It is rare to find someone truly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, but I can say without hesitation that Mounce Auto is that rare find. A unique set occurances led us to these folks. We live nearly 2 hours away and happened to be shopping for a vehicle they had in inventory and passing nearby on a trip to see our son. We stopped to look at the vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Greg M. We were undecided, and left to discuss and continue looking at other vehicles on our list, but soon decided to turn around and start the purchase process. We completed the paperwork and set everything in motion to purchase the vehicle when we returned from our trip. Afterward, we set out to continue our journey to see our son. As I hit the turn signal to get in the ramp, my vehicle battery light came on and the battery voltage was steadily decaying. It's Friday, after hours and I emailed Greg to see if I could park my vehicle at the repair shop over the weekend. He responded telling me that not only was it OK to park my vehicle, but that he would give me a car to drive and continue out trip. I was taken aback by the kindness and generosity. Mounce diagnosed and repaired my vehicle to be ready by the time we came back to complete the purchase of the other vehicle. Great group of people and truly a rare find. Many thanks and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great! They work on Mercedes which is hard to find a dealership around this area to work on them. They got me in pretty much right away, provided me with a loaner car at no charge and have my car done in 3 hours of very impressed! Everyone was very polite and friendly and the pricing is great! Will definitely see them again if I have any problems

Mounce has always treated me fairly and with honesty. I had a problem with my car and received a quote from the car dealership which I felt was very high. I took my car to Mounce Automotive and was given a quote I felt was more in line with what the work should cost. Mounce repaired my car and treated me very well. I definitely recommend this business.

Mounce Automotive has A+ service. As a female I have been jerked around by shops due to being a female. Mounce does not do that to their customers. The quality of their work and customer service is superb. I highly recommend taking all your mechanical needs here!
Spoke to Keith on the phone about a car he had for sale . I asked if it had any visual damage and he said no he sent me a video of the vehicle only showing the good parts knowing that I was driving 2 1/2 hours to test drive it when I got there there was obvious damage to the rear passenger door the window wasn’t even sealed, so the water and soap already caused electrical issues and rusting at the bottom when I pointed it out to him basically he didn’t even wanna talk to me and just basically said goodbye. I would never buy the car from this dealership.
To say that Tim went above and beyond to get me into a car would be an understatement. He didn’t play games he got to work, got me within a price range that I could afford and did it in a timely fashion. I would recommend Him to anyone. Definitely a fantastic experience!
Had some items on my cummins that required attention. Was making a cross country drive and found Mounce Auto by Google, then looked at their ratings which were high.
They were able to get me right in and fixed my problem and even helped repair my WDH bracket on my trailer.

I’ve been going to Mounce Automotive for about 8 years now, and they’ve consistently proven to be an honest, trustworthy, and affordable shop. As a woman, I’ve never felt talked down to or fed a line of BS like I have at some other places. They’ve always treated me with respect and never overcharged or pushed unnecessary work. There have even been several times where I’ve bought parts with the intention of doing the work myself but ran out of time. Mounce has always stepped in and taken care of it without any issue. Their customer service is always polite, professional, and courteous.
After 16 years of new car payments followed by spending the equivalent of a car payment each month just to keep a 21-year-old vehicle running, I decided it was time for something “new to me.” It had been a while since I’d bought a vehicle, but the team at Mounce made the whole process super smooth and relatively painless. Their pricing is fair, and just like their repair shop, their sales process is honest and straightforward. No pressure, no gimmicks, just a genuinely helpful experience.

I bought a car from Mounce just last week. I live 9 hours from IL so I had it delivered. During the process of buying the car I was not sent a certain things that were in the buying contract, that stated should have been sent to me…I had to ask for these things. I was assured that nothing was wrong with the vehicle aside from the breaks being about “half life”. When I got the car there was an electrical burning smell. I messaged the mounce employee I had been working with and he stated that it was probably cleaner, I told him that’s not what it smelled like, he said he would ask the shop about it the next day. After further inspection of the car I found a rats nest with dead rats in the air intake. This was discovered after I got the air filter out and it was dirty with rat hair in it. The cabin air filter was also disgusting and had to be changed immediately. After telling the employee this he said “you will just have to take it to a shop and go from there”. Since having the car I have brought it to get the fluid levels checked (just in case) and the oil was very overfilled from Mounce. The buying process was easy. The delivery was incredibly fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and willing to answer any question (until after purchasing the car). Definitely won’t buy from them again, but not the worst experience I’ve ever had I guess.
I heard heard a lot about Mounce Automotive, so it was a familiar name when I found a nice truck for sale online priced very well there. Being in my early 20s and shopping for a vehicle, you never really know if the salespeople will take you seriously. However, Greg and the whole Mounce team treated me with great respect, answering all questions I had promptly. I enjoyed the small town, small shop feel that Mounce had. Their own service shop was an added bonus- my truck came with new tires, brakes, and a fresh wash! Greg explained their philosophy and how they run their shop, which made me feel very safe buying a vehicle there. Greg and Brandon were wonderful throughout the whole purchase process. The one issue I had was that I was promised a full tank of gas, but realized the tank was getting close to empty as I was on my way home after picking up the truck (an honest mistake- given that I made the phone call confirming that I would be purchasing the vehicle 3 minutes before they closed that day). A few days after the purchase, Greg texted me asking me how I was enjoying my new truck. I told him I loved it but voiced my concern about the gas, and he quickly responded that he would meet me at a gas station and give me a full tank, owning their mistake. The deal was done and it was days later, so they did not have to do that. However, Greg and the Mounce team honored their end of the deal with me and showed the hospitality they pride themselves on. I would absolutely recommend Mounce Automotive to anyone!
I got my new van here a few days ago (still getting used to it) the people there went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. They stayed after hours and gave me a good deal on it. I can’t wait to go on a road trip. The only issues I have with this van are no spare tire and the weird gps other then that this van is amazeballs

Polite and helped me out as much as he could. The price was great and I couldn't have found a better deal elsewhere. These folks do not sell junk! And f you had a junk experience...well, we all know that cars can have bad experiences at anytime..it's just nature of the beast.
