So glad to have this location, much closer to home and on my normal driving routes. Helpful folks, parts in stock, and thankful I met Adrian on my last visit, was very polite and helpful.
Amazing service! Josh, Adrian, and Brian were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me find windshield wipers that fit my car! I wanna be friends with all 3 of these gentleman and will be revisiting this autozone for all my auto needs :-) 10/10 would recommend!
This branch has great services and the workers there are very kind. Adrian Syrk who works as the customer satisfaction officer treated me well and helped resolved my battery issue the last time I was there. Please patronize them.
Great experience at the Whitestown location. Chris was wonderful to work with. We needed a battery replaced and he was such a help finding a battery and replacing it. Very friendly and helpful

The AutoZone on Whitestown Parkway (IN) is staffed with competent, helpful and friendly associates. Adrian, Josh and Joshua have assisted me greatly with a light bulb or a $300.00 engine part with the same commitment to get my part right, provide me options, and most of the time, my parts are in stock. When my part is not on the shelf, Adrian, Josh and Joshua will find a store to accommodate me. I recommend AutoZone Whitestown with confidence and without reservation.
The parts manager, James, and associate, Adrian, that assisted me with my car battery on 12/28/25 were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

A true life saver! My tire pressure was low, so I tried using the air pump at a nearby gas station—but instead of fixing it, it actually made things worse and my tire dropped all the way down to 16 psi. I was scared to keep driving, so I went to AutoZone to buy a pump. The staff was incredibly welcoming. He even came outside with me, stood by my car in the freezing weather, and gave me clear instructions on how to use the machine properly when i asked. I’m truly grateful for the help.
This store saved me! Battery died, and was able to get one before they closed. James and Adrien were great and friendly too! So glad this area has a store now!!!!
We purchased a $30 grease gun with flexible hose. Adrian Syrk was the sales person. He was great! The gun was hard to assemble and harder still to load the grease cartridge and even harder to get it to start squirting grease. Mr. Syrk worked with the gun, hose and cartridge until it was working properly. 5 stars.
Went in to have a code checked. Kevin helped me - he was so patient and kind, reassured me the car wasn’t going to spontaneously combust and even recommended who to call for repair quotes. Thank you!!!
These people are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have a part you need, they order it in and it's usually there same day from another store.
The attitudes here are also wonderful. Everyone has bad days but I've never seen anyone expressing negatively.

This store’s staff is amazing. I’ve only even received good friendly service during all of my visits. Huge shout out to Adrian Syrk! Adrian managed to help me repair a plug I needed and was more than happy helping me problem solve. He had a persistent can do attitude that ultimately saved me time and money. I could not have done this repair without him.
Crazy great customer service. When I saw this lot being built in our area, I was worried it would be another bank! But so glad it is an auto parts store, something we really needed in the area. The staff is incredibly helpful. Josh, the store manager, helped me with a simple repair, but saved my day!
Worst customer service. No assistance in getting the correct wiper blades. So I looked it up on my phone. Then waited 30 minutes for them to put them on. They never came outside so I did it myself.

I have a 2017 Subaru. It's basically my dog Sam's car but he lets me drive it, and I had milked the battery for all it was worth. Just stopped by our new AutoZone, and I was lucky enough to meet Josh. Josh is the store manager and his customer service and Care was stellar. I bought a new battery for what I thought was a Good price and he got it installed for me and sent me on my way. This was my first trip to our new AutoZone but it will definitely be my go-to store thanks to the outstanding attitude and customer service of the store manager. Thanks, Josh!
It’s 9:30PM and the website said they close at 10PM. The employee locked the doors soon as I arrived. I watched other customers try to open door but it remained locked. Here is one of the customers.:(
