This was my first purchase from Heller and it will definitely not be my last. I bought a used 2020 F150, and a couple weeks later developed an issue with the balljoints, and my local dealership was not willing to do the repair do to a lift kit that was previously installed on the truck. Mike, from service, spoke with my local dealership and ended up sending a flat bed the next day to bring my truck back to Heller and complete the repair, then delivered the truck back to the other dealership, all at no cost to me. The buying process was such an enjoyable experience, but the after care is really what sets Heller apart. Everyone I've dealt with this far (Tyler, Sales - RJ, Finance - Mike, Service) has been so kind and helpful. I really can't speak highly enough. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, go see the folks at Heller.

Tyler Wright made our vehicle purchase seamless and hassle free. We went in only planning to test drive and purchase a wrangler, but the day before we went, there was a Durango that I liked for myself. We test drove both upon arrival. 3 hours total, and we were out the door after driving and signing for 2 new vehicles. I got a reasonable offer on my trade in that did not require any negotiation. 1 vehicle needed detailed still, and the other needed a minor flaw in the interior repaired. Both vehicles were ready the next afternoon, and we drove off very happy customers. Hassle free and non-pushy salesmen is what we look for when buying cars. This is our second vehicle purchase at Heller, and we plan to purchase with them in the future when these vehicles no longer fit our needs.

Mike Head was awesome. He bent over backwards to make my family happy with our new car. Everyone at Heller Ford was so polite and friendly. If I ever need another car I will definitely go here. The atmosphere was so down to earth.

Worked with Tyler Wright, he took the time with getting a 16 year old kid her first car (that wasn't junk on the lot). At the 'out the door price' we set first thing, prior to testing anything. Where ever this kid goes selling cars I will deal with him first. Honest, trust-worthy guy who held nothing back on any of the 5-10 used vehicles we looked at. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Buying Experience — Worth the 14½-Hour Drive We had an exceptional vehicle buying experience and want to recognize Mike Head in Sales and Kris Born in Finance for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. My husband had a lot of questions and called multiple times over several days before making the trip. Every time, Mike and Kris were patient, respectful, and incredibly responsive. If they weren’t immediately available, they always returned calls promptly and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. At no point did we feel pressured — only supported and appreciated. My husband drove 14½ hours to pick up the truck, and the welcome he received when he arrived confirmed we had chosen the right dealership. The vehicle was immaculately clean, perfectly prepared, and exactly as represented. The paperwork and finance process was smooth, well-explained, and efficient. Heller Ford was an exceptional experience from start to finish! It makes perfect sense why I see so many Heller license plate frames in my town about an hr and a half away. Sara was a fabulous sales person, was able to find things that met my must haves list within my budget. I also dealt with Brett and RJ in the finance department and I can’t say enough. This was the least “car salesperson” experience I’ve ever had. They delivered what they said they would, and it was actually a great car buying experience. I would highly highly recommend Heller Ford and will absolutely make future car purchases through them!

Purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco. Everything went great. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and helpful and went out of their way. Should have gotten a little bit more on my trade, but I did not make it an issue because I really wanted the vehicle. Overall, very happy.

This dealership does an amazing job for those that are out of state. I just purchased a amazing 2021 Honda Civic and they helped me from A to Z. I was in contact with Mike Head at this dealership and every time I had a question from time frame on delivery to specs on the vehicle he was there to answer very quickly. Bought a 2015 F250 Lariat from Jason. The day I went to pick up my tuck the touch screen went out on the entertainment center. Jason arranged to get it fixed for me and got me a loaner while it was being fixed.

Bought my 2022 Ford F-350 from them. They have an amazing selection of trucks. It doesn't matter which brand you want I bet they can find something somewhere that you will like. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while the initial process went smoothly, there were several serious communication issues that made the experience more stressful than it should have been. During the purchase, I paid with a credit card. My salesperson, Shales, told me I could not take the car home until the card had “fully processed,” which he said would take a couple of days. Later, when I spoke with the manager, I was told that this was not true at all and that I could have taken the car home the same day. That shouldn’t have been miscommunicated in the first place. There was also a heater issue I discovered during the test drive, and the dealership agreed to repair it as part of a We-Owe. I scheduled an appointment with the service department. However, Shales later contacted me saying I needed to bring the car in immediately “today or tomorrow,” and told me that if I didn’t, I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. This was extremely frustrating and completely inaccurate. Once again, when I spoke directly with the manager, he confirmed that what Shales said was not true, that my Tuesday appointment was perfectly fine, and that the repair would be covered as agreed. I appreciate the manager stepping in to correct things, but it’s very unprofessional that I had to deal with conflicting information multiple times and unnecessary pressure from my salesperson. Customers shouldn’t be given misinformation about when they can take their car home or whether they’ll be financially responsible for a repair the dealership already agreed to cover. I hope the dealership addresses these issues internally so future customers don’t experience the same confusion or stress.

The Team at Heller Ford went above and beyond on the purchase of my 2025 F150. Everyone from Kaylen in sales to Brent in the business office were exceptional. Never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Personal thanks to manger Mike Gannon who made the 100 mile drive each way to purchase this vehicle worth it. He was able to work with me over the phone to finalize a deal that I was not able to find anywhere near me and even offered the option of delivery. I appreciated his honesty and most of all his attention to detail by following up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely would recommend and use again. Thank you Heller Ford.

Perfect experience with Shale as my sales person and RJ at finance. Laid out what I wanted with Shale and he delivered. Relayed my finance boundaries to RJ and he nailed it. I do prefer Heller Ford in El Paso over Heller Motors in Pontiac. Customer service is much better and transparent while delivering a great experience is such a world where customer service is going away.

Shale Tandy was my salesman and he did not disappoint. The truck was exactly as he stated without issue. After test driving the truck I had some concerns about a couple of items and within the hour it was in the shop. He was extremely professional and conscious of my timeline. Along with Shale, RJ was very professional and supportive. He too understood my situation and did not waste my time. It was worth the three and half hour drive to do business with Shale and RJ @ Heller Ford.

First off I would like to recognize the entire team at Heller Ford for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.I have bought 6 vehicles from he in the past few years and have had nothing but a great experience! Excellent service all around!! Are last sales men moved to a different career. So I was sent to Brandon jr. aka Tyler Wright. well as usual your kind of on the fence at first with someone new. But it didn’t take long for me to see that Tyler was serious about his job and wanted to make sure that we had the best experience possible. He made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible from the test drive to the dealing to the paperwork. And while doing the paperwork he had the car detailing again. The vehicle only had one key but Tyler had one made and delivered to our house. We were surprised that was awesome. I was very impressed with my purchase from Heller Ford in El Paso and my salesmen, Steve Bowers. After driving two hours from my home to reach the dealership I was hoping for a smooth buying expierence, and that was just what I received. The truck I purchased was priced fairly and exactly as advertised. The paperwork was done qucikly and accurately. The addtional warranties, while offered, were not presented so as to feel forced into accepting. I'm very happy with my expierence and though some distance from my area, will still recommend Heller Ford to my friends.

Our first experience with Heller Ford was fantastic! Our sales person was DeAndre Riley and he was awesome! The whole process from start to finish was super smooth and fast. DeAndre was very professional and genuine. We got a good price on our trade. Bottom line if you are looking to buy a vehicle then Heller Ford is where you need to go, you will not be disappointed! One more thing ask for DeAndre Riley he will make your car buying experience terrific. New Update: We went back to Heller Ford for our son to purchase a truck. He got a 2025 F-150. Loves it!! Met with DeAndre again for the sale and once again he was just so accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied. This was our first time buying a car at Heller Ford in El Paso. We were trying to decide between several models and they gladly allowed us to sit in and drive every one! When we narrowed it down, they even offered for us to take the car overnight to make sure we were happy! Monte was great in answering all our questions, and making all of the logistical arrangements. Would absolutely recommend working with him! We felt like we got a good price, and each person we interacted with at the dealer was friendly and informative. Would absolutely start there the next time we’re looking to buy another car!

⭐☆☆☆☆ A Disappointing Experience After the Sale I purchased a used 2022 F-250 from Heller Ford in El Paso with high expectations, especially given the dealership’s size and reputation. While the initial buying process seemed smooth, the post-sale experience has been very disappointing. On the drive home, I used the windshield washer spray and noticed the driver’s side wiper over-extended and was actually hitting the side of my window. That incident made me inspect the truck more thoroughly once I got home—something I hadn’t done in detail on the lot due to the bright sunlight and excitement of the purchase. That’s when I noticed a small paint chip exposing bare aluminum. I immediately contacted the dealership the same day, and they told me to bring the truck in. Once there, they told me they had simply forgotten to install the bracket for the windshield wiper, and they did correct that issue—only because they already had the part on hand. But the paint chip was a different story. They first quoted me for a full panel repaint, but later said they could just touch it up, which I agreed to. Then I was ignored for nearly two weeks before finally receiving a message saying they wouldn’t cover it because I hadn’t bought a paint protection plan or noticed the chip on the day of purchase. I take full accountability for missing the chip at the time of sale. But I was told they would work with me, and a simple touch-up would’ve cost them virtually nothing. This is a $63,000 truck—not a budget vehicle—and it was disappointing to be treated otherwise. I didn’t try to negotiate the price, I made the drive back in good faith, and I expected them to stand by their word. To make matters worse, I also brought the truck in because the driver’s power mirror was sticking just days after purchase. Instead of honoring my premium warranty, they simply applied some lubricant and told me I’d need to leave a deposit if it continued. As a veteran, I didn’t expect special treatment, but I did expect integrity and follow-through—especially from a high-volume dealership. Clearly, just because a vehicle has been sitting on their lot doesn’t mean it’s been properly inspected, and unfortunately, that lack of attention was pushed onto me. When it’s time to upgrade again, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope others get better post-sale care than I did. ***UPDATE: After my initial experience, Heller Ford reached out and completely turned things around. The service manager Ron Kaiser handled my concerns with genuine care, touched up the paint, filled the gas tank, washed the truck, and even offered to mail me touch-up paint since they didn’t have it on hand. I’ll update again when the paint arrives, but I’m very happy with how I was treated this time.

Heller has a specific used Hyundai that we were after. We drove up early on a Sunday and looked at it, could tell it was a recent trade, hadn’t been detailed yet etc. After I worked with Jason on finding a great price for us, we scheduled a test drive for the following Wednesday. When we pulled up the car was unrecognizable, it was practically brand new it was so clean. Jason was enthusiastic about the car and after trading info about the features, he sent us off to drive. Again was impressed by how well the car ran and every feature worked perfectly. After breezing thru the paperwork, Adam helped us with the financial package and a warranty that worked for us and piece of mind. Highly enjoyed our experience at Heller Ford!
