bought windshield wipers from the location a worker installed it a few weeks later it comes flying off. I asked if there’s any sort of discount or anything since it was the worker who installed the windshield was denied paid full price.

Brother had a bad battery, was installed by AutoZone previously. Went back and they didn’t want to install the new one. (Under warranty) My brother had to argue and get loud with the employee (who previously installed it) that he did install it for him before. Once he looked it up, he agreed to do it but was super rude. The lady eating pizza and ignoring the other customers was not impressive. Customer Service sucks at this location.

Pull up and employee ( female) sitting out front starring at me smoking. Right in front of the door. If employees need to smoke they need to be around the building or at least away from the entrance. Other customers had said something to walking in.

I had the best experience with auto zone and the woman counter person! She was very knowledgeable and had the best personality. She knew her stuff and was very pleasant with the customers. She answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. 10 out of 10. Would recommend to everyone!

Went in an the employees seemed to be staring into outter space, the care AutoZone used to have at this location seems gone! Guess the Coliseum location is my go to anymore, always liked that one anyways, always friendly staff!

Tonya and Miguel are amazing!!! They have been so helpful and have had the best customer service. It's hard to find people that care but these two hit it out of the park!!! I appreciate them so much!

Went there three times to get an oil filter and they were all the wrong ones went over to O'Reilly's and they gave me the first oil filter and it was the right one they just like to hire anybody at these jobs I guess that don't know what there doin

Terrible service and was rude as he tried to rush us out of the store Update 06/27/2024. Went back to the store to give it a one more chance and the same employee was still terrible to me and my wife. Dressed very unprofessional as well. Didn’t speak to us and gave us attitude when we waited in line and left us when he finally saw us waiting for a few mins.. and huffed and stormed off after saying I’ll get to it

The prices were right, and the customer service was spot on. The older gentleman who works the register is a treasure in his position there. He interacted well with customers, and regular customers seemed very happy to see him. I'm not a talkative person, but I enjoyed the conversation I had with him. It's that type of personal service that creates loyal customers. 5 stars on today's visit!

My car broke down driving from Michigan down to Indianapolis for the Indy 500, and I was very lucky for it to have happened close to this AutoZone. The staff was beyond helpful, explaining what the problem was and even helping call people to see if they were able to fix it. I would give especially the staff 5 stars, as they're incredibly helpful and kind people.

They have had a lot and I mean a lot of employees! I have had trouble with being denied a military discount twice! Depends on the time and day on the type of service you receive.

I have never had a posative experience here. I've been in 4 times. 2 Women were bickering throughout my entire purchase. Another time a woman interrupted my sale to Vent to the cashier about her own life drama. And today (12/2022) the employees showd no interests when I walked in, and were snipping at each other. When I was given the price for my Item I walked out politely, and payed $50 less at Napa down 930. Dont bother with Napa either if you desire great customer service. I said I called about a part they said they have. They all just looked at my like I walked into a the wrong store. It was all business there, no greeting or hellos either. It was Get in Get Out. I suppose I'll be trying O'Reillys next time I need dome thing local. I've never had such bad Cust.Service back to back. (Auto Zone by Kroger on Maplecrest has always been amazing for the record)

I love going to the Autozone store in New Haven, In! It is clean and the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have found everything that I have looked for and if I didn't find it there was always an enthusiastic employee willing to help me find it. They work hard and do their very best to provide the best customer service possible.

Sent to 3 different stores before I got the right parts!!!! Each store said the other store had it!!! I have been a Auto Zone customer for 30-40 years but have not been happy lately.... I am sure you can check my past purchase history. I bet I drove about 50+ miles...NOT HAPPY!!!!

Had a bad experience while out of town at a different location . Was sold wrong bulbs for tail light . Ended costing me additional time and $ to get replaced even though sales rep had vin number and looked at vehicle . Called to speak to rep to try to see what I could do to return item considering I didn’t get receipt . I was told he’s not available and I needed to come in . Explained I was no longer in town it would be 3 hour drive . Women on phone did not seem to care . Hung up went into my local store in New Haven . Spoke to Tonya . Explained situation she immediately addressed my issues , concerns and returned my bulbs . Apologized for the mistake and made sure I was a happy customer . I greatly appreciate her time and concern and to be honest with you she saved me as an AutoZone customer because after my AutoZone Mi experience I was not planning on shopping their again . Thank you Tonya for great customer service. You will always have a loyal customer at your location . Thank you

As a long time mechanic I recommend looking parts up first on their website and seeing what's available then coming in somewhat in formed it's like this a good parts man is like a good mechanic hard to find . I like dorman products been around a long time and improve on oem design . Just because a part is new doesn't mean it's good and ck your parts before you leave because a lot of people return used parts and workers just put them back on shelf

I went in today to get a headlight lamp replaced on my car. My husband was working, and I knew I wouldn't be able to do it, so I asked if they could help. The gentleman working there not only found the part for me, he and another lady working there got it installed into my car for me. Thank you Ken and Tonya! Great service.

Stopped in the store late last night. Asked a man (Kenneth), who was clearly stocking shelves if he could help me find the right headlight for my truck. Without hesitation he got up off the floor, escorted me to the front, and proceeded to look up exactly what I needed! Took me right where I needed to be, showed me my options, and walked back up front with me to be checked out! Then, this is the above and beyond part, he walked outside and helped me install it!! So very greatful 🙏 Thank you, Kenneth and Lady Manager, whos name I forgot to get! Your help is so appreciated.

Very helpful employees. I know their have been many bad experiences with Auto Zone for ppl but i can say that I haven't ever had one. The New Haven branch has been good to me & very quit helpful. Actually the other day i had some windshield wipers I bought that i couldn't get on my truck so i took them back to the Auto Zone & the kid their also couldn't get them on, (on a count that i happened to buy a pair that didn't fit my truck so well) he saved me 8$ by taking them in a helping me exchange them for a better pair & stuck them on for me & in minutes i was back on the road again.

Employees are really easy to get along with. Always go in here and get a good deal and a but of a laugh. They changed my wipers last winter for me in the negative 50 weather and I didn't even ask! Will go here more for car parts.

The girl that was working on 3/11/2016 around 9:00 pm was very rude. Me and my brother was talking and she assumed that we were making fun of a military person. We had not said anything about the military I thank them for what they do not make fun. She is very rude treated us and my two friend very bad this night. Would rate lower I do not recommend having her help you. Very bad service from her. Would rate lower because of this experience but cant. Very unsatisfied.
