We came in on a Tuesday evening and listened to a young kid loudly making comments like "if one more person walks through that door...". It was clear we were interrupting his phone time. He let the kind woman on loan from the Maysville store handle everything while he stood off to the side gossiping with a friend of his that had came in. I normally wouldn't mind but their conversation/language was a little inappropriate for us having a 5 year old in the store with us.
Bought two giant cans of Flat-Fix.
Manager, Justin helped me identify my tire was losing air with a sticky valve stem. Helped me attach the adapter.
Filled with air next door at Marathon.

Terrible customer service Justin got mad cause I park in the handicap parking and I told Justin my handicap sticker is in the window I was deployed from the Amy and was threatening to call the police and get my car tow cause he can’t see in the windows I shop here all the time recommend you to go to cold water after this treatment.
The store is always well stocked, clean, and the staff are well trained. I've ordered obscure parts and they have them sometimes within a day. In and out in under 10 minutes and never a bad experience.
Very friendly and informative staff members. Helped find products best suited not most expensive. Did a great job installing new windshield wipers as well.
Terrible customer service go to the location on coldwater. I called on Wednesday the guy I talked to was very helpful he let me know every battery they had for my car and the price I asked if they could swap it out for me because they were able to years ago and he said it recommended professional install but he would take a look and attempt to get it out for me. I go to the store 9/13 at 4:30 and talk to a guy he looks up my battery and instantly tells me it recommends professional install i explained to him that I had them swap it out before and i wouldnt mind if they tried cause a women had swapped it out before. He then tells me they only have two workers and dont know if he can look mind you the store has no customers in it and something about the techs there are not certified mind you he wouldnt even take a look at it . He finally offers to look at it after all that back and forth then proceeds to tell me if it has a computer in it then they cant as soon as we get outside almost as if he didnt want to do it in the first place. i leave drive to coliseum location. Brandon helped me with no hesitation didnt was so willing to try . He was able to replace it in 20 mins and it looked so easy im actually going to try myself next time. At that location they were actually busier and still helped me still with no problem. You guys need to hire actual workers who want to work. Why offer a service you cant maintain. i even offered to pay Brandon because of how easily he helped me . Dont bother going to this one go to coliseum location they will actually help unless its something simple they might be able to help you
As a mechanic I like O'Reilly's they carry more dorman products in stock and have more American made choices than AutoZone . I have especially had better luck with their alternator and starters lifetime ones their house brand of suspension parts is generally better quality than the zone. This is a good location easy in and easy out friendly staff
This is a fantastic store with some of the most helpful employees I have ever met. I came in late night on a Monday while driving across the country with a brake issue. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they went the extra mile helping me get my issue figured out. Their staff are so knowledgeable about not just their products but automotive repair, how to get parts that aren't readily available (like bolts that apparently are only sold by MOPAR directly...). I highly recommend this store.
I just had the BEST customer service from the 2 gentlemen working this evening!! Their extra effort to find the right filter I needed is very appreciated. Seems my car is the exception to the rule when searching online. I had bought the wrong one and ended up taking my old one with me to make sure I got the right one this time. Great job guys!!
Excellent service. Micah and the other cashiers were very helpful. The y put oil and helped me change my battery. O' Reillys has the best service members at any one of their locations threw out ohio and indiana. Compared to the competitors , O'Reills tops the bunch and I definitely recommend any of their locations. Doent be afraid to ask them questions because they're impressive and helpful. Thanks guys.
I have been dreading getting some things for my car. I went in and talked to Ken(?)(manager) and he was the BEST! Changed my windshield wipers, got me a new headlight and they even had my back wiper blade in stock! (no other stores have had it for over a year!) Just wanted to say thank you! Your kindness was very much appreciated and you made my day great! :)
The part i ordered on line came in today. But the part that came in was not what ordered. So now I'm down one more day waiting for the hub to send the right part this time.
Terrible customer service from the erly morning manager. Completely refuses to work and gives attitude when you have simple questions 🙄 do not go there.
Parts store, they did ok. I needed the part to get the truck running and they had it on hand. Prices were ok, online obviously is cheaper but a week or more in transit.
So on 4th of July I had to get my car jumped twice out of the blue...anyways, I went to O'reilly's and big Dave checked my system. It was my battery. So I had to leave but cake back and bought one. Big Dave (that's what they call him) was super nice and installed my battery for me....I wonder if he's single🤔🤔🤔🙃
Jason was amazing! I needed a new headlight and called the store 4 minutes before closing. Jason assured me he would keep the store open so I could purchase the new headlights. Then, he helped me install the headlights and even loaned me tools. Jason saved our road trip!!!
I walked in while two assistants were sticking shelves. I placed my old oil container on the couch ounterer with a thud. I started the click on my phone. At the 2:57 mark the phone rang and an associate scurried to pick up the phone. When the associate passed me, he said, "I'll be right with you." At the 4:24 mark another associate came from the back room to help me. Getting tired if taking the time to drive to a business only to be subordinated by a phone call. Where's the customer service in that?
