Very accommodating and compassionate staff. I walked in and was going to buy window wipers since I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I had bought a set from a completely different company and had them with me but they said don’t be silly. They came out in the cold and installed the ones I had. Things like that don’t happen very often. Thank you for being very kind. Great experience and will definitely keep that in mind when I need anything for my car.

Store manager started yelling at me when I wanted to use my warranty on wipers said this is the last one I’m gonna replace obviously mistaken me for someone else because I’ve never been back for a wiper blade warranty - Had to call his boss due to his yelling at me and his unprofessionalism. I had to report him to his district manager and according to reviews he even yells at his own employees - Props for the DM wanting to help resolve the problem but this outlet lost a customer for life
Usually a good experience but tonight went in to pick up my online order and the system was down so a woman in the back claiming to be the manager was yelling and cursing so the whole store could hear, terrible manager
We were at the right place at the right time. Our battery died at the grocery store and Andres offered to jump it. We can't afford a new battery but they found the last refurbished one for our car and it saved us so much. We will be back for our auto needs. Thank you!
I had a fuel pump failure on my motorcycle outside this store over 1000 miles from my home in CT. The manager (Tyler) and his crew could not have been more accommodating in helping me source a replacement even though their database doesn't contain listings for BMW motorcycles. Thanks to these guys, I was able to get the bike running again and made the 1000 mile ride home without a single issue and also avoiding a $3000+ tow home. Tyler and his coworkers are folks that have a better grasp on customer service than any other auto parts store that I've shopped at. Next time I'm near Illinois, I will stopping back in to say hi.
Great service and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices and almost all common items in stock. Also offers the tool loaner program which really helps for the tougher jobs or when needing specialty tools.
This is my go-to auto parts store. Great people and they always have what I need. I'm usually in here a couple times a month or more. If I have a question, they'll be able to answer it. They never looked down on you. If you don't know what you're talking about, they're always willing to help when you have a question. Fantastic service, fantastic supplies and decent price.
Horrible customer service! Sold me the wrong part then would not even give me a refund or exchange.

Pretty impressed. Greeted within 5 seconds of walking in the door by a bearded guy ( sorry, didn't catch his name). Pointed me to right area, but then immediately came over to find what I needed. I bought two. In and out in five minutes. Real customer service.
Advance Auto Parts always seems to have parts that the competitors do not. And pricing blows O'Reillys out of the water, at least for fuel injector seal kits. Literally 1/4th the price compared to O'Reillys. Good job Advance Auto Parts.
Best experience in an auto parts store EVER! 10/10 would recommend. Mike was super helpful and friendly. He helped me pick out the best windshield wipers at the best price and installed them for me! It is a wee bit chilly outside and I was very greatful for Mike and his stellar attitude!
Bought a battery while traveling on vacation to pick up at store. Staff there were not able or willing to help me with my order before they told me they had to close. 3rd strike for advance auto. I will never visit again. Miss the old car quest service.
Good store. Only problem is that it's a trial type store that doesnt carry as much inventory as normal stores so alot of the time they don't have what other stores carry all the time. So I recommend checking before you go to the store and expecting parts to be in stock.
Staff is very helpful and installs parts when you purchase; installed my wipers for me and noticed I had purchased the wrong wipers and they quickly found me the proper ones and installed! A+
People here are great and will help you with anything, they installed my windshield wipers for me after I fought with them for an hour. As well as installing my battery, they also installed my rear bulbs. Always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.
Worst experience I've ever had at an auto parts place Ever!!! Instead of admitting he gave me the wrong part he decided to argue with me the customer. The only good thing that came of this was the great service I got at Orielys auto parts. Will be going there from now on!!!
Everyone I've dealt with at Advance Auto Parts on West Lane has been professional and helpful. I want to single out Adam, the Manager though. While he was "only doing his job" in helping me, he did it in a manner that was not only professional, but very positive and pleasant as well. This seems to be a too rare occurrence in today's business world. Combine this with fair prices and you have a winning equation! Thank you Adam and Advance Auto Parts!
Sat at register for 5min waiting to pay while a single employee helped someone find paint. I said "excuse me" to get his attention, he rudely responded "what, I'm with a customer". Then I drove to oreilly auto parts.
