I have known Jeff for many years and have been good friends with him him as well. I was recently in town visiting family and friends, I asked him to do some work on my truck and to my suprises he and his staff went above and beyond .
Not only did they fix what I needed, they found other maintenance that needed to be performed!!!

I live over an hour away and on my journey through that area I picked up a nail in my tire so I swung in there to see if I could get any help and they assisted and had me in and out in about 30 minutes with a fixed tire and down the road. Even though they had a busy schedule and a full shop they were still able to take me in and get me on the road. I really appreciate it and everything they did today

At the beginning of the year, we faced a significant decision regarding our Ford Flex. With the honest guidance from Schrock Auto Repair, we decided to invest in a new motor and transmission.
We experienced some issues with the parts provided by the manufacturer. However, the staff at Schrock listened to our concerns, acknowledged the problems, investigated them thoroughly, and addressed them promptly.
One aspect we appreciate about their service department is that the Service Writer genuinely listens to our conversations regarding our vehicle issues. The staff can replay our calls and refer back to the discussions to ensure that every concern is addressed, as each call is recorded.
Although there may be a slight wait to have our vehicles serviced, we know that when it’s our turn, we receive their full attention while they work on our car.
Absolutely the best boat service in the entire central Illinois area! Jeff is an amazing person and his attention to detail is outstanding. I have been using them for two of my boats for several years now. They are the most professional and trustworthy company you could ask for.
We were traveling from Alaska and developed a tire issue on our motorhome. Jeff the owner of Schrock Repair and Jason took care of our issue and we were back on the road within an hour! The employees were friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and well maintained with up to date tools and equipment.

Jeff and his team are the best. They always manage to fit me in and do great work! This particular time was a fantastic experience. The A/C went out in my daughter's car and they squeezed us in to get it fixed ahead of her leaving on vacation. 100% would always recommend Schrock Repair. I was looking around online on where to take a used vehicle to be inspected prior to purchasing. Luckily, I came across Schrock Repair. I gave them a call to schedule a buyer's check for a used truck I was looking at and they were flexible about getting me in. The process didn't take long at all they gave me plenty of information in order for me to make an educated decision on whether I should move forward on buying the vehicle. Wow! Could not be more impressed with my experience at Schrock Repair. Was referred to their shop by fellow boaters. The issue with the boat was not obvious at first glance, which always seems to be the case. Mason ran through all the possibilities and kept me updated as to his progress. He expertly identified the issue and had the repairs completed in a day, returning the boat in better condition than I had left it. I actually called Mason and asked that he clean the bilge while the engine was out and he said he already did it. Very Impressed with this shop and its staff.
Schrock repair shop is wonderful place to repair your car. They provided wonderful service to me. I was in a great problem due to the flat tire in the middle of my trip, they fix my tire as soon as I requested. Wonderfull service!
Wow, they really saved us! While they seemed very busy, they fixed us up in an hour. We were driving on I-74 as a family on a 2,000 mile road trip towing a heavy travel trailer. We heard a loud pop and had a sudden loss of power. Even though their Ford Diesel guy was not working that day, they still agreed to see if it was something another mechanic could fix. We're now back on the road heading to grandma/grandpas with only minimal delay. I can't thank the team at Schrock enough!!!
Blew a tire pretty much right in front of their building man at the desk (Didn’t get his name) was enough to let me use his jack to put my spare on, as I got done one of the techs (Evan) I believe his name was went well beyond. He let me borrow one of his tools to completely tighten up my lug nuts then had me come around to one of the bays and made sure my spare was aired up to what it needed to be and also check my popped tire to see what happened he didn’t have to do any of this yet out of the kindness of his heart he wanted to make sure I was safe enough to go home! Definitely recommend this business due to the professionalism and kindness they provide glad to see good people still exist!
When we lived in IL Schrock Repair was always our go to! In our visits back we’ve ended up needing to use their services too many times, and it’s always a great experience! Including our last minute call today for an issue before we return home! Thanks for the great service every time!!
This is the best place ever. We were on our way to Florida from Wisconsin. Swerved HARD to avoid a construction barrel in the middle of a now single lane of interstate. Cracked two rims on our RV trailer. Jeff got us in first thing even though they were obviously very busy. Got new matching rims. Repaired everything. Actually fixed a few things they saw and got us on the road again. I can't say enough good about these guys.
Schrock Repair is one of the view trustworthy places to get car repairs done. I live in Peoria and still use their service because of their honest diagnosis and they will pick my vehicle up at work (nearby) and return it once the work is complete. You can't find better service.
The team at Schrock Repair has been there for me multiple times over the years. They have taken care of my boat professionally and quickly. Most recently had my water pump go out on my boat engine a week before a tournament and they were able to get me fixed up soon enough that we even had time to practice for the tournament! Initially took my van in for a new exhaust, a fuel leak, coolant leak and a blower motor issue. They supplied a loaner vehicle while they diagnosed the issues, and then for the following week they had my van.

My wife accidentally left the rear hatch slightly ajar on her SUV, just enough to leave an overhead light on. She didn’t drive her vehicle for a little over a week, and the constant light completely drained the battery. I reported the problem to Schrock Repair and they immediately came to our house and did their magic to get the vehicle started. Then they drove the vehicle to their shop to charge the battery and load test it. Turns out the battery was weak to begin with, so they recommended a replacement before cold weather set in.. They installed a new battery and had the vehicle ready in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. Outstanding customer service for a first time customer. Thanks so much.
This is the ONLY place to have your vehicle and the ONLY place to especially have your boat repaired. You will not find a more trustworthy shop than Schrock Repair. They have the certified and qualified technicians to fix it right. When it comes to boat repairs just expect that its going to be expensive. Boat parts are outrageously expensive and many people that I have talked to that have had boats repaired at other places have been ripped off or bad repairs. This will not happen here. People come to Schrock Repair from states all around Illinois knowing that this shop will treat your right, honest and fairly. Their technicians are very thorough and well trained to handle the most difficult jobs. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
I ran in when something was dragging under my car. The service gentlemen was very nice and had a mechanic lift it up to check under my car. They noticed a piece was missing causing something to drag. He found a spare piece a fixed it in 2 minutes for free. I will be back for more service.
Very professional . Went extra effort to insure my boat was fixed and identified other issues that need to be addressed in the near future. I will drive the extra distance to take my boat to this repair shop
The folks at Schrock Auto Repair are fantastic. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. We were in from out of town and had vehicle problems. Even though they were very busy because of the holiday, they went out of their way to see that we were taken care of, and at a very reasonable price.
