I do not ever want to do business with this people they are very disrespectful when is dealing with a problem, I purchased a motor from theme, the motor was damaged, I returned the Motor for a refund and they just say they will send the check , after several attempts and calls still don’t have my refund back, they argue the motor was in good condition, is not like I’m going to work doble to put a motor on and take of just to return it. Come on people.!
I would not do business with this company ever again !!!! I purchased an engine and transmission from this company the beginning of November of 2021. It was delivered to a shop where I live here in Kansas. I wasn't there the day it was delivered but the case on the transmission was busted and they will not refund my money or part of my money I keep getting the runaround from someone named Eddie, which I don't think is his real name. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company the only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give him zero so Stars. It's a shame that companies aren't more trustworthy and sell what they say they sell are selling.
I am so angry! I purchased an engine for my son's car as prices for used cars have soared. I made numerous calls to area salvage yards and was very pleased that Ed claimed to have just what I needed. He kindly offered to deliver the engine to the mechanic. The first day it didn't arrive, he said he was sorry that it was delayed a day. The next day, he said his driver was 20 minutes from the location. One more day went by and when I heard it still hadn't arrived, I looked at the reviews. I should've checked them before making the purchase!! When I called the "shop", I got an automated message that told me to choose "0" to be connected. It then told me "0" is invalid. I made several more attempts to reach him, and finally got him. I had the police on one phone and him on the other. I told him to immediately refund my money or he'd be making a few new friends. I am following up with a police report so that they can somehow be stopped. I see that they also received a Covid relief grant for their "business" . Shame on you, Carlettos. I am an RN battling through all the Covid challenges. I am the last person you'd want to take advantage of.
Ordered and paid for a subframe, month later still didn't have it. Called, said its on a pallet and ill have it in 3 days. A week later I call and is told it was rotted out. Complete waste of time.
I called to order a motor for my Subaru. Asked for compression numbers, they said would include with paperwork for the motor. It shows up 2 weeks later. No numbers, no paperwork. Had the motor installed and BARELY over 90 days the headgasket is obviously bad. Theres oil in the coolant, coolant in the oil etc. They tell me that they wouldn't cover any repairs even within 90 days because they don't cover headgaskets, only knocking problems. So you're telling me I should have beat on this motor everytime I drove it within the 90 days to make it knock instead of just a hg?!
They were unwilling to give anything for a motor that I paid entirely too much for. I should've read the reviews beforehand.
If I could give this place a zero rating I would. This place is horrible. Gave us the wrong engine, admitted to their mistake and wouldn't refund us. I would avoid this place like the plague. If you like terrible customer service and dysfunctional parts go to this place.
Eddie and Carl took $2700 of our money, delivered an engine that didn't work on the 3rd try, took it back and won't refund our money! Be warned, these guys are crooks and frauds!
