Replaced front brake pads and rotors and replaced water pump on the same day without an appointment. Went above and beyond to make sure car was fixed on the same day. Henry provided great service

I ran over a screw. I called and spoke to Mark. He got me in 30 minutes before closing time. Sam fixed it in no time. I appreciate the urgency and care I received.

I let my tires go too long, Saturday kicked my butt and I thought I'd have to go a couple days without my car which would make getting to work difficult but they got me in and out same day AND it was was $100 less expensive then I thought it'd be. Sufficed to say, new tires vs old performance wise: Night and Day.

My car was scheduled for service Tuesday, when I arrived, I was asked to reschedule for the following morning to ensure the correct tech was available to work on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM on Wednesday . Checked back on the vehicle at 8 AM and was notified that the tech had not arrived yet so I needed to wait a little bit longer. However, when I called the shop 5 1/2 hours later after hearing nothing from them - they notified me that that car tech was not actually coming into the shop and I’d have to reschedule again.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Henry was excellent and professional. The work was done as as requested. Henry kept me informed of any changes or charges along the way, as it was a large amount of service. The crew stayed after hours to complete the services and get my vehicle done, even though I told them it wasn't necessary. The delay was a seized bearing, not a fault of theirs in any way. Two thumbs way up.

Great experience ,pricing , and timing. Alot of upfront honesty on current and potential issues, even going so far as to offer themselves personally showing what their recommendations where and explain , which is far from my previous experience. Being upfront is definitely a nice change of pace and a reason to go back.

Excellent service from Mark and the team at the Firestone in Machesney Park. He promptly addressed the issue, assured that they had the right parts to resolve the issue, and had me out of the door and record time. If I could give 10 stars I would… Five stars, would highly recommend.

Normally I’m not given in detail explanations to what’s going on with my car and I’m feeling like they’re just trying to get as much out of me while doing unnecessary work. This was not at all my experience here. Henry took his time to explain what work was needed and why. Which is not a typical experience I have at these places as a young woman. Since picking up my car it FEELS so much better and for the first time ever I don’t feel robbed by a mechanic shop. I will be coming back here forever!

I've had multiple great experiences here. Henry was able to work with me and let me know what repairs were an immediate need and what could wait. The shop was extremely helpful when I was in a tough spot. I felt welcomed and was very well informed when I had questions. I will definetly be back!

Set up appointment for 2pm alignment. Dropped the car off early. Came back at 2:30 it's not even started. Why are you giving out appointments if they don't work on the vehicle at the time. Disrespectful place.

Flat tire but still need to get to work on time. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Fantastic service when I needed it most! Henry will take care of you!

Picked up a nail in a tire coming down from Wausau at 6:00am. Swung by Firestone location at 7:00 (when they opened) and they scheduled me in right away for the tire repair so I could get back in the road! Efficient, courteous, service! Highly recommend.

Shout out to Henry, Mark, & Nathan at Firestone! 10/10 recommend this location! I brought my 2011 high mileage car in for issues getting it to start up. At first the issue was thought to be the battery, then the starter, but it turned out to the ignition switch was largely at fault for the specific issue I was having. What could have been such a bad, and very costly experience, was made positive by the great team at Firestone. Henry explained each issue to me and the cost associated with the parts and labor so I knew my business was valued.

I had just pulled into my garage after work and noticed my TPMS warning light was on. I found a tire with a nail in it and it was going flat fast. After airing it up I drove to Firestone on West-lane road in Machesney Park where I had originally purchased the tires . After I pulled in the parking lot the tire went completely flat . I explained my situation to a gentleman at the desk by the name of Henry. At first he thought it might take an hour……they got right on it and it was repaired in only a half hour. I had worked all night and was exhausted. Henry told me they would get it repaired, no problem. I wasn’t even charged for the work performed. Henry (and the technician) were FAST, PROFESSIONAL and HONEST. Rare to find such good customer service these days. I will be use this location for any future auto needs.

Mark got me in real fast . I called ahead to make sure they could squeeze me in (as it was a Sunday. ) my tire was at 18 psi usually supposed to be around 40 psi turns out there was a sliver of metal in the tire he had me put in an hour. I paid $30.99 for a tire repair not bad .

I went in to see if they could loosen the lug nuts for me with a power tool cause my Brother was changing my brakes and couldn’t get the tire off cause of 2 lug nuts. I was so thankful they worked hard on one but got it loose and didn’t charge me for the 30 mins they worked on it. I just want them to know how thankful I was they took the time to help me out!! Very polite and I will go back for Tires or a repair. Thank You!!!

I had a great experience with Henry! He helped me with my oil change and explained everything about the changes that were being made. Extremely good customer service and mechanic. Henry the new manager helped me out with every discount that would apply, kind, courteous, respectful, and professional. Jessie was my mechanic and treated my vehicle as if it were his own. I have an older car and it now feels like I’m driving a new vehicle. I will definitely be going back should I need another service.

After substantial screw ups at the Madison Firestone the entire team at this location scrambled to help out. Towards the end of the day with alot of work and team members heading home for the day the group managed current booked customers the best they could while finding out one problem after another the Madison Firestone screwed up. From broken valve stems that where glued in place hoping I would make it a week or so later before it failed, to destroyed tire pressure sensor left to bounce around in my tire to the best part; 2x brand new wheels completely destroyed thanks to Madison Firestones lack of basic equipment maintenance then blaming it on the customer when the truck is not a year old. This location went above and beyond to try to help keep the Firestone name intact and keep the company out of a legal action. Thank you to everyone that helped!!

LADIES! WANT TO GO WHERE THEY WONT RIP YOU OFF AS A WOMAN?! COME SEE PETE AND THE TEAM!! I was told I needed an alternator or starter from dealership. Ended up being bad battery cables! Saved me hundreds!! And my car was looked at and completed same day! (I had it towed there & wasn't sure if they could get me in) Got me in quickly with great communication while they figured out a Solution! My shock was the AFFORDABLE price! YOU cannot go wrong with the Machesney Park Firestone!!
