This morning went to this establishment for 1 Coli/Air Sprung and was told that both gromits will come with the spring. They called and told us it was ready and when we got there they only had 1 gromit. They talked to the guy we dealt with earlier this morning and he said no I told them 1.That was the biggest lie ever!!!! Then said you will have to buy another spring if you want another gromit....Nope we good. Too many lies for me
Went in to purchase an A/C compressor that I called in prior to going in to there office. When I get there I instantly feel uncomfortable. I proceeded to ask about the part and the person on the left side of the counter looked it up and said yes they do have 3 available. My next question to him was how do I know if there compressors are good or not and how can I tell. He sat back in his chair as if he was bothered by my question and said " spin the pulley or install it and if it doesn't work bring it back or GO BUY A NEW ONE.
First and foremost do you know the process to install one of these. It's not just plug and play.
So with his attitude like he had to install it os something, I just told him ok then ill just go buy a new one. Said thanks and walked out.
Never will I go there for a single thing and my advise to you is not to go there either.
I give great reviews but also few bad reviews where they are much needed to warn others.

Guess the guy on the phone has a perfect memory. He must know everything thing they have in stock at all times without even checking. He is also a psychic and doesn't even need to know the kind of car you have to know they don't have the part. Amazing!
I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was initially given a fair price in person, but after the individual got up to look outside the window and seen what truck I was driving , they tried to increase the price by $200. Very disappointing and unprofessional .

Terrible, stay away from this place, used transmission we got was suppose to been tested, slipped worse then the one in the vehicle, returned go credit but they sold our core so we were out that and out $350.00 plus the labor and the transportation back and forth, STAY AWAY!!
Bought a $450 engine was told it was running great with no issues, got home and realized the timing chain cover was smashed with a decent sized hole, it costed me over $200 to fix the issue called and basically got told it was my fault and refunded $100. I would not recommend doing business with them. The image attached is poor but there was over a 1 inch hole in the side of the timing chain cover
called for a part floor console for ford expedition listed for $75 on car-part , they change the price to $150 , and i told them you have it listed for $75 , the sale person said he dont care , so here is a negative so you start care
BEWARE!! Horrible business price gouging!! I own my auto shop and I called 10/11/24 for a pick up bed and was told $900.I called the next day to confirm pick up and pricing, now they want 1,400. I asked why and they told me because they can! What type of business motto do they have? Stay away from this location!!

Called around looking for a motor for my daughters car was quoted ridiculous prices called BNH. They had a lower mileage motor in stock already pulled ready to go shout out to Mike who set me up with a shop to install it at hundreds of dollars less than the place I was gonna go!!! Went above and beyond, thank you
Decent price. Paid for parts. Had to wait 3 days for someone to pull the wrong parts. Was offered store credit instead of a refund, although it was their mistake. They do not honor the store credit unless you have the receipt - no matter how long ago it was. Their computer system shows the initial transaction. However, they do not keep records regarding if the store credit was ever used, how much was used, and who the parts were given to.
ordered over 2000 worth of parts and they shorted me a grill, then when i call them about it they give me a story of how the grill wasnt quoted, then they said oh we didnt have it, no resolution, super rude, do not reccomend
ZERO STARS. I paid almost $200 for parts. They pulled parts from the right car but wrong year. No refund but store credit was offered. Every time I try use the "store credit", they keep saying they don't have parts for my car.
I bought a transmission for my shop through these guys. Called about pricing one week and then called back a week later for pricing again. They originally quoted me $1300 for a trans with 80k miles. they sold that one and told me they had another with 126k miles on it for 1250. I was flabbergasted 40k+ mileage difference and your charging me $100 less. Especially when you can go get a remanufactured transmission with 0 miles from any reputable part store like advanced oriellys or autozone for 2k with 0 mileage. But im trying to do the job on a budget for my customer so I accepted the transmission. I asked the guy before I went to Rockford to pick it up if everything was good on it and working and he said yes its been verified to be 100% fine and working. Upon delivery of the part I find that the oil fill tube is completely damaged and broken off. I called him to see what he can do. The guy pretty much said there is nothing he can do he would send me the new tube but wanted me to pay $150 in shipping and then I was like rather than paying you for the shipping or having you send me a new part how about you just refund me some of the money for the transmission we bought and he said okay how about $50. $50 wouldnt cover the part nor the labor for my team to take that off and install a new one. He then proceeded to call me insane and I just told him Myself and any other midas will know not to do business with his company any more for the way he treats his customer. WORST experience I have ever received from a part distributor
Over priced!!! Maybe he thought because I was a woman I would not have knowledge of a good price for a rear driver door. These guys tried to quote me triple!! Will not be spending my money here and O will tell my friends not to do so either.
Very helpful, great service, great price. I was unable to find what I needed at any other salvage yard that I called. I am 2 hrs away and they were very helpful in making sure I was able to get what I needed quickly and easily.
By far theeee WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! They’re completely rude, careless, and WAY OVER PRICED! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I would rather walk somewhere than have to deal with them to get any parts again!
I was trying to help my roommate get a new rim and tire for his car. We called and when asked...we got hung up on. So we called back and then they said we wouldn't be able to find one for his car in the whole state and to go to Wisconsin for it....I have never...NEVER been treated that poorly about car parts. EVER... who thinks that's a good way to do business? How can you not care so much that you drive your own business away just be ause you don't want to do something? I would give ZERO stars if possible...
Service is amazing and top notch. Prices are fair and reasonable. But it's the customer service that sets them apart. I've been known to drive several states to come here for parts I'm sure I could of found closer. But not near the same service and honesty.

I called a few days before heading over asking about a 14 Challenger Door. They said they did have it and I said I would call the next day again. I call the next day to find out they raised the price by 100 dollars! I didn't complain much. After all, they claimed the door was in excellent condition. I drove 2 hours and when I arrived they took me to the door. It looked like it was left outside for days. It was dirty, dusty, and rusted in some areas. Not only that, the mirror was missing, the glass was missing, and it had many many scratches on it. The person that took this door off also broke all the set clips from the door panel. They wanted to charge me 500 dollars for that! Wasting everyones time is ridiculous.
