I had an exceptional experience at Heller Dealership. First, Hunter, the salesman, was both professional and incredibly helpful. Corey, the sales manager, was equally supportive, and Holly, the finance manager, went above and beyond. She worked late into the evening, until 10:00 p.m., to ensure my paperwork was completed because I urgently needed the truck. The communication through video call and email from Hunter allowed me to finalize everything without even having to visit the dealership for a test drive. The best part? They saved me a two-hour trip by delivering the truck right to my doorstep. A perfect deal, great price, and outstanding customer service. Thank you all!

Heller Chevrolet has a fantastic team and a great selection of vehicles. They deliver all over but we were 4 hours away and they had a specific used vehicle we were looking for, so we made the drive. Bobo, the sales man who took care of us did a fantastic job and made the 4 hour drive worth it. He had already informed us of any flaws he found during his inspection and we did not discover anything else that he did not already point out. The 4 hour drive was worth it to get this vehicle and it will be worth it in the future to get the right vehicle with a trust worthy salesman like Bobo who made sure we knew exactly what we were making the drive for .

This was my first time purchasing a car from Heller Chevrolet, and it was without a doubt the best dealership experience I’ve had. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, and this one truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was excellent, including Cory Bellot, Jeff Fishel, Brent Burch, and DeAndre Bobo. Each was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My salesperson, Hunter Wessel, was phenomenal. He maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process and made everything as simple and stress-free as possible. Even the technician who performed a challenging alignment on the vehicle (I didn’t catch his name) provided great service, which speaks to the overall quality of the team. Although I live about an hour and a half away, I won’t hesitate to return to Heller Chevrolet for future service needs. I will also be recommending Heller Chevy to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

We had the best experience with this dealership, specifically Ross Ketcham and Holly. We were 8+ hours away from IL and they delivered the best customer service and experience for buying a vehicle. I spoke to one individual on the phone and the rest of our work was done via email or text, it was that easy. I had a ton of questions for them about the vehicle since I was unable to see it before the purchase, and they provided answers and pictures. They were very upfront and honest about everything. We are extremely happy and will be back, as well as let others know of their great service.

Not so great. Drove 3 1/2 hours for a 2023 Sierra 1500 AT4. Approx. a day or two before I was to make the drive I got a video from Ian on a walk around of the truck. There was front bumper damage that was hidden in the sell photos (photos were very dark). We had discussed the problem and agreed the bumper would be fixed and I could still come test drive the vehicle. They then would deliver the vehicle once the bumper was replaced. When getting there and doing my own walk around I also noticed damage to the wheels that I had mentioned and it was written down to be fixed with the bumper. About a week/week and a half went by and my truck was finally delivered. The bumper was fixed but the wheels were not fixed like promised. I had contacted Ian about the wheels not being fixed. He said he would get it figured out as they were suppose to do that in the shop along with the bumper. I never heard back, I then asked again and was just ignored. About a month into having the truck the check engine light came on among other lights. It has been in the shop for almost a month now. The dealership working on my vehicle looked up the work done on the truck and stated there had been extensive work done to the vehicle seeing it had been in the shop so many times. Something I was never told. I contacted Ian again asking why the truck was worked on so often and if they could assist in getting a rental. They told me to use my warranty for the rental and they would send me what they did to it, they only sent me the paper showing the work done but never what the work was they did. Moral of the story, do your due diligence and make sure they follow up on what they said they'll do.

I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or games, which I really appreciated. This was our 4th vehicle we have bought from Hellers after we were referred to them on 2020. We live over 2 hours away but will never go back to another dealership. Jim has made each purchase and trade so easy for us, we couldn't recommend him more! They are great to work with, and communicate with each step of the process.

Hunter our salesman was great. We went to see 1 vehicle, but it wasn't the vehicle for us. We test drove another one and that one we did purchase. I told them the low tire pressure sensor was on when we got back from the test drive and Hunter said that will be taken care of. They took it and filled it up with gas, but never addressed the low tire pressure. Now, its normally not a big deal, but I did mention it, they were in it to get gas, and I lived 45 minutes away and had no clue how to see what the pressure was at (no tire pressure gauge and didn't know how to work the car and settings yet).FYI, the tire pressure was only around 24-26 on all the tires. Couldn't find the recommended psi, but the tire had max 50 psi The other thing is that it took FOREVER to get us into the office to complete paperwork. There was only 1 finance person, who was very nice and quick as she could be, but on a Saturday and they were selling mtuple cars while we were there. Once we agreed on a price, which really only took about 30 minutes, we waited and waited. We got back from our 2nd test drive around 1:40 and didn't leave until 4:40. So much of our time was wasted on just waiting. Those are the reasons it's a 3 star and not a 5. There was no urgency with trying to get our paperwork completed and out the door and ignored the tire pressure sensor light. The 3 people we talked to were pleasant and friendly.

My daughter and I had been searching for a vehicle, felt like we had been all over. Many of the car lots we had been to felt uncomfortable and cold. The salesmen you could tell they were just there to make a sale. Carrying about nothing else. We just felt let down and had kind of started to give up. My daughter just happen to run across this Kia on Heller Of Chevrolet GMC. We both were hesitant to reach out but on New Years Eve I did. And I got put thru to Ross Ketchum. Speaking with Ross was easy, he talked me thru all the things he would do for me since we lived and hour and half away. Looking over the car sending me specks car fax all the things. When I asked for opinion of the car he gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle, Ross went out and personally looked over the Kia. Dealing with Ross was very smooth he was very nice and genuine and honest. They put new tires on the car. He said the battery was starting a bit slow so they replaced the battery. Just went above and beyond. Holly Moore, deal with the finance part. She was awesome very informative. We sat and laughed. She also explained things to my daughter for future purchases. She explained all the options with no pressure for one or the other making it easy and stress free. I am very happy we kept looking and found this place and Ross & Holly. Everything they did made the experience easy and also for me daughter to see this is how customer service goes and how buying a car should be. I will highly reccomend you guys to everyone. Arrived a little later then initially anticipated, Alex are salesman had the vehicle waiting at the door for us to test drive. Alex answered any questions we had and felt no pressure. Austin Jimenez made this a great experience , I chose what vehicles I wanted to look at, they were not all on one lot, but when I got there, they had them all delivered for me to test drive and compare. Very informative, professional service. I was prepared to go to the competition to see what they had to offer, but there was no need . We contacted Heller Chevrolet GMC via email. Austin Jimenez, salesman, was very responsive. He has great communication skills along with an ability to make a process that can be somewhat stressful so easy going and seamless. He went over and above to help us out and even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. We also met with Holly in the finance department. She was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Overall an excellent experience!

Wow! I just bought a Jeep from out of state after finding it online at Heller’s. From the moment that Ross Ketcham answered the call, I knew I’d reached a professional. Ross was pleasant, honest and efficient. I asked for pictures and a honest appraisal of the condition of the vehicle, so he went out and described in honest detail the Jeep. Working a deal was effortless. Easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Holly Moore, the finance manager, explained my options and readied my paperwork without pressure, absolutely pleasant from the beginning to the end. I had them deliver the Jeep 4+ hours away and it arrived, by 2 courteous gentlemen, shined and wearing fresh tire pretty! They stated when dropping off, ‘if you see anything that’s not right, Heller’s will take care of it. That’s the way they do things.’ All in all, I wouldn’t have expected that buying a Jeep from another state, unseen, from a guy and company that I had zero knowledge of, could be so darn easy and pleasant. They were honest. They followed up during and after the sale to make sure all was complete and that I was pleased. This is the kind of service and integrity that exists in so very few areas in this world today. I’m quite pleased.

I'm from Michigan buying an under $10k car for a kid. From the very first call through having the car delivered to my home in Michigan, Austin treated me like a king. He went out to sniff the car (I'm sensitive to cigarettes) and take pictures within minutes of my call. He provided all the info I needed to make a decision, and we wrapped up the deal within an hour. The finance department got me a great loan and the signing process was quick and easy, not pushy at all in regard to warranties and the like. I'd give Austin and the whole team at Heller a 10/10!
