My car was brought to this company (because he was closer)to fix ball joints and tire rod (which he said was the issue I was willing to pay for whatever the problem was ) first red flag was he had nun of his tow trucks “they were down “ he took about 3 weeks to not even fix the vehicle in fact focused on everything but the actual problem kept leaving my keys in the car making my battery die and said “ the battery is bad “ over charged for the poor work done to the point when I first came to retrieve my vehicle it literally fell apart before it even made it off the property he had to go back under the car which took more time he was very disrespectful and inappropriate during the process when I came back to pick up my vehicle for the second time my car had a knocking sound and he tells us it’s still barely drivable “ which is crazy because you got paid to fix the problem “ when I made it to my hometown mechanic he said the previous mechanic “ this company “ broke off a bolt to the tire which was the cause for the knocking sound he was paid to fix as part of the tire DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS make sure to read the reviews they all speak for themselves please and save your self before making the mistake I did I wasted a 1000 on work that was never done
Great experience! Josh took us in right away, diagnosed that our tires were shot internally and needed balancing, and fixed it quickly at a great price. Bonus: Bruno kept us company the whole time. Highly recommend!
I would give thousands and thousands of stars if i could. I got myself into QUITE the pickle and Josh really went above and beyond to get me out of it. I am so very grateful for his patience with me, his kindness & his generosity! Thank you so much Josh!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I should have known the first red flag was he is a 24 hour tow truck company but both trucks are “ in the shop “ but he has a shop I got my car towed to him for a wheel issue he charged me about 1000 dollars for HORRIBLE work my car sounded better before I brought it to him to even fix he told me come pick up my car once and when I came I couldn’t even drive off his property he talked about everything that “ I could pay him more to fix “ then the actual problem got upset and started being disrespectful when I told him I was going to take it to somewhere else I paid him to fix some issues behind the tire and now my car keep making this popping sound when I drive ON THE SIDE HE WAS PAID TO FIX
Absolutely amazing place to go of you have any issues with your vehicle. They are straight to the point, help you with everything your bring up, and are very kind / friendly. They will make sure that all your issues are addressed and if it's something they can't resolve for you, they know exactly who you should go to in order to A, save money, and B, not try to upsell you are more things besides what's needing fixed.
I suggest everyone try this company very fair, super friendly its a tow and repair company you should not be afraid to use they will work with you to get you in and out the door... this will definitely be are go to spot for now on... Thank you Illinois central towing
Lifesaver in the middle of the night! Blew a coolant line & got stuck on 74. Within 45min, we had the line reconnected & on my way! Great guys who know their stuff! :)
