off, with Warren and his parts department, they actually reached out to ME the day after I ordered just to give me an update on some parts (amazing), as opposed to experiences ive had with some other dealerships where your often waiting for week's in silence and parts arrive but there is an issue, then another week or longer of phone/email tag to try asking for help. I rarely do reviews, but Warren has gone well above and beyond to take care of me.

Service has always been excellent. Ask for Nick, he’s been extremely helpful. He’s personable and makes sure the issue or service you went in for is taken care of. My truck has been cared for by the team well and I’ll be back.

Emir is just awesome. He showed me and worked with me on the cars that I liked. He took time and was very informed in explaining. We got an 2025 Camry XSE.

I came into Toyota hoping for an easy process, chill salesperson and to get the one and only car I wanted and let me tell you, I got all 3. The process was a couple hours but was able to tale care of everything I needed to get the vehicle Ive been looking for. Cade was my Salesperson and he was absolutely phenomenal, he made sure I was getting a good deal while also making it a very fun experience. The Service advisor was friendly. They changed my oil. Did an inspection and sent me on my way. I will definitely get my service done at this location again!

So, yesterday I drove over to ask about setting up an appointment for maintenance which happened to be for tire rotation and alignment check for the front steering. I was able to get an appointment for this morning which was pretty darn lucky for me. Chris Redman handled the process and was very good as he reviewed with me the pictures from the UVeye system and this is an awesome system. Chris kept me up to date on the process and also brought to my attention recommendations made by the technician who was working on my truck. I appreciated this input and proper decisions were then made. I was very pleased with the entire process and with getting to know Chris, personally, during this time. I recommend Tom Wood service to anyone requiring service for their Toyota.

I saw a vehicle I was interested online after hours and requested it's availability. Maria with internet sales contacted me shortly after the dealership opened the following day. She answered questions I had and invited me to the dealership. Within just a couple of minutes of arriving on the lot, Ron (salesman) greeted and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. He answered questions I had and explained the vehicle options. We soon took a test drive and he continued to show me features on the vehicle. He spoke of Toyota's high quality and reliability which I was familiar with as I own another Toyota vehicle. We later sat down and came to a deal on the vehicle. Ron was professional to deal with and exhibited low pressure to buy. Completing the paperwork in finance was quick and efficient. The vehicle was delivered very clean and detailed with a full tank of gas. Before leaving the dealership, Ron helped me connect my phone to the vehicle, further explained features of the vehicle, and provided a complimentary phone cord. I'd rate my experience as 5 star. I would recommend Ron as a salesman to anyone and Tom Wood Toyota for any new/used vehicle needs.

Service technician was so easy to work with. Explained what was needed and made the painful process less painful. The pain? The extreme cost but to be expected.

Chris Redmon was great! They got my car in, updated me every step of the way, provided me with an Uber home and back. They are awesome!

Dawshan, was a 5 star service Tec! When I 1st moved to Lafayette I googled the Toyota dealership in my area. The Lafayette dealership had an average to poor rating. Tom wood had a strong good rating. So I decided to go with Wood, it was a 40 mile one way but the service was 5 star. Then I started to go to the Lafayette dealership to save the commute. Long story short, the Lafayette dealership failed in so many ways it would take a book to list all of them. So I returned to Tom Wood, this weekend, and again a 5 star service was performed. So even though it’s a 80 mile round trip I’m sold. It’s well worth it!!!! Thanks Tom Wood and please don’t ever change!!!

Service was good but slow. Not happy about only having our 4Runner for 2 months and while getting the oil changed, being told it was an urgent issue to get the cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced. This should have been done prior to our purchase. Not to mention wanting to charge over $100 to replace the filters that I bought for less than $60 and only took 5 minutes to replace.

We worked with Cade who was efficient, transparent and helpful. He even came back to the dealership to help us when we had called him at closing time (and he had already left for the evening). The finance guy was reasonable and also very pleasant to work with. We’d recommend Cade, the team and Tom Wood Toyota anytime.

Off the charts expensive! Service representative never knew the status of my vehicle, and always acted like I was bothering him when I called. I always got voicemail, I was number 0 in line waiting and no one ever picked up... A $150 oil pan installation was $880. Oil change was $112, and draining and putting 3 quarts of fluid in transmission was $225!!! Take your vehicle anywhere but Tom Wood!

Daniel was great when we bought our Toyota Corolla. He's so kind and personable. He was careful to listen to what we wanted and what we could afford. He narrowed down the search and then showed us the car options that we could afford. And he stayed with us through the whole process. He followed up with us via email to make sure the car was working for us and to tell us to let him know if we needed anything. He was amazing!!

Have had our Tundra and 4Runner serviced at other Toyota dealers and nobody comes close to Tom Wood. Keep up the great work, Nick!

I took my car in because there was a recall on it years ago. After the inspection I was told that the recall did not affect me so I left. Fast-forward I was speaking to someone and we got to talking about the recall, and I informed them that my airbag light was on but Toyota it did not affect me. I called Toyota to inform them that I would like them to recheck it again because I really believe that The recall pertain to my vehicle. I took it back in, and DeShawn told me that Toyota did recall (The recall which was fixing the airbag.) I informed DeShawn that I was told they did not fix it. The young man said it was changed out. Go back-and-forth and finally, I said I’d like to see the records of where they did the work. DeShawn brought a piece of paper back stating that it was changed out and I told him whenever Toyota does work. I have to sign for it. Where is my signature. he stated they don’t have a copy of that. I don’t buy that. If you have a copy of the work that you did, then you would have a copy of my signature. I feel like Toyota has been dishonest with me. I just pray I never get into an accident where I need that airbag. Toyotas are good cars but if you ever have a recall, make sure you save ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. Car dealers are like attorneys, you can’t trust them.

DeShawn was super friendly, polite, and great to work with. Service completed as promised. I keep coming back here because of the great people in the service department.

Outstanding customer service. Excellent repairs and care and concern for me made this a very good day. DeShawn is an excellent communicator and expediter. This is why I predominantly go to Tom Wood Toyota given I have never had an issue there.

Would strongly advise AGAINST ordering parts online from Tom Wood Toyota Parts. It seems they don't have proper weight and dimensions set up for all there products resulting in incorrect shipping cost. They will then hold the part and expect you to pay more in shipping. They offered zero resolution and took zero responsibility for their error. Even after they claimed to have fixed it, the new price the website was showing for shipping was not the price I was being told on the phone. So they obviously have more issues to iron out. The phone number they list on the parts website also goes unanswered and you will have to call the main number listed on Google to talk to anyone. Not that they will offer you any help. By far the worst experience I've had over my many years of dealing with ordering OEM parts from dealers.
