Always short staffed with lengthy wait times to be helped no matter the hour of the day. Better off to drive to Autozone down the street where they have actual employees ready and willing to help.

The O'Reilly's on 11th Street is the worst auto parts store I think I have ever been in. The first guy that helped me, didn't get his name because he was that uninteresting of a salesperson and quite lazy, looked up my car and said my part number. I told him the lights looked aftermarket and probably didn't match the numbers on the screen. He scrolled up and down and said yep the computer says it's this one. I went and looked at that part and it didn't match. I asked if someone could come out and look at the light to help and he said he doesn't do that, like I said you could tell he would get wore out typing longer than 10 seconds much less walk to my car. So I went back found one that looked close to the one I took out and went up to the counter. I explained it was my girlfriend's car and I wanted her to do it but she refused and still had the bulb at home. I joked about it to him and his reply was "wish you had it". I said back" wish you had someone to come look at it like AutoZone does so I don't have to guess" Then bought the light. It was the right prong set but the wrong size bulb so it didn't fit. You know something an expert would have noticed right away. So I went back in and talked to a second person, just as much of a slacker as the first obviously cause he wasn't budging an inch to come out either. Got my money back and going to AutoZone is the morale of the story. I will never go to this O'Reilly's or any other one in the world ever again based on those two peoples action. This morning my battery was having issues and due to a mix up and a myriad of other things I ended up at this oreillys. The manager here helped me out and was extremely professional and pleasant dealing with the situation. I appreciate the help I was given and will recommend this store to others.

Big shout out to the Oriley's Squad on 11th St. In Rockford Illinois. Mike, thank you! You not only managed to assist numerous calls that were coming in, back to back, but also went above and beyond to get me the right part I needed. Your customer service was exceptional. Your employer should give you a raise. Appreciate you Mike.

Supposed to be open at 8am..... It's 8:08 am Lights on OPEN SIGN ON Doors LOCKED Called store.... Guy answered says Can't Open til There are Two employees there.. Then Why do all the Opening for the 8 am Just to Be Not Open.... Make it make sense please. This is just another example of Laziness!

went here to recycled some batteries there from my place of work and a big Asian guy in there was rude about me asking if they could take them and said i can take it to the back and drop them off myself as he was to busy doing a whole lot nothing and was confused why I picked that location to drop them off at really unprofessional. I like O'reillys I really do this is my go to place for car parts and questions but this location has had attitude problems every time I go there i don't get it. I say go to a different location if you can

Horrible experience in Rockford Illinois o’Reilly 3816 Broadway st employee Jim/tim very racist and bias against women told my daughter they did not do battery testing when car quit in the cold with her baby so she had to catch an Uber home while I was working then when I arrived the next day after reporting to (GM ) in person at 11th st store with my daughter employee Jim made me carry the battery all the way to the back battery testing station it was a very unforgettable, humiliating experience that I’ll never forget

Never knew getting rotors turned was such a big ordeal . After leaving the 11th street location I had to try four more locations before I found one with someone able and willing to turn them . Gone are the days when you walk in with rotors and walk out 10 min later to finish your project. This is one thing that sets O'Reillys apart from the competition and they can't even do it . I won't be back .

Kind and helpful staff. They helped me find some parts as well as suggested some items/treatments they have used. Knowing they have personal experience with what they suggest to me is nice.

I had a great experience here tonight, William helped me out with my windshield wipers, gave me all the info I needed and even put them on for me! Really appreciated the efficient and friendly service and I’m glad I stopped in. Thanks William!

Didn't call me after having my battery for two hours. Went to pick my battery & they told me my battery was completely dead could not be charged. Put the battery back into my car start right up! Do not recommend doing business there!

They let people return other peoples items without a receipt. Even though they were purchased with a card. They guve them cash back. Be careful. The manager is very rude. Auburn st is the best one and all the employees are helpful and go out of there way for any and everyone. I was a loyal customer since they opened. Now they lost me along with alot of others.

My wife had went there today to pick up a new battery. I could not be there at this time but she asked one of the employees to help her carry the old battery into the store and they said no to her and made her carry the old one in and new one out. My wife’s 7 months pregnant and one of the young men in there could not help her. That is a absolute disgrace on there part.

Today was my approximately 6th visit to this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. A few of those times I was in a rush and they were busy busy! This time I wasn't in any rush and the counter was empty, only 2 other customers while I was there. I guess the early Saturday morning help me. They have always been a blessing when it comes to finding the proper fitting parts for a reasonable price. Now that I learned my Amazon part is the incorrect part for my , I'll have a few items to return !! My opinion definitely suggests that you visit this O'Reilly store, it is so much better than the other two parts stores within a block of this location.

From my experience they are very slow here. They do not have good customer service at all. I walked in and half of the employees were on their cell phone in the back. I do not recommend going here. Advanced auto or AutoZone is way better.

Had a bad customer service experience with the woman named Tracey tonight behind the counter. We asked for a part that was listed on the site, the woman said it's probably in back. She literally said we can get it tomorrow because she hasn't put inventory away since it came in on the 8th of May, it's the 21st today!!!! The gentleman working was happily helping people, but Tracey didn't want to go look for the part, and when we asked again she gave ATTITUDE. Got her name and left. Never coming to this location again!

Their team of Josh, Tom, n Alec were good for nothing. We have a corporate account for about 30 vehicles and had a warranty on a bad alternator that they said it could be delivered to the repair shop for me instead of picking it up so I asked if I should call back for confirmation and they said part would be to the shop within next couple hours so there was no need only the part never showed at shop not even next day w no call. We were clear on place, part, availability, store#, invoice#, and all details. Wasted my time and money F#?kh3@d$

Stopped in today for a transmission filter and gasket kit, did not pay attention to the parts, presume they were good. When I went to use them, found out the gaskets had been taken out and replaced with something completely different. Call the store, they were helpful, so I drove 25 minutes in again one way to exchange. What I got there, after 15 minutes of searching, they could not find the other kit that I was looking for. Customer service fail!

I truly believe in random acts of KINDNESS. I received awesome customer service from JONATHAN today! He acknowledged me right when I walked in! He fixed my brake light and my parking light. He told me that he had been working here 1 week and just graduated. So often people are just lazy and won't take the time to help you. He didn't have to install the parts but he did. I wish there were more young people out here as motivated as him. God bless you young man. I'll be back and THANK YOU

I went there for wiper blades only, but the guy who helpd me was very helpful & very nice he even taught me how 2 install them my self! Told me come back if I needed help with any thing else he didn't act like I was a burden cuz he had 2 go in the cold 2 install them. I recommend them. Oreilys on 11th st. Wish I would have got his name it was a Tuesday around 430pm!

Horrible customer service. Have 5 employees in the back doing Good knows what and just walk by a line of customers like we didn't even exist. I asked the only guy working to get another guy up here because we had several waiting. So here come the little chump "Cody" claims "I do not work in this department, I work higher paying accounts like hundreds of dollars." Excuse me what does that have to do with the customers you have lined up? We are not good enough for your service? Cody, needs a reality check, you claim your the manager and you have horrible customer service. I called the district manager. He called me back and claimed he would take care of it. I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Every other time i go in here, i gotta deal with employee attitude. Surprisingly the big guy with tattoos has never given me attitude with service, and neither do the very knowledgeable ladies on staff. If this review was about them, it would have 5 stars. They are , however, the reason this doesn't have only one star. (Slap yourselves on the backs, kids.) It's the Irish cat and skinny dark haired one you gotta look out for. Couple months ago, let's call him o' Malley, and i about came to blows. I've never been made so angry in any store in my entire life by an employee.The manager had told me over the phone i could pay a certain way. When i told o'malley this he started coping an attitude and being downright disrespectful. We went back and forth a couple minutes. I told him to call and ask the manger, he said he wasn't there. I told him I'd wait. Literally 2 minutes later, the manger walks in and told omalley he had agreed to the situation. Omalley stalked into the backroom all kinds of pissed off. Today I called ahead to see if they sell single spark plug wires and was told they believed so. I came in and was told they didn't. Our vehicle needed a specific kind of wire. Funny thing its autozone told me the compete opposite. To follow up, Skinny said out loud in full ear shot of my husband that a certain set of wires came with a set of plugs. 5 seconds later i repeated what he said back to him. He denied even saying it, then looked down at me like I'm the idiot in the conversation. I just left without a word. I'm so tired of arguing with this stores employees. Personally, as a customer, i don't need to be always right, but i would like to be treated with respect. Oh and would it kill them to provide service with a smile... I didn't walk in in either instance with a negative attitude or demeaning nature. It's not in me. All i wanted was information and my parts. I really like this company but im going to have to change to autozone. The fact that this kind of behavior continues blatantly, is ridiculous. Oreillys should be ashamed to be represented as such.

Stopped in to grab a wiring kit for stereo system installation and the item was hanging in the wrong area with a different price displayed below the Associate was so amazing she gave me the price that was under the product $30 discount. Definitely going back again

Management needs to retrain staff. One employee couldn't find part asked for help from another employee. She proceeded to roll her eyes and helped two more customers. When she had the opportunity to go help she didn't. We waited way too long for them to find the part and then on top of that in the middle of ringing us up employee stopped to answer the phone. Are you kidding me?
