Awesome service! My muffler literally fell off,.and just needed to be welded/fitted or whatever back on. They had it done within 45 min and the price was a lot cheaper than the previous place I had talked to. Would recommend for things of that nature!
Please don’t go here I took my car here with a radiator issue. They fixed it. Then my heat stopped working. Took my car back they “fixed it”. Then my car wouldn’t start a day or two after that (NEVER had issue with my car not starting) they said I needed a new starter & belt. Changed that. I had to take my car back again for the heat to work again the owner said it’s something simple but I’m not going to tell u and I’ll charge u over $100.00 bucks an hour to look at it if u report me to Secretary of State…
These guys took my car in saying they could do a task. Turned a $200 job of replacing an ignition coil and made it an $450 job calls me telling me the job is going to take another $85 then claimed to do said job without warranty. The issue they calm to fix still exist and I'm out of 500+ dollars for repairs. Winters here, what a scam. What a waste of time. What a waste of money.
Man these guys pretty much forced me to sell my car. Pathetic they will fix your car while breaking it at the same time do not go here! They act like they are doing you a favor but they will cost you so much in the long run ! Take it somewhere else get a second opinion it’s been a head ach amd a night mare since I went here god bless you take your time go somewhere else I know they are conveniently located but there work will speak for itself and mark my words you will be back
My sister literally came for an alignment, and after the alignment was “ completed “, and as soon as she drove off, her steering wheel was wobbling. We took it to a family friend; and her tire fell right off immediately and her ball joints were damaged.
It’s absolutely upsetting knowing that my sister’s car was tampered with in expectation to be brought back for more business.
When they aren’t realizing that this could have ended up way worse….
2nd time here for an auto repair. What I like is that they have longer hours than most shops around. They do walk ins, and quotes are competitively priced and fair. As from what I can see, they are doing a few extra precautions of love for my vehicle than what I asked for. That's really great! Nice and air conditioned inside too. Thank you for taking care of my car!
I went here In 2015-2020 and the owner was super fair with his prices. He got my car in right away and fixed the problem. I'm Sending my daughter to get her car fixed here and only pray they are the same, fair and honest as they were when I would go. I'm in TX now so there's not too many place I trust.
I took my truck because it was making a sound on the front passenger side and they ended up fixing something on the rear side which didn’t fix the noise it was making. I also took it several times to have fix oil leaks, they changed 2 seals and kept guessing what was wrong with it and never fix the problem.
This place had the best service and is what old time service shops used to be like. Don't be fooled by the look of the outside. The owner is very very knowledgeable in fixing all types of car problems. Thank you Robin Hood for fixing my son's exhaust leak that no one else could find.
It's the best mechanic shop i have ever been too great service they fixed my 1995 Toyota Supra it had done the best job i've ever seen they also have affordable prices! to the people who have put bad reviews i was there and i saw someone trying to argue with the owner because they didnt want to pay and later i saw that they put a review saying a whole different story acting like this is the worst mechanic shop because they didnt want to pay.
Well, so far I have not had any issues, with them, but I think them requiring a Deposit before we they do any work on your vehicle, is a bit overkill..but at least I know it's getting fixed. They definitely make sure your vehicle is working, Prices may be a little high, but they are new parts.
Part of my muffler came off while driving, been avoiding this place because of the reviews! However the people are super friendly and definitely didn't cost as much as I thought it was going to. Just goes to show not all bad reviews are truly bad. Only problem I found was there's really no parking anywhere
This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for three MONTHS. I finally get it back, well we went to go pick it up and the vehicle was totally dead. Would not start. We had to go and purchase a new battery elsewhere and put that in ourselves. It started and we have had it back for about a week. Today while driving the exhaust made a popping noise and now the vehicle sounds just like it did before we brought it to be repaired. It's actually worse because now it dies. I paid hundreds of dollars for them to return my vehicle several months later now in worse condition than when I gave it to them.
I had my thermostat replaced here for over 200 dollars and they did not tighten one bolt so I had to go elsewhere on the weekend to get it tighten down properly. This could have bent the part or cause an overheating issue or something in that nature. In all words I was disappointed. I will not be returning here again nor will I recommend any one here.
This place is running a scam and they need to be investigated by the better business bureau and shut down!
They are over charging for new parts but they are putting in used parts. I had an issue with a "new starter" from them three times in the same month!
I'm thinking about taking them to small claims because I have proof! If you think you've been scammed then you should take them to small calls as well and call the better business bureau.
Will try and deceive you! Do not go! They told me I needed a $200 transmission tune up and I was out of transmission fluid... and then I got other opinions and Joe's transmission and grease monkey said my car was fine! Plus Joe's and grease had to lift my car to check the trans fluid and Robin hood went under my hood. I knew something was wrong with their diagnosis because you can't check the trans fluid from under the hood. if it was that simple I would have done it myself! Shame on you devil's imps! I was pre warned y'all were rip off's and didn't listen.smh Lesson learned, I just thank God for the few honest people that are in business.
I thought nothing could be done for my car. But I was wrong. They were able to fix my issue, and it's like I have a new car again! Super pleased with their service, and I will defiantly have them work on my car again in the future.
Went & got a tune up & was told they would do a oil change 2 months later our truck starts making a noise we take it in to another mechanic get told engine is messed up beyond repair we need to replace! My father in laws truck also got some parts changed in a truck & samething took it to someone else was told nothing was done nothing was replaced! Dont waste your money here go somewhere else please! Sad how you work you butt off for someone to ripp you off!
Fiancé went here yesterday and received horrible service not only was she rude but treated him like he was a poor black man trying to over charge us 45 to clear a check engine light when Auto Zone does it for free. We definitely won’t be back first and last time.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this one actually deserves it. I had a very common issue on my Chevy where the starter went out. I tried to do it myself and unfortunately the bolts broke off to a point where 1 of them was a inch inside the block. I also tried using street mechanics and wasted money doing that as well. Had my car towed to one shop, and they couldn’t get to it for a couple of weeks. Then had it towed to Robin Hood RPM. Yes, they were busy. They got my bolts out without having to rethread and it was a VERY fair price. I’m not from the area but I would seriously recommend them and will go back if I’m ever back in the area.
WARNING! Biggest rip off yet. Their parts aren't bought new from automotive corporations. They purchase them cheap & remanufactured from unknown businesses. Yet they charge you for brand new parts!! They lie about what is actually going wrong with the car and will definitely misguide you if they get the opportunity to. Totally not recommended!
Excellent and friendly service. I wont take my truck anywhere else. They are honest and when you get a price for a repair in person or over the phone. It doenst magically change when you pick your vehicle up like some other places. Dave foltz trasmissions for example. Would definatly reccomend to my friends and family.
Horrible service went in for a starter to them braking my brake lines and tried to say it was already leaking before i got there do not go here they are some con artist
The worst mechanic besides Sparkmans. Robin Hood RPM sabatoges your vehicle so you have to keep bringing it back to him. I have proof the owner broke something on my vehicle so I'd have to take it back to him. He is a good talker at first but doesn't know what he is talking about. He 100% guaranteed me it was one thing wrong when it wasn't at all, he just wanted me to keep bringing it back. Now I have a hard time believing what he did fix on it was even bad. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Robin Hood RPM to my worst enemy
I wouldn't recommend Robin Hood RPM for anyone to have their vehicle fixed. They will fix whatever the problem is on the vehicle however, they will ruin something else on the vehicle to get your services. I will NOT be returning to Robin Hood RPM for any routine maintenance work or checks. Overall experience HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
Got my harmonic balancer and belt replaced on my 1998 Cadillac deville they did a perfect job and dodnt touch my car in any bad ways maybe people shouldn't bring them cars from the junkyard then blame them for the car falling apart .... great job by great mechanics thanks!!
